《First》Ch. 10 She's awake A1

It was with relief that John saw the pursuing ships begin to drift. If he had engaged them without knowing who they were, so there would be no way to estimate the escalation of the encounter. A fleet of more then a few ships could only be afforded by nobles or someone who stole from them.
It was a very likely possibility that other ships would arrive at the sign of conflict. And knowing nothing, letting himself get boarded didn't sound like a good idea.
The ships eventually stopped a pursuit entirely and headed in another direction, John didn't recognize the route and so left them just like that.
John wanted some answers and went to the alchemy lab, turning off the low flame and picking up the pot of medical gue. It was not of the quality of a potion and such took on the appearance of a lifeless slime. Potions were well refined medical miracles while gue, being the same, was just a poor quality variation.
He returned to the elf's room, placing the pot beside the bed. Not wanting her to drown while forcing the large quantity of medicinal a down her throat, John placed his hand on her mouth and stuck his fingers in to hold her tongue down. Then with his spare hand he activated magic that caused the concoction to rise into a stream through the air like a flying snake.
Next John directed it above the elf and forced it into a decent, into her mouth and down her throat.
Like a waterfall it came down, not a drop slipping past her tender lips, all of it going straight to her stomach.
And of course, it was this moment that she came to wake. With a hand on her mouth, a man's weight on her chest, a great pain coursing through her body, and of course, wet slimy goo working its way into her.

Wide eyed, her pure velvet green eyes showed a 100 emotions, none of them good.
John worked quickly, accelerating the medicinal flow. He knew she wanted to struggle and also that she couldn't. Before the medicinals began to take effect, it would be best to finish this. Then regardless of what she wanted to do, she at least wouldn't die from her existing wounds.
The last of the medicinals went down and John immediately jumped back and gave her space.
Switching to an Elven tongue he repeated the phrase, "it was medicine, you were hurt."
All the elf could do was tilt her head and stare. In doing so a stream of tears fell out her eyes.
The medicine began to take effect as a light glow appeared on her skin. Cuts closed, black and blue areas portrayed once more skin like a babies bottom, and bones out of place travelled to their rightful place.
John knew it would be painful, it would be all the same with a higher grade potion. If you wanted it painless, get a proper healer. Still, she stayed awake.
He was genuinely impressed with the will power the elf portrayed to accomplish this.
"Wh.who are you?" Her lips were shivering as a result of the pain and unsettled heart.
"John Ryder, though you should save the questions until you've recovered somewhat. That medicine that I gave you will heal your injuries and this room will suppress them."
"Th. Thank you for your care. B. But me being here puts you in danger."
This stubborn elf wasn't considering her health at all. Even if she managed to get herself up, then what? Was she planning to leave the room? That might kill her. It was definitely getting under John's skin.
"Why, because they'll track your seal?"
The elf made a quick grab for her chest then teared up again.
"No. No. No! It's gone! It can't be gone! NO. No. no... I've failed..."
Ah? John wasn't expecting this reaction and watched dangerous emotions rise up on the elf's face.
John came closer.
"Hey, what's your name?"
No response.
John snapped his fingers in her face while raising the pressure in his voice, "oy oy, your name."
"It's it's, I've. Ive never given it to anyone."
"Don't care, what is it?"
"Niera Val Makor."

Eldritch Entity On A Journey Of Self-Discovery
Shold'ler has made a reality before. It was pretty messy, the physics didn't work properly, and his designs were just terrible. The air moves sometimes (but not all the time), the grass has layers underneath it, and the trees sometimes have things living in them. All things considered... it's depressingly good. What's he supposed to do here?

Lord Of Horrors [DISCONTINUED]
In the year 2378, the people of the newly-colonized planet Eredea did as all colonialists often do. Grey [HIATUS]
I was originally fueled by anger and disdain to write this and looking back, most of what I wrote for this story was unplanned and a bit trashy. I kinda stopped having ideas for this, so I stopped in the end. If you're looking at this right now, you probably shouldn't read this because it's only 12 crappy chapters in and yeah... Sorry to the people who might've liked this. (Maybe one day I'll continue this, but for now, I have other plans) Grey, a prince, is unsure about what to do when he starts running away from an enemy beast tamer. He's unsure on what to do now that his father, the king, is dead. In the forest alone, he'll discover a small companion and a rogue. Together will they figure a way to take back Grey's kingdom? Or will they just die in vain? Let's be honest here, most of you probably like the fox aspect of the story the most. (BTW the cover design is made by me. Terrible, I know) I'm kind of done with writing bs descriptions that I might change in the future, plus I'm not very good with being thoughtful with quotes and stuff like that. I just write what pops into my mind, which is usually stupid things. So the description may or may not be accurate so I've changed it to being very vague.
