Sometimes I look back at those early days and wonder about the choices I made. I know that somehow things turned out the way they did because of those choices. It was hard to believe that any of it was real, even though deep down I know it was.

Epilogue: Episode 1

Life had been interesting for the last two days. Since Scott had bonded with Nina things had become quite different. He could feel her presence anywhere within the complex and she knew instinctively where he was as well. At times he almost felt like he even knew how she was feeling. It was like they shared something far more intimate than a simple sexual union would normally allow. Imagine that.

He glanced over at her as she practiced with her rope weapon. Her graceful swings and pinpoint accuracy were almost too good for belief. The girl moved with the skill and precision of a master as she leapt forward and shot her arm out to guide her weapon. Each and every time she launched her weapon she perfectly hit the center of the training targets.

Scott on the other hand, was still a full training level behind her in his own course. The only reason he had survived their fight was his quick thinking. The armor that he had worn had helped quite a bit as well.

The timer buzzed a few minutes later and he called a stop to their training. Lunch was ready and that was not something that he intended to miss. They had but a single night together remaining before they were to go on their first mission as master and pet.

"Nina. You're not even sweating." remarked the man as he took in the sight of her well-appointed curves as she wound her rope about her body.

She smiled at him then replied, "Well, I can't help that. This level of training was alright yesterday, but now that I'm back to normal it's a little easy."

"We'll set you up with moving targets when we come back then." he said with a smile of his own.

"You're so good to me." she said happily before slipping close to him. A soft kiss found its way to his cheek then another pressed against the side of his nose. The blond demi-human was more than a little amorous whenever she was around her master. It was like she honestly could not get enough of his presence. Scott felt it had to do with her partial regression in the forest. She was both grateful and terrified about recent events. She had been on the verge of losing herself completely to the madness of isolation.

Once they left the training area they grabbed a quick bite to eat then settled in for some quiet time. The bond was a strange experience for Scott, but he had to admit that it felt nice. It empowered him and made him feel as though he were finally not completely foreign to this world. It would allow him to grow stronger, but it also provided him a sense of never being alone.

Nina smiled softly at him after she finished eating then leaned against her master with a gentle sigh. Things were so much easier to understand now. Regression was not something she ever wished to feel again. It had been confusing, like being trapped in a nightmare. The feeling of being utterly alone had been too much for her.

Demi-humans were a special type of creature in this world. They were both human and monster, a creature of incredible power but prone to losing their humanity if they are bereft of human interaction for too long. Without the emotional support of a human they will become more monster than girl.

Humans needed demi-humans to survive. Demi-humans needed humans to maintain a sense of self-awareness. They were both stronger together than apart.

Scott stroked her hair softly and enjoyed the moment. He knew on a theoretical level that she was an inhuman creature. She appeared to be nothing more than an extraordinarily beautiful girl. Deep down she was still a wild creature, however. Even with this knowledge clear in his mind, he could not help but feel close to her.

The bond between them was still tenuous and new. It was a mutually beneficial link that would make Scott capable of becoming stronger in certain ways, even as it allowed Nina to grow toward her true potential.

He kissed her softly on the temple then smiled as she snuggled closer. Her desire to be with him was endearing. In many ways it was the only good thing that had come from being in this world. It was still new, but he could feel it inside; the warmth of being near to someone who would do anything to protect him. He knew also, that although they had just met, he would do the same for her.

"Nina, can you remember anything about your past?" he asked her after a time. Her memories from before regression were a jumbled puzzle that she could not fit together properly. It was possible she would never recall the truth of who she had been.

"No, master." she said softly before snuggling tighter against him. In some ways, she was like a small child hoping for a parent to banish the monsters from within her closet. Unfortunately, all Scott could do was be there for her as she battled the demons that plagued her mind.

A short time passed in silence as they held each other in a warm loving embrace. The nature of the bond between human and demi-human was profound. It was based on the emotions felt at the time of the bonding. If the bonding was made out of simply loyalty, then loyal actions and thoughts would strengthen it. If it was made in friendship or love, then loving thoughts and closeness would strengthen it. However, not all bonds were made with the lighter emotions. For some demi-humans, being bonded was a thing more terrible than the deepest regression. Of course, some were also incredible perverts.

Scott wrapped his arms around her tighter and held her with both strength and gentleness. There were monsters in this world. Some were friendly, most were not. Evil people preyed on the weak and dark forces stirred. The forces of greed, avarice, and degradation would seek to harm the innocent and tear apart the bonds that hold all people together.

