That night I have another dream… He is standing in front of me again… Shikki stands before me… I know who it is though, it is the Greater god. He begins to smile a creepy smile as he normally does then begins to talk.

“Welcome back! Ahh, good job Kite. You managed to skate by with only 3 of your generals dying. This is one of the better paths you could have went down… I mean, if you were a little more brutal when you first met Gold and killed her quickly, you could have gotten by with only a single general… Maybe next time I guess.”

“Come on man, I tried my best. I already blame myself enough as it is. I don't need some god who could will the solution into existence to blame me to… So why am I here? There has to be a reason, you wouldn't bring me here unless you wanted to tell me something… Or wanted me to do something… Or you wanted to gloat about… Did you really bring me here to gloat about the deaths I could have prevented!?”

“Hah, no. That would be boring, it is because you've noticed something… I thought I would give you a job since you're not busy anymore. You see, about 30,000 years ago I reworked the stat system that is in place right now… The thing is, I made it to charisma then got bored and left it as it was… So charisma is running off the broken system that it was originally based on… While I could have fixed it at any point, I would have rather pawned the work off on someone else… All of my gods would have chosen a boring way to take the stat though… That is where you come into place. I kind of want to see what you will do with charisma... I give you full reign to redesign charisma and when you are finished I'll review it and put it into place.”

“Can't you just do your job man? You ruined so many people's lives by not changing charisma. Why would you just stop at the last stat… It is almost like you enjoy the misery you bring into this world.”

His smile starts to change as his face changes as well. From Shikki he changes into Tough, he has a serious expression on his face as he yells at me, slightly agitated.

“Don't take my laziness and complacency for ill will. If I could just flip a switch and everything is fixed I would. This world takes a metric shit ton of effort to work. I have to hold this shit together with home made glue that is also made of shit. This isn't the first world I've created or destroyed. It is the first one in a long time to amuse me though, mostly because of how hard you struggle to remain righteous even though being slightly more evil would save you so much hassle. It's like you enjoy doing work, so that is why I am pawning some of my work off onto you. Go crazy, I give you full creative licensing for redesigning the charisma stat… Just don't make it too strong or too weak or I will have to replace it.”

I sigh at him. Why would he do this to me? I guess it is a good thing… I can fix one of the problems of this world. Redesigning charisma will make several classes far better than they currently are… I'll have to really put some thought into the redesign… I ask him.

“Is that all?”

“Yep. Goodbye.”

I'm kicked out of my dream and wake up… My body is still sore all over, at least I can walk by myself today. I wake up and the sun hasn't risen yet… Something I can catch dawn but I'm still too busy to take the day off and watch it… Maybe I'll wake Leaf up one day and we can watch it together… I still need to do some after war things before I can finally calm down and relax for a year until the next war starts… It feels like because of my beliefs that all races should be treated fairly… There will always be a war for me to fight…

First, I need to make alterations to the charisma stat… It seems that going with something different will help in the long run over something normal. The main thing is I want balance… Zeke's life has been so bad because of the way charisma is set up right now… Does the Greater god allow me to make changes to the classes with charisma as well? We'll just have to see as I make the changes.

Second, the pirates need a leader. I would rather put one in charge that they will listen to and avoid fighting us when the time of war comes… I'll really have to think about this though. I also need to check with to see how everyone's stats have improved through the war. I expect Darkclaw isn't the only of my pets to have changed in this war.

Third, We need to have a celebration for our army… This will also be a day of remembering those who lost their lives during this war… I should have really said this one first. It is the one I should get out of the way first… I'm honestly looking forwards to this… While we have the celebration it might be a good idea to find a new leader for the kobolds as well.

I'll start telling people about the celebration today and we will hold it tomorrow. I want to have a few things in place before the celebration begins… I've learned so much recently but because of the war, I haven't been able to experiment. I start enchanting some different sized containers with unending water source… This will be one of my experiments. Each is filled with different liquids. After a few hours of enchanting by myself, the enchanting crew shows up and starts helping.

Out of all the containers I want to enchant set-up on the enchanting table, I have 8 buckets. Each is being enchanted with unending water source but are filled with beer. Another 8 buckets filled with chocolate. Then 8 glasses filled with beer, then 8 filled with chocolate… I still can't use my hand yet… I left the bandages on since yesterday… I don't want to look at whatever my arm has become yet… Aegis is no where to be found since yesterday... He'll show up once he's had some time to think though. I think right now, it is best to give him his space.

