《A Different Kind of Hero (-)》Chapter 15: Guild Agreements and a 'Present' for Morgan

~Lorne~
With a smile plastered on her face, the loli guild master agreed to help us.
"Let's start off with introductions. I'm Lorne, and my titles basically described why I am here as you saw."
I then looked towards Morgan, she she introduced herself.
"I'm Morgan, the Dragon Lord. I was previously the Boss of the Atriarc Dungeon before I decided to serve Master Lorne." (Morgan)
She replied with a smile, but I simply glared at her. She didn't make eye contact with me, but sweat formed a bit on her neck as she knew that she messed up when she called me 'Master'.
After getting rid of her surprised face, the loli spoke.
"Alrighty! I'm Tammy, the guild master of the Gorghen Adventurers' Guild. One of the 3 major guilds, the demon department. If you need anything you can simply ask me. I'll also start getting cards ready for you. However, we'll talk about that a little later." (Tammy)
With a nod, I got ready to talk with Tammy. Just as I was about to open my mouth before a girl walked into the room we were in. The doors were closed, but she simply slammed them open.
"Tammy, I heard something bad happened to you, are you alright?!" (?)
"Ah.. I'm fine Linzy, please leave, I'm currently busy!" (Tammy)
A bit distressed, Tammy tried to get the girl out by telling her that her worries were for nothing.
I was staring at the girl, and it was the same demoness that bumped into us on our way to the Adventurers' Guild. Now that I looked at her closely, I could make out a lot more details about her.
She had smooth long blue hair that went down to her shoulder blades. They parted where her horns were, and her eyes were a pure orange color. Her figure was attractive as she had a good hourglass shape. The middle wasn't too thin though that one would think of a sickness when looking at her.
Her chest was large, but not disgustingly huge like something you would see in an anime back on earth. If I had so compare them to something, I would say they were the size a bit bigger than pomegranates. I personally liked them peach sized, but they were breasts and who was I to argue?
Seemingly reading what I was thinking, I got a hit on my side by Morgan. Definitely jealousy. I would have to make it up to her in... some more appealing ways than an apology.
"Oh, you have guests?" (Linzy)
A ditz that can't read the mood.
"Yes, now please leave!" (Tammy)
With a more threatening tone, Tammy raised her voice. Linzy looked sorry for what she was about to do, and was about to leave before she looked me dead in the eyes.
"Oh, it's you!" (Linzy)
It is I!
"Ah, yes, you were the one who bumped into us on our way here. I hope everything is alright?"
I spoke in a very gentleman like manner to her.
"Ah, yes, it was just... Wait, why do you have 5 horns?..." (Linzy)
Dammit.
"Welllll I think it's about time you go now Linzy. We'll talk later." (Tammy)
"But-" (Linzy)
"Bye!" (Tammy)
She forcefully shut the door then locked it.
"Sigh" (Tammy)
There was a moment of silence before Morgan spoke up.
"It's fine, I'm sure Lorne doesn't mind." (Morgan)
"Yeah, don't worry about it. Now then, onto the things I wanted to talk about.."
Seemingly forgetting everything that had just happened, Tammy responded with an 'Oh!' before going back to her desk and taking a seat to start the conversation once more.

"First: I need these horns changed to two via an illusion of some sort. They stand out way too much and I'm getting a lot of unwanted attention."
I looked at her, and she nodded before speaking.
"I can arrange that. There are a few potions that alchemists make that can make things disappear. I'm sure if I find the right one I can arrange the shipment of a few of those potions. It might take a few days though. If you don't want to wait, I can just give you the location when I find them." (Tammy)
Alright, now, on to the next one.
"Me and Morgan just came back from the Capital. We killed the demon king since he was arrogant and unwilling to cooperate, alongside of being a terrible ruler from first glance, so the next one should be getting into position soon. We'll be here for a few days before we go back, so we'll need your help in shipments of goods and soldiers for the upcoming war."
Her face showed fear, yet her eyes showed curiosity.
"You killed the demon king? And how did I not know of this? News should have spread like wildfire!" (Tammy)
"Calm down. I ran/jumped here right after we killed him."
"Which was like hell" (Morgan)
Tammy didn't seem to understand the reason for Morgan's comment, so I elaborated.
"She doesn't like heights."
Seemingly understanding, she didn't question further.
