This chapter starts with Hinata’s point of view, Um... Enjoy!

Hinata was now heading towards the garden. It was 2 hours after her lunch with the Empress and the Emperor, they ate lunch in a dining hall that was near the room of the emperor which was mostly used by their family. There were 6 people in the dining hall which was the Empress, the Emperor, the black haired young man, the pervert, Her and a knight. The knight introduced herself as the 2nd princess of the Empire, Lilin von Alceum. Lilin told them that she was currently training under Mordred to become an arcane knight.

The young man’s name was Frith Runeore, he told them that his home world was at war. He was forced to fight at a young age, and that he was a soldier for his country. He was summoned to this world a year after their country won the war.

The pervert’s name was Henry Bales, he was the heir to his family’s company. He was always pressured by his parents to be the best at everything from studies to sports but he still loved his family, he had 2 brothers and a sister. He knew that they are doing it so that his future will be better, since he wanted to atleast have some time to enjoy himself he made an agreement with his family that he can have 1 hour of free time every week as long as he stays at the top of his school. He used his free time reading novels, while reading it he could feel like he was in another place and was able to relax. He then rushed his story, he simply told them that he finished university and became the heir to their company and after a few years he was summoned to this world.

She only told them that she was the daughter of a wealthy family, she was given freedom to do what she wanted and used her time training herself.

After a few conversations in the dining hall they were then told to rest and go to the garden after a few hours. The knights will knock on the door to signal that they should go to the garden and will guide them there.

They want us to fight in a garden?

After Hinata arrived at the garden she could see is a large variety of flowers and plants. There was a large open space in the middle of the garden and was guarded by 3 knights. The middle was made out of a solid mineral that she can’t recognize.

“For now i want you to fight a knight with the current strength that you have, i will create a training program for each of you based on your performane. Ok then who would like to be first?”(Mordred)

Hinata raised her hand.

“Ok then hinata stand in the middle of the garden”(Mordred)

She nodded and went to the middle of the garden, she sensed one of the knights that was guarding the garden follow her

“The heroes are allowed to use their hero weapon, its better for you guys to know how to handle them early. The match ends the moment one of you faints or surrender”(Mordred)

She summoned her axe and the knight drew his sword.

I need to finish this as quickly as possible. since i simply need to knock him out to win, i’ll just hit the back of his neck

She turned her gaze towards Frith. Since Frith is looking i might as well make it flashy, i’ll cut the knight’s sword and then hit the back of his head

She returned her gaze to the knight, she tensed up and shifted all of the her power to her legs.

“BEGIN”(Mordred)

Hinata jumped at a blinding speed, she used one of her leg to pivot in the ground and the other leg to move her body and make her spin. She used the momentum of the initial jump and spin to cut the knight’s sword. What she didn’t realize was that a sword and her axe were different, since she was excited to show her strength in front of Frith she didn’t realize that not only was her axe a bit longer than a normal sword it was also a bit heavier. That small miscalculation lead to a knight having his sword and arm cut.

Oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no her face started to turn pale.

“It’s my win right?” she tried to hide her panic and smiled at Mordred.

I already won right? Heal him now!

“Huh?”(knight)

She turned her gaze towads the knight, the knight was still conscious. She panicked and kick the ground and moved towards the side of the knight, this time instead of the blade part of the axe she used the handle and made the knight faint.

Now i won right? Please heal him already!

“Mr. Mordred i suggest that you call someone that could heal him”Hinata continued to hide her emotions by smiling at Mordred.

She picked up the knight’s hand and gave them to Mordred. Her face was still a bit pale, Mordred noticed her change in complexion.

“Pft”(Mordred)

She was too shocked at her own performance and didn’t hear Modred’s small chuckle.

“I cut them cleanly so you can probably attach them back easily” She bowed and went towards the place where Frith was.

She could feel her heart beating faster, not because Frith was looking at her but because she went to far in her performance. She wanted to show off a bit so that Frith’s attention would be focused on her but she never intended to cut the knight’s arm.