He had been uncertain of what place he might have in the world. What possible good could he do in a world he did not belong in? In this world people had to fight for everything that they had. Even a simple trip to the corner store could end in the individual being terribly mutilated by this world's version of a wild animal.

Here in this moment those thoughts were cast aside, however. As he held Nina he felt strength within him that he had not known before. He knew that no matter what enemies or trials that they face in the future, they would be able to overcome them together. Neither of them would ever be alone again.

A thought occurred to him then and he amended his musing. Scott slid his hands up and cupped her breasts gently. She gasped aloud then kissed him once more. Now he knew the true feelings of his heart. They would never be alone again, and Nina had really nice tits.

Meet The Cast!

Deep within the heart of eternal darkness stands a man who is quite average in appearance. His name is Scott and he just happens to be the creator of this ongoing series.

Scott: "Hi, everyone! It has come to my attention that some things about this story might be confusing to those who are new to the setting! Well, today we are going to discuss humans, meta-humans, demi-humans, and monsters!"

A superhumanly sexy blond girl who exudes all kinds of natural 'talent' that some might call plot, walks onto the set and settles down onto the couch next to her master and creator.

Nina: "Demi-humans? Hey, that's me!"

Scott: "Yes Nina. You are a demi-human, a moderately rare breed of demi-human at that. Many humans consider the demi-human races to be humanoid monsters."

Nina pouts cutely at Scott.

Nina: "I'm not that much of a monster; am I?"

Scott: "Nah. But you're a little demon in the sack."

Nina: "I'll take that as a compliment!"

The man nods at her politely.

Scott: "As you should."

The two share a laugh for a moment before they turn back to look out at the readers.

Scott: "Well, basically a demi-human is a race of beings created by desperate scientists as a means to fight invading supernatural monsters. There are a rare few breeds that have males, and an even rarer few that are all male. However, a vast majority of the demi-human breeds are completely female in appearance. However, they are technically both male and female. In some ways they are similar to earth worms and whip-tailed lizards."

Nina smirks at her master then grabs her impressive 'talents'.

Nina: "Do I look like a lizard or a worm?"

Scott pats her lightly on the head for a moment, as if to say "good girl" then turns back to the audience.

Scott: "I merely use those creatures as a reference. The truth is that demi-humans breed in two distinct ways. These methods include sexual intercourse and asexual reproduction."

Nina frowns at him cutely.

Nina: "How's a sexual reproduction different than sexual intercourse?"

Scott: "Asexual, not a sexual, Nina. It means that the demi-human races do not actually need a partner in order to become pregnant. However, they can utilize a partner to achieve pregnancy through sexual interaction. The various breeds do not necessarily distinguish between each other when they seek out someone to mate with. This is especially true whenever they enter into a breed specific mating season."

Nina: "Oh. Just how does that work oh mighty master? Also, you said we are male and female... but there’s nothing male about me, see."

She turns away from the camera and opens her shirt-top and pulls up her skirt, but does so in a way that prevents the readers from seeing.

Scott leans his head to the left, then to the right, before nodding.

Scott: “Yes, quite right. You are female through and through. My reference was to help people understand that you might become pregnant without assistance from someone else, but you are definitely a girl.”

Nina: “Yay! I’m glad to hear that. Uhm... but what’s all this about mating and such?”

Scott: "I'm glad you ask! See, in the wilds a sexually frustrated demi-human will meet another demi-human, or perhaps a human or meta-human, and they will get together. Typically, this blessed union will occur after a hardcore all-out battle that leaves one of the horny participants in a submissive state. The loser of the battle will become the recipient of the winner’s genetic material. As such, the stronger demi-human’s genes will continue on. In the case of a human or meta-human winning such a battle of dominance the usual outcome is that the demi-human is captured.”

Nina: “Wait, so two horny girls run across each other in the woods and fight for dominance? The strongest one impregnates the loser? What does the loser get out of the deal?”

Scott: “Stretch-marks I suppose.”

Nina: “No thank you!”

Scott chuckles softly at her antics.

Scott: “In the male/female breeds the normal sexual form of reproduction occurs. However, things get a little frisky when the breeds are either all male or all female."

The blond wiggles her eyebrows suggestively.

Nina: "Kinky."

The man nods at her again and smiles happily.

Scott: "Yes, I am sure they are."

Scott: "Well, like I was saying. When the mono-gender demi-humans, such as those who are all male or all female, get together things will work differently."

The blond demi-human turns to the crowd of interested readers and widens her eyes in excitement.