"When the new demon king comes to power, me and Morgan will go visit him. If he is not to our tastes, he dies. If he suits the position then we will cooperate with him and help him win the war. Once we meet him in a few days, the war will most likely begin shortly after. I want to visit the human cities before the war for a bit, so the war will most likely start around a week and a half from now. 2 and a half weeks"
As Tammy's face paled, she asked: "You'll help fight, right? We haven't been able to fight the humans on equal terms so far. That's why we have been pushed back so far north. They even have the heroes!" (Tammy)
"Of course I'll help. I just want to kill off a few bugs before the war breaks out, then I'll finish my business when the war begins. Once the heroes are dead, you guys will crush any remaining threats. All of this requires planning. If I went and upright killed everyone then who knows what would happen to the demons upon realizing all the humans were basically slaughtered. Don't forget that I have no issue killing demons too. I would have ended up killing most of both races, which I didn't want. I will also be taking the highest hidden rank of sorts."
Tammy seemed to be stuck. Everything I said made sense. If I had went and killed all the humans, then the demons would have been thrown into chaos. Since I have no issue killing demons either, since most would have gotten in my way they would have mostly been slaughtered.
Both civilizations would have been set back many years. However, by making connections with important demon sections like the guild and even the demon king himself, the demons could get ready for the upcoming quick end of the war. They would be ready to take claims and control the new lands, as well as any other necessities.
"Also, as you were talking about before with the cards?" (Morgan)
This time Morgan spoke up. She would be taking the lead this time.

"Ah, yes. I wanted to know what to do. I was thinking of putting you, Morgan, into SSS which was all fine. However as you may know, the ranks are F,E,D,C,B,A,S,SS, and SSS, but you don't fit into any of those Lorne. I was thinking of creating an X-Rank for those stronger than SSS. Specifically you." (Tammy)
"I think that would stand out too much though." (Morgan)
I nodded in agreement. It would stand out too much. I might be held back in towns because of them thinking it's a fake, and I would also be pestered with many questions as to how strong I am as well as duels to test that strength.
"Well, yes. It comes with many issues, but it was just a thought in case you wanted something special, Lorne." (Tammy)
I'd have to decline that.
"It would be too troublesome. I would rather if you gave me something lower. I think A would be good. I also think Morgan should get something low as well, however since she is a dragon it can't be helped. An SS would do."
I ended my sentence with a sigh, since it would be a little annoying having her, an SS alongside me, an 'A'. People would probably pick fights when we are around each other, but whatever. It might waste time, but it could be a bit fun and let me let off steam.
"Alright.. I'll get the cards made right away. They should be done in a day or two, so come back before you leave for the capital. I should also have the location for the illusion potions too by then. Also, here is a few gold coins for some expenses you might have, like food/shelter." (Tammy)
She handed over 10 gold coins in which she put into a bag, then handed to Morgan.
"Alright. Thanks."
I simply replied calmly, and got up. Morgan got up as well, and I was beginning to walk out before I stopped.
"We'll contact you for help when the time comes. Also, I'll be taking a quest on my way out, so let your receptionists know."
I didn't turn around to see her face, but she had nothing to say against me. It isn't like I was being unreasonable, and she wasn't mad at me for being arrogant. If anything, she was thankful for me helping her and helping finally end the war with the humans in the demons' favor.
I walked out with Morgan by my side and we went downstairs. I went over to the quest board and picked up an SS Quest: Basilisk Subjugation.
I started to walk out with the quest in my hands that had the location and necessary information, as well as reward and most other things. One of the receptionists was about to stop me as I heard her heels clunking towards me, but the loli simply called out to her and told her it was alright.
With that, I walked out with Morgan.
"We should complete that quest tomorrow. It's getting late, so we should go to an inn." (Morgan)
"Yeah. Plus, I'd like to show you my gratitude for your help, but I haven't been able to do so yet."
Morgan didn't understand what I meant by that, but I ended up chuckling to myself as we arrived at an inn that had 5 stars next to it named: The Grotto.
It was a beautiful building that looked very expensive. Made of stone bricks, and had moss on it in a way that seemed to be intended to give it a forest-like feel.
I walked in with Morgan and got a lot of stares. I ignored them and the beautiful interior and went up to the counter where I rented a room for 1 gold and 50 silver, and I also paid for the food which was 50 silver, 25 each for the two of us. This 50 silver was a days worth. As to why the prices are so high, it's because there are adventurers all around.
Adventurers made a lot of money, so the prices were 'a bit' inflated. This didn't matter to me though since I wanted Morgan to be happy with her 'reward' that she seemed to want but said nothing about.
