Hey guys, another chapter for you! His real training has finally started and the school year for me is coming to an end. I would say that it means more releases, but I have to prepare for a lot of things too. However, I should have enough time to write this story.
Enjoy!
Please inform me in the comments section if there are any grammatical errors. Thanks!

Feng Yun struggled with the Body Strengthening room continuously, resisting the pressure for as long as he could. However, resisting the pressure caused by the strength of a Tyrant Realm 1st Layer was certainly not something he could handle infinitely without the help of treasures and artifacts. On his knees, gasping for air, sweat running down his face in large amounts, Feng Yun gritted his teeth to push himself to go beyond his own physical strength.
One hour passed...
Two hours passed...
Feng Yun was on the verge of giving up and his knees sunk further into the ground. However, suddenly, the pressure began to lessen and become easier to bear with. Feng Yun felt that he could stand now and slowly arose. While doing so, he made sure to stretch and the sounds of bones cracking was the loudest thing in the room currently. The sweat stopped running down his face and he now stared surprised at the sudden halt of the pressure.
"What's going on? My time here shouldn't have even reached 8 hours here right? Why has the pressure disappeared all of a sudden?" Feng Yun looked around trying to find some clue, and sure enough the reason appeared without fail.
Large circles filled with a holy light began appearing on the surface of the room, big enough to house a large beast. However, Feng Yun could feel a powerful presence being emanated from the circles and involuntarily kept his guard up. His eyes narrowed as figures began to rise from the circles.
The figures were clad in a stone body, their body parts all comprised of hard boulders and their size, nearly three times Feng Yun's height. They were like towering giants, completely oblivious to the lowly people beneath them that they stood on. The rock like figures made powerful sounds as they moved, and it was clear that each step they took could flatten a mountain from the tremors that they caused.
Feng Yun's eyes twitched as he thought, "Golems!".
The golems looked around, as if they were searching for someone, until their eyes finally rested upon Feng Yun. Suddenly, their calm and lofty dispositions seemed to disappear as a cold light shone in their eyes. There were about three of them currently, and all of them looked like they wanted to attack Feng Yun.
"Master mentioned that golems would be included in the Body Strengthening Room. It looks like the moment two hours are reached, the golems will spawn. Truly powerful beings!" Feng Yun watched them come forward, and a cold light shone in his eyes as well.
'They want to give me a try? Then, don't blame me for going all out!'
One of the golems took action first, its large fist shooting towards Feng Yun's smaller body. Contrary to its massive size, the speed of the fist certainly wasn't small, and even Feng Yun had to put in effort to dodge the attack. Without even blinking, the golem's next movement arrived. It delivered a sharp kick aimed towards Feng Yun's abdomen, in which the latter decided to face it head on.
"These golems are apart of the Body Strengthening Room, which mean that their bodies must be exceedingly powerful. Let's see by just how much!"

Feng Yun filled his palm with powerful potent Yuan Energy and launched it to face the first golem's kick. The connection between the two forces triggered sparks as both sides struggled to gain leverage over the other. However, Feng Yun was shocked at the level of strength one golem's kick held. It was almost as if punching rock, and he could feel a welling pain building up inside his body. However, Feng Yun merely gritted his teeth and pushed back with all of the possible force in his body. The golem's kick was deflected instead smashing towards another area of the ground.
The collision of the kick with the ground caused it to sink inwards, and the foot created a large crater inside the wall. Feng Yun sweated a little from seeing that.
"Such force!"
Feng Yun quickly shook his head and focused on the battle. The golem dragged its leg out of the hole and emotionlessly proceeded to attack him again. This time however, another golem joined the battle and stood alongside the the first.
"Tch, you bastards want to fight, so be it!"
Feng Yun unleashed the full power of his cultivation against the golems, however the two standing before him did not flinch. At most they felt a little pressure. However, without the assistance of his treasures Feng Yun could hardly pressure these golems.
They acted without hesitation, their fists flying straight towards Feng Yun's body, and an indomitable pressure was emitted from the fists. Feng Yun coldly stared at the incoming attacks and let out a breath of air as he readied himself into a fighting stance. He was absolutely calm and his eyes were closed, as if he was meditating. When the attacks were a mere foot away from him, his eyes suddenly opened and a lightning shaped Yuan Energy crackled around his palms.
"Raiding Thunder Palm!"
The lightning shaped Yuan Energy palm collided with the attacks of the golems and explosions rang out through the entire room. Feng Yun danced as his palms flew about, deflecting the attacks that the golems threw at him. However, as they fought, the golems' attacks became faster and faster, and the force they used became much stronger. Just when he avoided one of the golem's punches, another one slammed a fist into his body.
The impact was enough to send his body flying into the wall. Feng Yun forcefully vomited a mouthful of blood. The pain from the golem's attack was simply too much. He gasped slightly and assessed the damage to his body.
"Rib cage fracture...left dislocated arm...slight wrist fractures," Feng Yun whispered with a grim expression. "These golems appear to be adapting to my movements. At this rate, I won't be able to last long."
Feng Yun felt the urge to take out his Falling Heavens Wings, and his other treasures, but decided strongly against it. If he always took the easy way out, wouldn't he never be able to become strong? Instead, he smiled broadly at his own pain and put on a determined look.
Quickly without any hesitation, Feng Yun placed his right hand over his left arm, and then tugged with all his might.
CRACK!
The arm snapped back into place immediately and Feng Yun stood up with a little difficulty. Normally, a man should be crying out in pain when their arm is relocated, but Feng Yun had done things such as this far too many times to count. In the past, his father had purposely dislocated his arm and left him in a mountain in order for him to learn how to survive while injured. Feng Yun had to rely on himself for nearly three months while having a dislocated arm until he figured out a method to do so.

