《Re: Pessimist》Chapter 8: It's Game-Breaking

Actually, despite all the weird conspiracies about how dwarves were the masters of drinking alcohol, they actually make some pretty shit drinks. I've just drank everything inside the brewery and it tasted like absolute shit. It's either that or skeletons really have some bad taste buds.
You're serious? You just drank all their alcohol and you're not satisfied and you murdered all of them. Aren't you just being an asshole?
Sophia, none of that attributes to why their drinks suck. If you're going to use your wild speculation for something at least make it for something I have a remote interest in.
Huaaah... huh? Hey, when did we get in here? Did you enter the mountain and leave me out of it?
Flare, this is a literal case of you snooze you lose. If you want a brief summary, the alcohol sucks and we're leaving. Even if their architecture is somewhat interesting, I came here to get pissed.
Actually, their building skills are pretty shit.
Wait... am I hearing this correctly? Did you just swear? You swore. Wow, I'm actually quite amazed at you, to finally get off your lazy ass and cuss like a real incompetent goddess.
Hey, Sophia, is he aware that there's vengeful spirits in here?
We were at the tip top of the inside of the mountain, the throne room and entrance was already far below us. The brewery was also down below, but I took a guess that they hid their good alcohol upstairs. I was wrong. We came across a bridge which led to the eastern side of the mountain, there were no railings or anything, just a stone bridge which was still intact and would kill you if you were an idiot.
No, he's not aware of it at all.
Come on, guys, the royal elves are pissed at the dwarves, they wouldn't be pissed at someone who looks like their own kind. Besides, I'm sure they're not vengeful anymore.

Ewan, the thing about vengeful spirits and you is that both of you have one thing in common. You don't give a fuck about anything. So, you do whatever the hell you want.
Yes, how exactly does that affect me? If that's the only thing in common... oh I see what you're getting at here. They're pissed off spirits who don't give a shit and I'm walking in this place with them.
At that point, I began hearing an odd clatter behind me, the bones from far below began hovering, even the skeleton king's now lifeless body was brought up to make an even bigger skeleton! It had multiple skeletons on it as well! What the fuck is that thing? It's fucking huge! It's half the size of the damn mountain!
(For reference, if you want: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/98/93/66/9893662dff6d127d9295a1ca9129f2cb.jpg)
"WHAT THE FUCKING HELL? SPIRITS, IF YOU WANT TO LET GO OF SOME STEAM THEN DRINK OR SOMETHING, HAVE A PARTY!" I screamed out, running down the bridge as fast as I could, actually, I should probably use wildfire...
The skeleton moved slowly, but it covered a great distance, putting its hands on the bridge, with the help of wildfire I managed to make it to the other end.
Ewan, embody me!
Okay, fine! If you want to do it so badly!
Embody Flaryvna executed(Flare's POV)
Oh, I see, you're doing a pose, is that just for your own pride or because you believe the situation calls for it?
S-Shut up! It's perfectly natural to do a pose after you've transformed. Well, since it's my time to shine, I guess I should do it skillfully!
What skill?
I groaned, having Ewan's voice pestering you constantly is really unhelpful. At least I'm not like this with him!
I took a step forward, grabbing onto my staff strongly! The skeleton... lord? I think it's called a skeleton lord, right? Well, whatever it is, it looked at me with an even bigger anger than when it did at Ewan. It suddenly roared and broke away at the architecture of the dwarves, attempting to grab me.

What a fool!
I grabbed my staff with both of my hands, raising it high up into the sky, which I can't see...! A sudden explosion of fire was summoned and caused the skeleton to be blown aback, however it managed to grab onto the ledges.
How troublesome...
I proceeded with my next move, and a vortex of fire was spiralling around me, not to mention some fire was erupting behind me...
"YOU SHALL NOT PASS!" I slammed my staff down... and... oh no. Oh no, no, no, no! Everything is breaking, the whole mountain is breaking. I BROKE EVERYTHING! Aha, if I use wildfire I can escape!
With the use of the skill, I ran away and managed to make it outside of the mountain!
Few, that was unexpected, I didn't think I would be able to cause such damage! Maybe I'll finally get the respect I deserve!
Behind me, the entire insides of the mountain melted and... it erupted. The mountain somehow erupted...
Oh lord, did I do what I think I did? Did I create a volcano? I'm never going to be let off from this!
...
...
What? Did I really mess up so badly? Come on, I know dealt with the giant skeleton, so can't you at least cut me some slack? I did it!
Actually, Flare, after that display I'll show you some mercy for being an idiot all the time. Did you really just re-enact Gandalf without even knowing who he is?
Gandalf? When did I do that? Is he a villain? Are you calling me evil?
Really, Ewan is the meanest person I think I've ever met... actually I think he's the meanest person in the entire world.
Flaryvna, are you so insecure that you think everything is bad? I'm pretty sure Ewan is trying to say that he respects you because he finds your heroic moment quite honourable.
Hah! Heroic? Honourable? Respect? Sophia you crack me up. I was just saying that she did a pretty good job of fucking shit up and being like Gandalf, so I might as well not point it out all the time that she's an idiot. Well, I don't frankly give a shit anymore if she destroyed anything, so let's get going to the next place. What's nearby?
Well, I suppose that's the vibe you give off. So, what about the human territory?
Nah, let's go get drunk and wander into some weird place. Sophia, any nearby places?
There's a town about a few kilometers east, if you head there you'll find a pub. You can also register-
Not going to register in anything, this isn't a society I'm willing to work for. Make that any society. When we get there, let's figure out where we are heading next. Also, Sophia, undo the embodiment.
Eh? Why? This is fun, why can't all the travels be like this with Ewan not being outside and just being the ego?
Because you don't have the mentality to survive a day without going insane with me as a voice in your head.
You actually have a fair point...
