《The Aether Universe》Chapter 62

"Fenrir, get up. I carried you because I wanted to. Now, come on, we have a long day ahead of us," Tai said to Fenrir, walking past him as he exited the building.
Fenrir got up and followed behind Tai. "So, what are we doing today, master?"
"We're going to the first Aether City, A.C. - 1, and joining my sister for a dungeon run."
Fenrir nodded. Over the past 6 months, he had also had his fair share of dungeon runs and while he didn't stay in the dungeons 24/7 for 6 months, he still regularly visited them, with his highest level reached, being level 79.
Arriving at his mom's diner, Nagi was in his dragon form, as they have been talking along the way and getting along quite nicely.
Anna was already at the diner when Tai, and his companions arrived, finishing her breakfast. She didn't eat as much as Tai eats usually, but it was still more than what the average human ate before the world changed.
Tai's mom went up to him and gave him a hug. "Breakfast?"
Tai nodded as he sat down across from his sister, Nagi and Fenrir still talking about god knows what. "Yes, please."
"Ready for today?" Tai asked her.
"Today, what were we doing again?" Anna asked.
"I'm joining you for that dungeon run, remember?" Tai said, laughing.
"Huh, oh yeah! Well, eat fast. I'll tell my party to just wait at the dungeon entrance," she said, sending a message to her party members.
Tai nodded, talking with his sister in the meantime, waiting for his food to come.
Not too long after, Tai's mother brought Tai his food and he began digging into his food. "Fenrir, you don't want to eat anything? Can't have you fighting while you're hungry."

"Don't worry about me, master. I'm always hungry. It's a side effect of one of my skills."
Nodding, Tai went back to eating his food, eating fast so they could get on with the day.
Finishing his food, he gave his mother the plates and paid for the food. She insisted that he didn't have to pay, but like mother like son, he also insisted to pay for the food and it ended with Tai paying for the food, adding in a big tip.
"Hey, who do you think Anna's brother is? Do you think he's strong?" a male voice asked.
"Isn't it obvious? It's that Tai Zenith guy on the leaderboard. They have the same last name," a female voice replied.
"Are you dumb?! My friend has the same last name as Russel Owens, but they sure as hell ain't related," another male said.
"Well, either way, I think that he'd be strong. I mean, Anna's strong, so I'd be surprised if her brother isn't strong," another female said.
The party members nodded as one of them pointed at a group of people approaching them. "Hey, is that them?"
"Wahh, no way. Is that her brother?" one of the girls asked, blushing.
"Hey, what the hell is up with that big ass wolf?"
Following Anna, Tai was beside her as they approached her party members.
Standing face to face with Anna's party members, Tai stared them down, intimidating them and observing them with his aura.
Fenrir, the 10 foot werewolf was also standing behind Tai, while Nagi, in his dragon form was standing beside Fenrir. Both of them helped intimidate Anna's party members.
Looking at all of them, there were 5 members overall. There was a blonde girl that he assumed was an archer from the longbow that hung from her back. Another short girl with black hair that had at least a dozen knives all over her body. If he had to guess, she was the assassin of the group. There was another girl standing beside the short one and she wore a white robe and a long staff beside her, probably the mage of the group, but isn't Anna a mage too?

A tall, dark-skinned guy was clad in tough, heavy armor, carrying a sword, and shield, the tank of the group. Finally, there was another guy that wielded a sword. He also had armor, but not as heavy, and durable as the dark-skinned guy.
"Hello everyone. This is my brother, Tai," Anna said, introducing him to her party.
Tai nodded. "Hello everyone. Thanks for taking care of my sister."
The group stood still, frozen in part that Tai was releasing his aura and that Anna was related to one of the strongest people on the planet.
"U-uh... Hi! My name is Marie, I'm the archer."
"Lili here. Assassin."
"My name is Joan, the healer," she said, blushing a bit.
Oh, so she's a healer.
"Name's Leroy! Please take care of us."
"My name is Grigoriy, but everyone calls me Grisha," the man said with a thick Russian accent.
"Nice to meet you," Tai said, turning towards Nagi and Fenrir, who were still talking. "Stop talking, you two, and introduce yourself."
Fenrir turned to the group, growling softly which scared some of the girls.
Tai lightly hit him on the back. "Knock it off. We're going with them."
Fenrir smiled, or at least, did his best to smile. He wasn't exactly the nicest looking dog, so while he was smiling, it looked menacing. "My name is Fenrir."
"No. Way. Isn't he 7th on the leaderboard?" one of the party members whispered to the other.
"And I'm Nagi, master's weapon." Since Nagi didn't have an actual level, he wasn't on the leaderboard, but if somehow he ever got a level, he would instantly rise up and appear in the Top 10.
"Great, now let's go. Why don't we aim for level 50 today?" Tai said, making the party member's jaws drop.
