I remember long ago in a place that never existed I was ruminating on the connection of context. During this rumination I came to a dilemma: If there is no context then what would happen to the universe? As far as anybody knew context was needed to exist, to live. But what if somebody created a context that only relied on themselves. Then it hit me that I could become self sustained rather than tethered to anything. The true importance of my discovery didn’t hit me until a few years later when the end came. Everybody felt it then everybody knew fear. I understood at that very moment that if all contexts are wiped out then I would also cease to be. But I still had an independent context that I created. So I resolved myself to sever all ties to any context within the universe so that I would not be affected by their destruction. The second the last context was severed everything went to oblivion. I was in true nothingness. I stayed there for countless decades until I finally felt it was safe to attempt to return to my universe. I searched for years until I found a withered context that I recognized as originating from my homeland. I connected to it and I was pulled into the universe and I saw nothing. The end truly came and there was nothing left except for a husk. So I stood. I left. I wandered elsewhere.
