In the middle of the capital of Vino, a teenager was running through the streets with wounds that continue to bleed but he continues to run. Behind the teenager was groups of guards with more on the way and the citizen watched from the side not daring to help. The teenager continued to run before turning down an alleyway and vanished.

A few minutes passed when a man appeared with thirty more soldiers. When the guards saw who showed up leading the reinforcement they began to shiver as he was famous for not showing mercy no matter the crime. This man name is John Killwin and he has the honor of carrying the title ‘The most brutal guard’.

“Where is the target,” John asked in low deep voice.

“Sir the target managed to escape,” One of the guards who was chasing the target nervously reported.

“Did he, then the punishment is thirty lashes and add three more every time they yell,” John said to have the group of guards who lost him dragged off.

“Don’t you think that a little harsh as their target was from one of the sects,” One of the younger and newer guards asked.

“Are you new,” John asked.

“I just started last week,” He said with a hint of caution.

“Since you just started I will give you a lighter punishment for questioning your superior. Your punishment is twenty-five lashes,” John said.

Hearing his punishment, the man turned pale as two guards appeared on both sides of him and dragged him off. Seeing the man dragged off left the other feeling pity for the man as his cultivation wasn’t high which could cause him to become crippled from the lashes.

“Have you identified who they were chasing,” John said causing the guard to become tense.

“They were chasing an inner disciple of the Four Element Sect who name is Edward Weather. His current age is around hundred and five with his cultivation being the peak of Golden Core realm. He is known to be a rank 3 craftsman and was in the capital doing trading,” a nervous guard said nervously.

“So he from four element sect is he,” John said with a wicked smile as he walked into the alley drawing his sword and striking out.

“Ahhhh,’ A scream could be heard as the man they were chasing suddenly appeared with a sword through his stomach pinning him to the wall.

“Found you,” John said as he sealed off the man cultivation.

“What are you guys waiting for drag him off to his cell,” John said before he left.

As the guards drag the man away they felt guilty as they were just throwing a man into prison just for being part of a sect. What makes it even worst is that this man actually helps most of the people such as forging weapon, tools, armor, and few other at low prices that even poor farmer could even afford them. But that all the guards felt as this isn’t the first time this happen as they know similar scenes are happening in the nearby kingdoms.

From the rooftop a distance away, a hawk way looking at the guards dragging the man away. Attached to the leg was a stone known as memory stone which allows it to recorded scene and voices. After capturing the scene, the hawk took off and flew toward the west away from the capital for few miles over few days journey. Soon it came across a man with his arm out and soon landed allowing the man to take the stone.

“Gray Hawk did,” The man said as the hawk flew returning to its station waiting for its next order.

The man who received the stone was a tall muscular man who had hair going down to waist was Vice Sect leader Ron second only to the Sect Master. After he watched the recording the man sighed as one of his disciples was carried off. It not he doesn’t want to save his disciple but he doesn’t have enough power to do so even if his cultivation is almost at the peak of origin realm.

“Edward holds on we will rescue you as soon as we can,” Ron mumbled.

Seeing that the rumors are true about the kingdoms capturing Cultivator from sect or family member of one he sent out order withdrawing all member from the capital and surrounding city. The same orders were sent down in other sects as they also confirmed the rumors.

Inside the Void Emperor Sect has yet to be passed down as they yet to received word about what happens inside the capital and surrounding cities. Inside the special courtyard, two girls were sitting around thinking about what to do.

“Want to go shopping in the capital,” Sia asked since both of them need a week break from training and studying.

“Let go shopping for clothing and shoes,” Luna said with sparkles in her eyes.

“Then let set off now,” Sia said.

“Ok,” Luna said as they both departed for the capital.

“They might be but they’re not as fast in progression as you are and you need to allow them room to grow without you there to solve all their problems,” Moon said.

“Well let going then it going to take a week for travel,” Lucifer said taking flight.

“Let see who fast you or my Flying Sword,” Moon said hopping on his sword proposing a challenge.