Everyone probably hates me now...

She was lost in her own thoughts and stared blankly at the knight who was lying on soft grassy part of the garden. She continued to stare at the knight while thinking about what she just did.

The reason she was able to use that kind of power was because she temporarily lifted all of her body’s restriction letting her body reach its utmost limit. She was born with the ability to forcefully break the restrictions of a normal human body and that was reason she was able to reach the top of the sport kendo, fight a group of armed men and kill 27 thugs on her own.

While she was still lost in her thoughts she suddenly felt a tap on her shoulders.

“That was a nice display of power”(Mordred)

She snapped back to reality, the other heroes were already gone and some knights were moving those that have fainted.

“I know you wanted to show your strength but can’t you atleast hold back a bit. You cut a someone’s arm you know, well its also our fault for underestimating the heroes”(Mordred)

Hinata nodded at Mordred

“Well it seems like you didn’t really want to cut the arms seeing as your face was pale after cutting it... pft”(Mordred) Mordred tried to hold back his laughter.

“Anyways for now you should rest. Don’t worry about the knights they are probably shaken but they won’t hate you after all you are a Hero, maybe they will even start thinking that having their arms cut by a beautiful hero is not that bad ahahaha”(Mordred)

Hinata was now lying on her bed while staring at the ceiling “sigh… my whole body hurts and I screwed up”

Should i apologize to the knight later?... even though i finally have the chance to change my life i just had to go and cut a person’s arm... what if he wants to get revenge? What if more and more knights come?

She was reminded of her past. She only fought a group of thug yet they searched for her for more than a year. If the knight some how felt that he wanted to get his revenge and called his friends then her current life will just take the same turn of events as her past life. She didn’t consider how others view the Heroes, the only thing she considered is that they fought only to know the Heroes strength yet she cut the knight’s arm.

*knock**knock*

Hinata turned her eyes towards the door.

“Dinner is ready”(???)

Hinata stood up and opened the door. She could see a tall knight that was holding a tray. After opening the door she slowly went back to her bed, the knight left the tray on the table and left the room.

(Frith’s POV)

Frith was summoned to the throne room after dinner. After arriving he noticed that he is the only hero that was called to the throne room.

“Hero Frith Runeore do you wish to serve the Empire?”(Lilith)

“sorry Empress Lilith i have my own things to do but don’t worry i’ll do my job as a hero”(Frith)

“Can you tell me what your goal is?”(Lilith)

“i can’t tell you Empress Lilith”(Frith)

“Hmmm... what do you think honey”(Lilith)

After punching him and burying half of his body to a wall now you call him honey?

“Don’t worry my instinct tells me that it is ok to let him go”(Braum)

“Hmmm... Mordred have you prepared everything that i have told you to prepare?”(Lilith)

“Yes your majesty” Mordred bowed to the empress and left the room. After a few minutes Mordred came back with a bag.

“Take that Hero Frith, inside that bag is a map of this continent and 50 gold coins. You will need that if you want to start your own journey.”(Lilith) Lilith and Braum stood up and went to him.

“We have no reason to deny your journey nor do we have any reason to force you to serve the Empire, all we ask you is to do your duty as a hero”(Lilith) Lilith hugged Frith for a short moment followed by Braum Hugging him.

“I know that being a hero is a hard task but whatever happens please don’t give up, i know it is selfish of us to let you take on such a heavy burden after summoning you out of nowhere but Heroes are the only ones with the strength to save humanity”(Lilith)

“I will” Frith nodded at the empress.

“We wish you luck”(Lilith & Braum)

Right now Frith is camping at a forest, he was now far from the Palace and is now staring blankly at the fire. He tried remembering everthing hat happened today.

I know i said i won’t serve the empire and it is in fact good that i am now free to do anything i want but... WHEN DID I SAY THAT I WANT TO GO ON A JOURNEY NOW?
