“………..”

The third prince, Christi glared at Rory in silence. It was obvious that he was angry.

In response to his anger, Rory-

“Good night, Prince Christi. I’m here to make a complaint about the behavior of some of your….friends.”

He ignored his anger and spoke with a casual tone.

“You see, they placed something in my drink which I didn’t mind actually, but it ended up ruining the taste. That’s why I came to make a complaint.”

He smiled.

“Could you prepare some better tasting poison next time?”

Christi’s eye twitched when he heard that.

“My apologizes. It seems like they acted on their own. They will be punished on a later date.”

He said.

“You still wear your heart on your sleeves I see.”

Rory said after seeing that the prince didn’t even attempted to hide his hatred and anger.

“You’re mad that I hurt your people right?”

Rory asked. The prince didn’t answer, but Rory continued.

“It’s probably because you’re like that, that people gather around you. Your charisma is different from your brothers, but it’s the worst one to have for someone in your position. Those loyal to you won’t be able to stomach someone disrespecting you, and will most likely act on their own to avenge you.”

Rory showed a dark smile.

“This will only cause you a lot of unnecessary trouble.”

At that moment, he appeared in front of the prince with his arm extending behind the prince, while holding a knife.

“For example, inviting a walking disaster into your home.”

The moment Rory said that, he began bringing the knife towards Christi’s neck back. The prince didn’t move an inch despite knowing what was happening.

Rory stopped the knife just a few inches away from the prince’s neck.

“Well, to think that we would meet again this quickly.”

Rory said.

Someone appeared out of nowhere holding his hand, while resting a pistol on his forehead. It was the woman who had her identity exposed at the Pleasure Garden by Rory, and had to leave.

“Good night, beautiful.”

He said.

*Bam!*

The sound of a gunshot resounded in the room and Rory collapsed on the ground.

“Get behind me, Christi.”

The woman said as she pulled the prince behind her.

“Ow….Who shoots someone in the head after getting a greeting from them?”

Rory sat up and complained. There was a red mark on his forehead with a small drop of blood.

“If my anima was any weaker, you would’ve blown my brains out you know?”

He sprung to his feet and dust himself off.

“You should’ve just drop dead then.”

The woman said.

“No can do. I still have to comfort all the beautiful women of the world.”

He smiled at her.

“You included.”

“I’m flattered, but no thanks.”

*Bam!* *Bam!* *Bam!*

The woman opened fire on Rory, who accelerated and avoided them. He moved like the wind and quickly approached the woman, stretching out his hand towards her.

The woman suddenly accelerated towards him, and fired at him at close range. Rory moved his head to the side and avoided it.

*Bam!*

He then blocked a kick from the woman.

“?!”

He suddenly saw a knife appear from the tip of her boot. The knife fired at him like a bullet aiming at his temple.

Rory jumped back and avoided the knife.

*Bam!*

The woman fired the gun again, this time he thrust his hand out and crushed the bullet in his hand. The woman’s eyes widen for a bit, but she soon began calmly firing at him.

Rory caught the bullets in his hand and threw them back at the woman with the same force as the gun.

The bullets hit the gun out of her hand. Seeing that, Rory rushed towards her. She leaped back to distance herself, and stopped midair and stood in the air.

“Wires?”

Rory immediately recognized the method she used to stand in the air.

“So your comrades strung up paper thin wires for you to use earlier. Impressive.”

He said, and took a leap upwards and stood on the wires as well.

“You’re quite skilled. You must be the boss of the current Boomslang.”

“…….”

The woman remained quiet.

“No answer huh. That’s a good decision.”

Rory said.

He started bouncing on the wires as if checking how firm they were.

“This is quite nostalgic.”

He said.

“It remains me of those time I used to fight against Rei.”

He looked at the woman.

“I wonder how you compare to Rei when he was your age?”

He took a fighting stance.

“I feel like it’s my duty to check as his friend.”

He rushed forward on the wires.

“I think I must see what the people who followed his teachings to this day, are made up of!”

He quickly approached the woman with his entire arm vibrating. Sensing how dangerous of a move he was preparing to use, the woman jumped back.

“You’re not getting away.”

“?!”

To the woman’s horror, Rory cut the distance between them in an instant and stood in front of her. She desperately activated Iron Skin and crossed her arms in front of her.

*Bam!*

She was hit with a powerful force traveling through her body in waves. She was then propelled back after failing to cancel out the force.

She was forced out of the air and crashed into a staircase below.

“Boss!”

When masked people saw that they shouted out in worry. At the same time, Rory felt something tie around his leg. He looked down and saw that it was a thin wire.

“Shit!”

He was pulled out of the air and slammed through a wall, and fell into a different room.

“Cough! Cough!”

The woman sat up while coughing with a pained expression. She was holding a wire in her right hand. She wrapped that wires after being propelled back Rory’s punch and used the force from her being blown away to pull him out of the air.