He looked over at the three golems, who were concentrated on his body and analyzing every move Feng Yun made. A cold smile made its way onto his lips as he laughed.
"Haha, you guys are the best. I'll go all out against you!"
Feng Yun unleashed his full killing intent, the pressure smashing down on the golems' bodies. However, even they did not feel that much of a threat from it because they were golems. Golems were not living beings and thus could not become afraid. Killing intent was used to pressure opponents, but it was mostly used to psychologically inflict fear upon them. This rule did not apply to the golems. However, Feng Yun wasn't done yet.
Black aura spread all across his body, from his fists, to his legs, to his chest area. Only his head was left untouched. All together, it looked like he was coated in a pitch black armor. Furthermore, the armor seemed to be devouring the essence contained in the air as it remained longer and longer. Because of this, it would grow stronger and stronger, making the armor hard for even the Tyrant Realm strength golems to hurt.
"Let's try a second round eh?"
Feng Yun's speed was increased to the maximum capacity and his figure grew illusory. In a mere breath's worth of time, he was already in front of the first golem. Focusing all of the Yuan Energy he had into his feet, he unleashed a torrent of side kicks to the golem's head area. Although the golem had a hard stone body that was nearly impenetrable, it could still feel the impact of the Void Element infused kicks. The golem flew backwards a few steps and a large dent was created in its armor. Feng Yun landed on the ground and a disappointed expression appeared.
"Tch, these golems are too strong. I put so much force into that attack and it didn't destroy the golem! Merely a dent."
Feng Yun launched himself into the air once more and faced the second golem head on. More Void Element aura poured out of his dantian and acted as a second layer to his already coated fist. This was intended to increase the force of the strike by another level. Feng Yun threw a concentrated palm strike towards the golem, who in turn responded by delivering an equally strong fist to meet it.
BOOM!!!
The collision of the two prompted Feng Yun's body to fly backwards several meters. Blood leaked out of his mouth and his complexion grew exceedingly pale. Even his Void Armor had cracks in it. However, the broad and cold smile that he always had didn't disappear. In fact, it grew wider.
The reason was that the golem was in an even worse state after the collision. Many parts of its body had disintegrated and the solid rock body that it previously had was on the verge of crumbling. Despite the injuries however, the golem felt no pain. It was designed to be a fighter that could endlessly battle without exhaustion. It wasn't a living being so it was not capable of tiring or dying of injuries.
Feng Yun knew however, that his Void Armor and attacks were not invincible. The golems could adapt to a large variety of attacks and though they could not defeat the Void Element in terms of attack power, they could manage to suppress it with an increase in cultivation and tactics. These golems were the epitome of training warriors. They had information ingrained into their head that could not be forgotten. And if Dai Tian was the one who created them, then they certainly had an incredible power.
It was after this thought that the third golem joined the fray, lumbering over to their position. But then, it arranged itself to the right of Feng Yun. The first and second golems circled Feng Yun carefully and precisely, coordinating their next attack. They look like they had already created a strategy to deal with him.
Feng Yun noticed it all but didn't say anything. Inwardly, he wryly smiled. It looked like there was no way to defeat these golems unless he completely destroyed them.
"Well, you guys have certainly got me caught between a rock and a hard place."
[Odyssey Reference]
The moment he said that, the golems acted, launching themselves in direct succession at him in all directions. In response to this, Feng Yun dodged the attacks with increased speed, looking for a weakness in the formation. The golems would not stop to see whether their attacks connected with his body and consecutively kept going on an on for at least half an hour. Feng Yun was able to keep up with the attacks for a while, but every time they missed an attack, they would get faster.
'Fucking machines!'
As Feng Yun dodged a violent kick from the third golem, he turned around expecting a fist from the first golem. However, the expected fist did not arrive and he was too late to realize that it was actually the second golem acting instead of the first one. The attack came from the side and smashed heavily on his right pelvis. Cracking sounds could be heard as Feng Yun's body was thrown across the room. However, he managed to stop himself in the middle of his flight, albeit at the cost of internalizing his injuries. His body was leaking blood, and a lot of it as well.
"I can't lose to these bastards! I won't. I will not give up. They're already on the verge of destruction. I just need to hold on for a moment longer."
Feng Yun roared and suddenly lightning shaped Yuan Energy flew into the air and began to construct a humongous dragon. The dragon stared at the targets below with a predatory glare and a lofty expression.
Hell Thunder Dragon's Descent!
The dragon slammed downwards into the golems' bodies, wrapping them up in a field of destructive Yuan Energy. The collision of the dragon was enough to destroy their already injured bodies. The golems disintegrated into piles of sand on the ground and suddenly, the room was silent. Only the sound of Feng Yun's breathing could be heard at this point.
"I...I did it. God damn it, I did it! Haha I passed the frickin..."
Suddenly, he could not stay conscious and succumbed to his body's exhaustion. Blood poured out of his body slightly upon impact and he looked like a messy corpse at that time. His hair was in disarray and the Void Element had already gone back into his body. If he merely lay there, then he would most likely die.
However, it was at this point in time that the healing factor of the room began to come into play. His heavy injuries and broken bones began to repair at an incredibly fast rate and his complexion returned to normal.
He had survived for four hours in the Body Strengthening Room in total!
He was still unconscious, so he was unable to notice that the room had forcefully deported his body out of the room and onto the hard floor behind the door. Feng Yun rested calmly, until the moment that he would recover completely.

