Chapter 140 – Cursing the World
Standing upon the hill of blood and corpses, Julian Nostredame with his bone wing, born out of fallen appeared. His face dyed in blood, the ever enduring reaper of the world carved bodies one after another. The battle, the war, the dread has long passed him.
Days after days of endless slaughter, the screeching of chaos, the howls of the undead made Julian felt like there was no stop to this everlasting hell. He stood strong despite the hell unleashed upon him. The unbending will of his endured the worse of the worse that the demoness could throat him.
His purpose here was simply to stop the world from being devoured by the beasts that will kill all of that is beautiful. These creatures are hateful, and only a sword could help stop them. Julian was getting strong, and as he ascends to becoming a real Nephilim and he found emptiness.
This emptiness was feeling that the Green Robed man felt. He too felt the empty fighting. The endless slaughter that he faced made the Nephilim despair. Yet Julian still stood strong, no matter what he wouldn’t give up in this place. Doing so would end the world.
An eyeball covered in tendrils appeared in the distance, this beast of cosmic nature attacked Julian yet he was able to slash the being within one blow. Julian stared at the eyeball falling down. In the distance, he saw the utterly injured demoness he was fighting.
“IT’S OVER MEIA, SURRENDER NOW!”
Julian said those words despite the intention of killing her. Maybe she will give up, maybe she will lower her guard down enough for him to strike a blow. Yet Meia was no fool, she stood strong despite her injuries, she squandered more power from the abyss and rain down more summoned cosmic beings.

Millions of them rain down upon the sky, Julian felt shouting as he rushes up, and proceed to endlessly kill the beings faster than he can do so. All he has been killing are the higher beings, the lower beings have already gathered at the ends of his barrier and simply he had no time to take care of them. The Higher beings are far too powerful, they can obliterate a city just by moving around letting them live is no option.
The Lower beings are a threat to the humans still, but not much as the world ending higher beings. Julian understood this clearly, so he rushes upon at the sight of these beings, using only his arm, he slaughtered them, draining their blood, their soul of them. It was no use killing anyone other than the world ending beings, so he made use of the medium lesser beings as a foothold in order to navigate the corpses that have already formed as hills.
Endless corpses, rotting carcasses, and rivers that are filled with blood, fill the former dark elven lands. Its inhabitants destroyed, killed and mutilated, turning into the worst beings. Julian didn’t know which one is the most horrendous; the cosmic beings were far too distrustful. There was simply no end to their deepened souls that are created solely for destruction.
No mistake that these beings are certainly evil in the eyes of others. Yet destruction is their purpose so they cannot be called truly evil. Julian continued stepping into bloody lands of the dark elven, his bone wings made him able to navigate properly.
His body has consumed unimaginable souls. His soul was tainted, yet despite that, he hasn’t fallen from grace. Volition, and unbending will, Julian was far too stubborn to make the world end. So as he continues towards Meia, the dead body of the corpses of the cosmic beings fell behind him. Meia stood up she shot a beam of dark light Julian, which Julian tried to block.

Julian got blown away, he stood up immediately and this time, the dark beam of light wasn’t able to hit him. Julian has already developed a mind’s eye of the highest caliber, it was already enough to make any first attacks that hit him, useless in the second try.
He was that strong, and now that he approaches Meia. He simply slashed his sword, only for Meia to block it. Meia is a demoness she can handle Julian’s strength. Julian felt surprised at the way she blocks his attack. So this time Julian slashed faster and cut both of her arms.
Meia screamed in agony, her army grew back immediately and a shield followed up. Julian didn’t even bother; he immediately broke the shield and stabbed her right in the stomach. Meia made an agonizing sound, her soul burning.
Yet Meia’s agonizing screams stopped, she grabbed Julian’s face, whispered sweet nothings into his ears. Julian was indifferent at the whispers of this demoness; he grew tired of her madness. Meia saw this indifference and only smiled wearily.
“Goodbye to you, and the world!”
Meia shouted as her souls burn up. Her words, her soul that somehow escaped Julian’s conjured sword flared up at the sky. Ominous words came out from her soul, Julian heard it, he felt the giant changes as she spends her last bit of power to curse the world.
Julian sweated for the first time in years; he immediately rushed at the ruined castle of the dark elven royalty. He immediately sat upon the throne, called out his Nephilim powers, and chanted the words that the green robed man said to him. This power was the same power that made the dungeon, but this time Julian was doing far greater, he intends to seal the higher beings, that came upon the world in these lands and stopped the curse that the demoness casted.
His soul burned at the highest. It was bright, and as it burns the far higher beings that tried to crawl out of their domains got chained. His barrier however shattered, as the curse that the demoness unleashed started to shake the world.
He failed in sealing the lesser beings in the dark elven lands. But with how he leash the far higher beings with his seal, Julia was a bit relieved. Yet as he holds them still, Julian, who is sitting on the ruined throne felt the boned wings behind his back materialized with flesh, as his tainted soul bursts in power, two long black horns appeared on his forehead, and as he does his form changes into a menacing pale death figure. A form of a dark lord that cannot be called human anymore
His soul was burning as he tries to seal the chaos that the curse of the demoness unleashed upon her death. He managed to stop fifty percent of the curse, yet despite that. The world around him was slowly being cursed, the trembling of the world’s energy and the roars of the lesser beings was finally unleashed outside of the dark elven lands!

Digital Immigrant
This is the story of how James Allen Quick and Sarah Lynn Abernathy died. By 'died', I mean that their hearts stopped, their brains ceased sending electrical impulses, and all other physical functions terminated. Immediately after which, their bodies were placed into an industrial furnace, reduced to ash, and the ash was spread about in one of the last forest reserves in North America. As ash-spreading locations go, this ranked third. First and second places were, of course, a person’s favorite athletic team’s playing field and the sea. Or rather, I should say that this is how the story begins. You see, it’s what came after that is so interesting.