*Bam!*

The wall Rory crashed through broke, and Rory walked out of the room

“For you to use my own strength against me….Well done.”

He praised with a grin. He then swung down his hand and cut the wire.

“Let’s go again!”

He leaped towards the woman with a savage grin. His leg started vibrating. Seeing that, the women rolled out of the way.

*Bam!*

The staircase burst into pieces after coming in contact with his stomp.

He turned and thrust his fist forward and destroyed a knife thrown by the woman. He started walking towards her destroying every knife she threw.

*Bam!* *Bam!* *Bam!*

With every step he took, the mansion shook vigorously like there was an earthquake. Cracks appeared even on the ceilings because of his power.

The current Rory looked like a walking ball of destruction.

“You’re still playing around?”

Rory asked.

He then showed a wicked smile.

His body then started releasing a terrifying amount of anima. At that moment it was like the world was falling apart.

The ceiling began caving in as the entire mansion started falling apart. Large cracks started appearing in the ground like the yard itself was going to open up.

“M-Monster!”

The masked figures were scared shitless. The third prince however remained calm. He looked over at the woman who had a troubled expression. He then shouted.

“Reina!”

The woman looked towards the prince when she heard him call out to her.

“There’s no need to stick to the Boomslang Style in this situation.”

The prince said.

“If you can’t assassinate him, then beat him down in a brawl.”

He said.

The woman, Reina looked at him for a while and then nodded. She then removed all the weapons she had on her and took a deep breath.

At that moment, her red eyes looked like bloody jewels in the night. Her body also released its own terrifying anima. However, this anima was different. It gave off a beastly sensation, like Reina wasn’t a human but a beast instead.

It was just wild, unruly, and deadly. It was red like blood and was in the shape of a dragon’s head.

“Wild Nature Anima?”

Rory was a bit surprised.

Wild Nature Anima was the type of anima that Beastmen and animals were born with. Each species that had Wild Nature Anima had its own unique characteristics as well. For a human to learn it, they need to live with beasts and become one with nature.

In other words, they needed to become an animal themselves.

“Oh? So you’ve discarded your assassin persona, and returned to your roots.”

Rory said after seeing Reina’s power.

“It’s been a long time since I’ve fought a Megal.”

He grinned.

“But I can’t get enough of your blood red eyes!”

He dashed forward and threw a kick. Reina ducked under it and spun around swinging her elbow.

Her elbow hit Rory’s who also swung his elbow while turning around. The two spun around and face each other, while swinging their fists.

*Bam!*

There fists collided and caused a shockwave to spread out around them. Reina lifted her hand that turned into an iron claw before Rory’s eyes, and swung it down.

*Bam!*

Rory was blown back with a claw mark across his chest.

“The hell was that?”

He said while seeing the claw mark on his chest. Reina didn’t answer him and rushed towards him, swinging down her claw.

A blade made of anima appeared attached to Rory’s hand. He swung it upwards, and the blade clashed with claw.

*Bam!*

Reina was blown upwards from the clash. Rory leaped into the air and slashed his hand blade at her chest.

“Roar!”

At that moment, the anima surrounding Reina moved on its own and blocked Rory’s attack. This didn’t surprise Rory since he knew that Wild Anima was capable of acting on its own.

He stretched his hand out to the side and created another hand blade.

“Not so fast!”

A red orb formed in front of Reina and fired a laser destroying Rory’s blade.

“Superb Anima control!”

Rory praised.

“However!”

His now free hand was covered in black anima which soon took the shape of four snakes. The snakes quickly changed into four dragons, which pounced on Reina.

*Bam!*

The dragon clung on to Reina’s limbs and slammed her into the ground. She looked up and saw Rory thrusting his other hand blade towards her chest.

Reina’s eyes shone brighter and the anima around her grew more ferocious. The dragon shaped anima rushed towards Rory and forced him into the ceiling. It then forced him outside of the mansion and into the night sky.

By this time, the entire roof started falling down.

Rory’s fist started vibrating after he got rid of his hand blade.

“Quake Fist!”

He punch the dragon, and it exploded thus freeing him.

“This is fun! Really fun!”

Powerful lightning filled the sky before concentrating around his fist.

“It’s been a while since I’ve last used this, so my control might be a bit poor! If you die, sorry in advance!”

The lighting concentrating around his fist started morphing in the shape of a tiger.

“Everyone leave the mansion immediately!”

Reina shouted.

Everyone listened to her and started escaping for their lives.

“Tiger Bolt!”

Rory thrust down his fist, and a bolt of lightning in the shape of a tiger fell from the sky. From a far it looked like a divine beast was descending from the heavens.

*Boom!*

The darkness of the night was temporarily chased away by the brightness of the lightning strike. When the brightness faded, the prince’s mansion was completely reduced to a heap of burning rubble.

Rory silently landed on it with a troubled expression.

“Ah. I over did it.”

He then looked at the prince who was covered in dirt.

“My bad.”