Someday, he might even – hatch? “CHEEP!?” Things to Know: -Cheep!? Will release on a minimum weekly schedule. -After a backlog of chapters, posting will slow, but in the interim you can expect a chapter a day up until roughly 25 chapters. -This story at times will potentially carry some heavy moments, but the tone is intended to be lighter overall. -There are invisible game-like elements in this story, but nothing so concrete as a dedicated gamelit novel. -I personally have some issues with anxiety, so I may or may not interact with the community a lot. I'll try if anyone has questions, but I can't guarantee that it'll be consistent. -MC is a non-human lead, and will never actually become human. Romance will potentially happen between side-characters, but not with the MC. -MC IS NOT THE ONLY VIEW POINT. I have to put that out there because people sometimes hate alternate PoV's in a story. None of them will be filler, and they'll be there only to give a little bit more nuance and meaning to the world that the MC has stepped in, or is about to be imminently important. I'll try to keep them down, but this also helps to prevent me from burning out getting trapped in one view. -Most of all, I hope that this story is enjoyable to you, and that you have a great time reading it! -Written by Michael Adams, Cowritten/Edited by Summer Kent

No Strings Attached [Rewritten]
Warning Just so you know, you better be paying attention to the chapter title or else it's going to be like travelling across multiverses. Explanation Due to a single comment made by a wonderful person, or some douchebag in real life, I have decided to create two seperate stories. A rewritten version, and the original version. The rewritten version will somewhat follow the original storyline of the original version, but will have extra content, extra side stories of course rewritten personalities. The original one will be like a rough draft of where I want the story to go. Like for instance, the original story is like the first Link from 'Legend of Zelda', choppy but fun to read. The rewritten story is the Link from any game during and after Windwaker, smooth and somewhat follows the main premise. Overall both are going to be probably terribly done but hey, I'm creating a furture and past story so what should you expect. - Styx Whatever just put up the revised description. - Ariel Edited Summary Jay W. Blu, a dashing and charming rich boy who's been spoiled his whole life. He is very cocky, has a case of egomania and isn't exactly what you call a 'Relatable Main character', unless you somehow fit one of these descriptions and then relate all you want. He had everything you would probably want if you weren't pessimistic, realistic, or chronically depressed. But as most reincarnation/summoning stories go, he get's himself killed at whatever age he was and is sent to another world. Normally, he would be summoned as something you would call a hero, but since that's to cliche by my standards he is something else. Instead of being the hero of the people that he was told about by a friend, he instead summoned as the anti-hero aka, 'The Hero of Demons'. Now he must traverse the lands slaying opposing heroes as he tries to keep his mind straight, although it's to late. There will be weird people along the journey like a fangirling war general, a hive mind and a manly magical girl? Oh well, Jay is too pure to see love anyways.