The enchanting process for the chocolate is far harder. Having to keep a constant temperature on it to keep the chocolate in a liquid form. I have several small fires burning against the metal bottom of the buckets to keep it in liquid form… The main experiment I am trying here, is to see weather the size of the container effects the amount produced. The second reason is to see if a liquid has been placed in the container, does it duplicate the liquid?

As I focus on this, my pets slowly begin to visit me. Several of my generals as well… Each pet looks differently and my generals all tell me what they've gained from the battle. The pets who changed the most were the ones tied to elements… Blue, Purple, Pokodo and Red. Each had changed to be far more suited for that element.

Blue was now almost see through. He had become a true water elemental. It seems he still retained his ability to control females and in all honestly… His new look makes him look far more unique, honestly even more attractive than what he was. He has grown again… Being only slightly smaller than an average human… In comparison to when he was an imp, he has gained around 3 feet in height since becoming my pet.

Purple has a similar green see-through tint as the sylph. I guess she was helping Kline on the battlefield, she could produce magical notes that made everybody's fatigue lift when they heard it… I'll need to speak with Kline eventually to get the full story on her capabilities. I guess in the future, she will be even more of a help to our army so I am happy with that. Purple still retained his bat form through the transformation.

Pokodo… Looks far differently… Her fur is no longer fur but instead white granite. Her size has almost doubled… If I was still 7-8 years old, I would be able to ride her like a mount. She comes up to about my knees in height from sitting down. She could let the children ride her if she wanted… She also changed the most if you ask me… I doubt she is as weak and frail as she was before… She also can burrow through the ground now to travel… As fast if not faster than she could run at full sprint on the surface.

Red looks fairly similar… At least her body, her face now shows the signs of how powerful she really is. She could pass as human before, with the marks on her face, the several sparks of fire sparking off of her hair and the giant fangs she had grown… It will be much harder to pass her off as a human. She changed into a 9 tailed fox and has grown even more in this form. If she was the size of a fox before. She is the size of a griffon now. 2 or 3 people could ride on her if she allowed them.

While these 4 changed the most… My other pets also changed…. Darkclaw is now a giant in comparison. He is truly a dragon now, I haven't seen the devastation he can do… I'm guess it is on the scale of 3-4 times as massive. I doubt we can be compared anymore. I'll need to get a few feathers from him to upgrade my generals armor. 4 feathers would be enough to make a chest piece out of.

Sock has grown again… If he was slightly bigger than the average human, he is now the size of that bugbear who came in. About the same height as me just far more bulky… The alterations I'm going to have to make to his gear are going to be drastic enough for me to need to make a new set of gear from scratch… Looking over all the changes too my pets… I start to think about Morpheus, will he even return to our base?

The generals who approached me… Most is just levels and stats but Trice was different. She said she had an awakened class since awhile ago but wanted to wait until the fighting was over to bother me with it… I wonder what it is, she says that it is called rainbow mage and that she will teach it to me in the next few days… That is good to know…

Leaf comes by and kisses me as I work. We act more like an old married couple than 2 people in a new relationship. If I wasn't so sore, I would be far more playful with her… She talks about how she gained a new awakened class during the war. That makes 2 new awakened classes I can learn. Leaf continues to look at the unmoving arm at my side. It makes me question what happened to it. It should be able to move if it was just broken or sore. I start to undo the bandages but Leaf stops me. She has a worried look on her face... Is it really that bad?

I leave the enchanting crew to finish their work… I hope it works out, a few beer and chocolate fountains would be amazing to have for the party tomorrow. I go around and tell everyone about celebration. It feels almost unreal, should we even celebrate this victory? It feels like the wrong thing to do… We need to grieve and celebrate though…

I head back to the pirates island and see them now reconstructing the buildings that were torn down in this war. A huge amount of food is being given out, with how starved they have been it is to be expected. I see someone bossing around the pirates like it is his job to… It is Darkclaw.

“Come on lads! Do you want to sleep outside another night? Fix those buildings and you can sleep in a nice comfortable bed with a roof over your head! Eat your fill of food, no one will judge you for what you eat today! You need all that energy for work!”

He turns and notices me… He goes to speak but he must have noticed I was looking at him weird. I ask him a question.

“Darkclaw, how would you feel about leading the pirates?”