Nina: "I should think so!"

Scott: "Indeed."

The man takes a sip of a random beverage before continuing.

Scott: "See, the thing is that all demi-humans, regardless or masculine or feminine genitalia, have the capacity to impregnate each other through hot sexual action."

Nina: "How does that work?"

Scott quirks one eyebrow and acquires a disturbingly perverted grin.

Nina blushes and shakes her head.

Scott: "Well, if you must know..."

Nina: "We must... It's for the sake of the readers you see."

Scott: "Yes, yes, the readers."

The man smiles at the random perverts and bored Cheeto eaters who read his work.

Scott: "You may be surprised to learn this but female demi-humans do not have penises. Therefore, they must perform an act known as 'tribbing' to impregnate each other. This is why I referred to earthworms previously."

Nina blinks and then innocently asks a rather good sounding question.

Nina: "What's tribbing, master?"

The man acquires a stoic expression and answers in a solemn tone of voice.

Scott: "Tribbing is a sexual act wherein two females slide together while hotly pressing their respective genitalia against each other. This pressing action is followed by a grinding motion that may be soft, slow, or a random pattern. This process causes a biochemical reaction which releases hormones that deal with arousal and sexual satisfaction."

Nina: "Uhm... sounds hot..."

Scott: "Little too technical?"

The blond demi-human’s cheeks turn bright red and she nods.

Scott smiles at her and then translates his words into horny internet reader speak.

Scott: "Oh, it is. It certainly is."

Scott considers her question for a moment and then nods slowly.

Nina’s eyes widen and she acquires and excited expression.

Nina: "So, we can have cute little babies?"

Scott: "Only if you eat your vegetables."

Nina: "Awww! Nina doesn't like those!"

The blond slashette folds her arms across her impressive talent then pouts cutely.

Scott: "Adorable. However, you cannot defeat me with the power of cute. You will eat your vegetables and like it."

Nina: "No!"

Scott smirks at her, but turns away to continue discussing demi-humans.

Scott: "You have not been introduced to all male demi-humans yet. Hopefully I never write about those in my travels. They have a tendency toward developing giant genitalia and try to shove said appendage(s) into anything that holds still long enough. Demi-humans of a breed that are all male in appearance impregnate each other through anal intercourse. Some of them can also impregnate human females. In a strange quirk of fate human males are far more likely to impregnate an all-male monster species and on rare occasion have been rendered pregnant. You know, like Arnold Schwarzenegger in that movie where he impregnated himself."

Nina: "Wow that was a mouthful."

Scott: "I'm sure it is. I'd prefer not to find out for certain personally."

Nina: "I am not so against this line of exploration myself."

Nina: "Don't hate, congratulate!"

Scott shakes his head then gets back to the primary reason for this conversation. This time he switches to monsters.

Scott: "Monsters are an egg-laying creature type. Most monster species lay hard shelled eggs, however some lay soft shell versions. The monsters that are considered humanoid, but not demi-human will primarily lay soft-shelled egg sacks. This means that they may have more than one of their young growing inside a given egg sack."

Nina: "I lay eggs?"

Scott: "No, you’re not a monster. How do you not know these things?"

The blond girl pouts at him again and he sighs.

Scott: "Fine, you may lay eggs one day if you try really hard and eat your vegetables."

Nina: “Yay!”

Nina: "I won't have to be pregnant for months on end or get stretch marks if I lay eggs, right?"

Scott: "Correct."

Nina: "Nina likes that."

Her master smiles at her before turning back to the readers.

Scott: "There is a lot more about this world and its inhabitants in general that people might wish to know. However, this is all the time we have for today folks."

Nina: "Aww! We have to go already?"

Scott: "Well, we can talk or we can go make a hot and heavy sex scene with the lights on."

Nina: "See ya next time everyone! We'll be back in Episode 2!"

Scott starts to speak out but he is suddenly lifted to his feet and placed over the shoulder of a lusty blond girl with superhuman strength. With a laugh and hard slap of his ass she carries him off to have her naughty way with him.

Pirouette wanders in a few minutes after they leave. She is clad only in a towel and seems to quite wet.

Pirouette: "Well, damn."

The dark elf considers for a moment then turns to look at the readers.

Pirouette: "Nina and I were supposed to perform a super erotic girl-on-girl scene to explain how tribbing works. Scintillating lesbian action with boobs and booty shaking was on the menu. Sadly, it seems time has run out for this episode. Perhaps we can make that happen next time?"