We ate a nice dinner. It was the best I had ever had for sure. I enjoyed every bit of it, and she seemed to as well which only improved my mood even further.
We then went up to our room where we would be 'sleeping'. Morgan had thought we had two different, rooms, but I talked with the cashier and got a very nice single room for the two of us to share. That's why it was so expensive. It would normally be half the price.
I walked up to the room and Morgan followed. I stopped and motioned for her to go in first. She walked in and gazed around at the beautiful room.
"Wow... This is beautiful." (Morgan)
The room was a light shade of red. Not pink, but similar to roses. There was also a vase on the dresser that was against the wall. The bed was rather large. It was definitely not made to just reside in for a night or two. There was definitely a deeper meaning.
There were candles that lit the room in the corners, and with no outside light it made the room look very nice. I closed the door, and Morgan turned around. She opened her mouth to say something, but then widened her eyes and closed her mouth as if realizing what was about to happen.
This is my first time writing something like this, so I'm sorry if it sucks.
Spoiler : She blushed a lot, but still said nothing. The only light in the room was from the candles.
The soft and calming light bounced off of her pure skin. It contrasted perfectly with the mood and showed that her skin had no blemishes. Her red hair shined against the light and shimmered and she semi-turned away from me.
She was very shy but was accepting it. This was a defining moment in the saying: "No means Yes".
I walked up to her slowly, and slipped my hand under her chin as I lifted her face to meet mine. I got closer, and kissed her calmly, before becoming a bit rougher. Nothing over the top, but I wasn't a sissy either.
This was my first time doing this, and most likely was hers as well, and it was exhilarating.
I pushed forward a bit and she backed up until we both fell on the bed with our lips interlocked. She stuck her tongue into my mouth and I did the same thing. We made out for a few minutes before I couldn't resist anymore.
I separated from her and took off my shirt. She slowly took off her bra, exposing breasts that were especially to my liking. They were rounded smoothly, and were small. In a word: Petite.
I kissed her neck as she moaned, and I lowered myself until I was kissing her breasts directly. I sucked on her nipples as she drenched herself in ecstasy. Her moans grew louder and I began to move lower.
I arrived at her lower stomach before her underwear stopped me. I looked up at her, only to see her smiling as she was clearly in heat.
I took off her dripping underwear which revealed her vagina that was perfect. Untouched by anyone other than herself, and I was about to be the first to break that setting.
I took off my pants quickly, and caressed her body. I moved in to kiss her more, and I also stuck it in.
It was very tight, and there was something blocking me from fully entering. It was her hymen.
"Don't *pant* mind *pant* me *pant*. Just *pant* do it!" (Morgan)
With a quick thrust, I broke it. She yapped, and a few tears ran down her face before she spoke once more with an "Amazing!". With that, I didn't hesitate and started to thrust in and out.
The bed rocked as we made love under the candlelight. It was definitely better than it would have been if it was in my world, since you could see the beautiful starry sky outside the window. There was no pollution blocking the view in this world.
Our bodies heated up and we went at it fully. With our stamina I could go all night, and that we did.
We changed positions after some time passed, and we did the same again. We both had our particular moments in ecstasy, however there were times when we would sync our orgasms together.
The night was long that night, yet it was joyous. With our stamina, we went on the entire night until we ended up falling asleep in the morning just before the sun began to rise.

Tales from the Triverse
Tales from the Triverse is part detective drama, part fantasy adventure and part space opera. I’m influenced by the likes of Iain M Banks, Isaac Asimov and ND Stevenson and work including The Wire and Gotham Central. It begins with an incident two hundred years ago which crashed three parallel universes together. Portals open up in 18th century London, sending England down a very different path. We pick up events in the 1970s, with the Metropolitan Police having established a new department to handle portal-related criminal activity. The story is about intolerance, immigration, multiculturalism and power. It’s about what happens when incompatible viewpoints are weaponised to seed discontent, and the efforts of some to create a fairer world. In the tradition of the best science fiction, fantasy and crime fiction, I’m using the setting to examine themes that matter to me in the real world. Who is it for?If you like science fiction or fantasy, or a mix of both, this is for you. It’s my first foray into crime fiction, but I hope if you’re a fan that you’ll enjoy yourself - especially if you’re looking for something a bit different. I write fiction that is optimistic, progressive and empathetic. Bad things can happen to good people in the stories, but the overall arc tends to be hopeful. Note that if it were a movie, Tales from the Triverse would be a 15 certificate in the UK.
