Frith was currently resting in the middle of a forest consisting of mountains. There were 2 places where the human and demon continent are connected, the first path was where the human and demon army are stationed. The second path was a lot larger than the first path and was covered in mountains, it is said that dragons live in the forest of mountains. It is said that most of the dragons around the world started living there 4000 years ago, the dragons living in the 2nd path are highly territorial and usually kills anything that enters the forest of mountains.

There is a body of water between the 2 continents, it was said that a lot of fishmen are living there. Since the naval battle between demons and humans mostly happened there, obviously a lot of ships were destroyed there. Since there were alot of things that the fishmen can get from the sunken ships they made that place their territory, they proclaimed that there the humans and demons should stop using the place for their war or the fishmen will be their enemy. The humans didn’t want to create another enemy and it is favorable for them that the demons have lesser ways to get to their continent, the demons on the other hand didn’t care and still sent their ship towards the human continent and resulted with all of their ships getting destroyed.

The fishmen were not that strong normally but everything changes when they fight on water. In the current era the palace of the fishmen were now in the middle of the 2 continents and most of their fighting force are there, even the demons will not be able to take the the whole fishmen army on water so they simply gave up. The humans and demons simply let their ships roam around their continent for defense while focusing their army on the path that connects their continents.

It has been 3 days since he has started his journey, he ran past a dozen of villages and cities on his way to the forest of mountains. Using his status as a Hero he was able to get the needed information that he needed, he didn’t waste any time and continued travelling towards his destination.

He was stacking different mobility spells and was able to travel up to the forest of mountain in just 3 days, he met monsters on the way but he simply ran past them. [God Speed] [Limit Break] [Extreme Haste] were the spells that he was currently using, he can use teleport but he would probably lose most of his mana after casting it. He could use teleport and appear in the demon continent but he would use atleast 80% of his maximum mana, it would take 2-3 days to recover that amount. The current spells that he was using are draining 35% of his mana a day while his mana can regenerate 30% a day, he can more or less run at the same speed for 17 more days.

While he was resting he could feel a presense of a dragon flying towards him. A grey colored dragon descended in front of him, it was as big as a 3 story building. It had dark glowing horns that were 5 ft long and extends upward from its head.

“Human, you dare set foot on my territory?”The dragon roared at him while stretching its wings which created a gust of wind.

“Oh good i was getting quite hungry and it is a good chance to practice using my gauntlets” Frith disabled all of his spells and summoned his gauntlets. It would be too easy for him to fight with most of his high level speed buff active.

“You dare show hostility towards me the great Dragon King Falhnir?“The dragon directed its bloodlust towards him and poised its body for battle.

Without listening to what the dragon said, He rushed forward. He jumped towards the dragon and punched its face, the dragon was blown away but used the momentum to spin its body and hit him with its tail. He was able to block the dragon’s tail but was sent flying, after the dragon recovered its stance it started to fly.

It too fast for its size Frith forcefully twisted his body and landed 30 ft away from the dragon. The dragon started casting a spell, he made a stance and compressed his ki to his fist. He sent a ki blast towards the dragon and followed the blast after he released it, the dragon blocked the ki blast but was unable to see him. He created a small platfrom made out of wind and jumped a little bit higher from the dragons head, he raised his leg and dropped it to towards the dragon’s head interrupting the dragon from casting its spell. The dragon fell to the ground, he let his body spin after the kick and when his legs were pointed at the sky he created another platform. He kicked the platform and quickly descended towards the dragon while compressing ki at his fist.

Compressed Impact

He punched the head of the dragon, a cracking sound can be heard inside the dragon’s head. After a few moments the dragons stopped moving, there was no damage on the skin of the dragon’s head but there was a hollow part were he used his last move.

It looks like this gauntlets double or at most triple my physical strength, my whole body gets stronger while wearing the gauntlets but only the gauntlets itself can inflict Light element damage. It looks like i am strong enough without using magic... well the platform is an exception

He looked at the corpse of the dragon.

With this i won’t have any food problem for a few days, [Dimensional Pouch]

[Dimensional Pouch] is an 8-tier space spell, it creates a temporary storage somewhere in the dimensional space. It can store an infinite number of objects but since the space is constantly moving the caster has to leave a part of his mana so that he can access the space again, if the caster uses this spell but doesn’t leave a part of his mana then the next [Dimensional Pouch] will be reset and all the things he stored will be gone. All the object that was stored will forever drift inside the infinite space.

After taking meat from the dragon he froze its dead body and stored it on his [Dimensional Pouch]. He used [Detoxify] to make sure no poison is on the meat and grilled it using fire magic. After resting a bit he continued moving towards the demon continent.

Why didn’t i buy a change of clothes before i started my journey... i am starting to smell bad

(Selene’s POV)

Selene was currently in a park with her little sister Agness. They were waiting for Lily Matah before they start their picnic, Leblanc was nowhere to be seen but since she already got used to her elder sister’s antics she didn’t say anything.

“Agness stop eating and wait for lily”(Selene)

She looks so cute!... huff huff huff but i need to get a hold of myself, i need to be strict and correct her behavior

“Just a bit” Agness smiled at Selene.

This is dangerous for the heart, i sooooo want to cuddle her right now but i need to act like a proper elder sister and be strict

“Act more mature Agness, you are a demon lord”(Selene)

“Is it bad that i act like this?” Agness looked at Selene with puppy eyes.

OF COURSE ITS OK!... If only father didn’t force that stupid demon lord title to us

“no... its ok but you should start acting like a demon lord after 100 years”(Selene)

“I love you sister Selene” Agness jumped towards selene and hugged her.

Kyaaaaaaa! My little sister’s small and soft body is hugging me!!!(Selene)

Selene’s face blushed a little and suddenly turned her head sideways.

NO! Selene get a hold of yourself, you need to act like a proper elder sister for your small and cute and adorable and beautiful and adorable... NO!... im starting to lose myself

Selene closed her eyes and took a deep breath

I have to be strict, yes that’s right i need to be strict

“Promise me that you will be mature after a 100 years ok?”(Selene)

Agness looked directly at her sister’s eyes and made a smile.

“I PROMISE!”(Agness)

Selene noticed that her little sister didn’t mean what she said.

Hmm maybe its too early for her, yes it is too early for her so i’ll just enjoy being with her for now and just be strict on her next birthday celebration

There was a small smile on selene’s face.

(At the demon continent)

Frith was currently in disguise while taking a walking in one of the demon cities, he used his magic to change his appearance in to that of a demon. Since most of the demons can use magic and will be able to percieve magic power he temporarily sealed most of his magic power until he gets the information he needs.

He was quite used to sealing his powers, normally it would take 30 minutes but he could easily do the seal on his body in an instant. Only a few humans can use magic and even those that can use magic has little to no perception of mana. He himself is not that good at percieving an enemy’s magical power even though he has an incredible amount of magical power himself. The moment he was summoned he sealed his powers, there was no reason to hide it but there was also no reason to show it. When he was travelling his powers were unsealed and when he gets to a village he instantly seals it again, he didn’t know why but he simply felt like hiding his powers.

Ok before we start gathering information let us buy a new set of clothes

Sigh... now im back at the bottom of the chapter. I didn’t know what to call the 2nd path so i just said it was a forest of mountains since the whole path is covered with mountains(lol) and for the body of water part... really what do i call a body of water in the middle of 2 continents?
