Blackbeard raised his hand as black smoke covered it. He then put his hand on the ground, the black smoke covered the ground around him and Whitebeard.
"Black Hole!"
A small tornado swirled around Blackbeard.
The tornado disappeared as it was absorbed into Blackbeard's body.
"This is the power of the devil fruit that I stole from Thatch by killing him! The most dominant Dark-Dark Fruit! Enjoy it to the fullest extent."
Everything seemed to be getting absorbed by the black smoke covering the ground.
"Hey, Pops! Thatch died and now you will too! I looked up to you and longed to be like you but you got old."
Whitebeard clenched his teeth together hearing Blackbeard's words. He flexed his muscles getting ready to use his devil fruit power.
Blackbeard laughed.
"That won't work! There's no devil fruit power that works against me!"
'This guys' so full of himself! He's not even that great.'
Bob thought to himself as he shook his head.
Blackbeard reminded Bob of Gecko Moria, someone who relied heavily upon their devil fruit powers.
Whitebeard didn't listen to Blackbeard and swung his fist.
Blackbeard stuck out his hand and caught Whitebeard's fist as he laughed.
"Vortex!"
As the two powers touched each other Whitebeard's power was sucked into the black smoke.
"How do you like my power? It drags in and nullifies even the powers of devil fruits! Which means you can't create earthquakes anymore!"
Blackbeard threw a punch towards Whitebeard.
In the show, Whitebeard was injured so this punch actually did him some harm. However, now Whitebeard just glared at Blackbeard as if his punch barely tickled.
"Is that all Teach?"
Blackbeard looked at Whitebeard in confusion. He was sure this guy was injured, so why did his attack have little to no effect on him?

Whitebeard swirled his polearm and slashed down at Blackbeard.
Blackbeard was sent flying as he crashed down to the ground.
"Ouch! It hurts! It hurts!"
Blackbeard rolled around in pain.
Whitebeard stepped on his palms as he held onto his polearm.
"Arrogance, thoughtlessness… those are your weaknesses!"
Whitebeard's eyes were cold as he stared down at Blackbeard.
His polearm started to have a transparent circle around it.
Blackbeard saw this and shook his head.
"I'm your son, can you kill me?"
Whitebeard swung his polearm at Blackbeard and a large explosion occurred causing tons of dust to come up from the ground.
The Whitebeard pirates started cheering loudly.
"You did it Pops!"
"Yeah!"
Bob nodded his head in approval.
When the smoke cleared Bob saw Blackbeard's bloody body. There was a deep gash across his chest and his organs could be seen.
"So, that's the level of the worlds strongest man…"
Bob said to himself.
'Glad he's leaving this era!'
Bob smiled to himself, as he was happy Whitebeard was leaving this era to the younger pirates.
"Whitebeard killed Blackbeard…"
Sengoku clenched his fist together and gritted his teeth.
"This war is not yet over! Get them!"
Sengoku shouted causing the marines to run towards the pirates.
Cannons and shots started to be fired, but Whitebeard swung his polearm causing the cannon balls to explode in the air.
In the midst of all the fighting, a red-haired man stepped
More bodies started to drop, and one lone soul couldn't handle all the pain.
"We're wasting people's lives! Every single soldier has a family that's waiting for him to come home! We've accomplished nothing during this war and he's already escaped! Why can't we just stop the fighting!?"
Koby a pink haired marine cried his lungs out.

Admiral Akainu died, Ace was freed and in the hands of the Whitebeard pirates. Why continue fighting when the goal they set out to do has failed?
"Is that Koby?"
Garp asked.
"Good job, you young Navy soldier."
A red-haired man said calmly but in a voice that spread across Marineford.
"For better or worse, the future of the world is now changing because of this."
He said as he looked up at all the marines and Whitebeard.
"Red-Haired Shanks!"
Everyone was surprised to see him here.
"Why is one of the four emperors here?"
"I'm here, to end this war!"
Shanks presence alone caused a big stir, and with his crew here as well no one was making any rash movements.
Sengoku closed his eyes and looked up to the sky.
Shanks walked to Whitebeard and looked up at him.
"Whitebeard! Pull your troops back and leave quietly."
Whitebeard looked down at Shanks but said no words.
Shanks walked past Whitebeard and looked towards all the marines. His crew was standing behind him.
"If you want to continue fighting then come! We will be your opponents!"
The marines and the criminals that Blackbeard released flinched at his words.
Everyone looked around at the loss of their brothers and sisters. Tears streamed down their faces.
"For now, please respect what I have to say."
Shanks said.
Sengoku opened his eyes and let out a deep breath.
"THIS WAR IS OVER!"
He shouted.
Both sides suffered losses and Shanks was here. Fighting one emperor brought him enough losses, it wasn't worth it to fight two of them.
It was shameful to have a loss this big hanging over their shoulders, but this war must end.

The Forerunner's Odyssey
The greatest tragedies are not the ones with the most unfortunate and unhappy endings, but rather the ones without an ending at all. So when Suran Ibrahim scaled the fresh crater, it was not out of exuberance for surviving his ordeal, nor was it out of desire to live in the brave, new world he found himself in. He simply longed for an ending to his odyssey. Mature 18+ Mostly for violence, some language, but anything else may show up eventually. I place the tag just so that I'm not restricted.
