Chapter 182 – Journal Entry 32: Pandora’s Ballad 2
Followed Pandora on the morning, her stride was quite something. By her side was Grom, always listless as ever. They went walking around the island, the way she did it resembles like an owner taking her dog out for a walk. She wore a peaceful smile while Grom silently stands by her side.
I am following them by utilizing my eagle vision. My body knows this sort of skill the moment I wanted to use my eyes like a scope. Didn’t even know I have this kind of ability but due to this that I was able to follow them through great distance. Pandora is making small mutters. I could not hear it or try to read her lips. It was another language. Either ancient or a chant of some sort that she mutters, she orders Grom with her index finger, Grom follows while making light steps.
They went to the seawater cave. It was hard to follow them there without being seen so I went to the harbor, by the ends of the harbor. I saw the two staring at the horizon. Pandora made mutters again, she does it a lot when it comes to Grom. She is speaking alone, always alone in speaking. There was an air of weirdness around her. Describing it would be like someone that tries to act something out. She looked like she was speaking to Grim, but her eyes weren't even trying to look at Grom. It was a one woman soliloquy. Not even Grom is irrelevant to her own conversation.
They moved to the beach. It was far easier to spot them there so I climbed up the seawater cave. As usual, she was doing her one woman soliloquy. This time she seems to be playing something out again. It looked like she was acting that she was some kind of date. It looked quite sad. I almost wondered if there was someone that this mistress misses. Of course, this is just my observation. Until I hear what she really is talking then all of this could be my misunderstanding.

It took her three hours to be satisfied watching the waves wash over the sand. From the sea weeds that drifts over. To the flying fishes that leap up and dive down to the water. Pandora moved again this time near the Inn where she watches the ocean again. She seems to enjoy herself. She interacts with all the villagers. Odette saw her while she was sweeping the leaves away from the Inn. She greeted her and after that went back to sweeping. Pandora looked at Odette with conflicting eyes. It seems that Pandora was bothered by something. I wonder what was she was bothered about?
Pandora went to the general store. She went inside so I wasn’t able to see what she was doing. Thus, I rushed up to the Inn area and entered the general store. I looked around the goods, greeted Miss Pandora while I was browsing. I bought two cigars. Boreas owns the General store. He is a tall man with a funny mustache. He has two daughters, of them out in Soren living with her husband, while the other one is on the front lines. I met Boreas in the Inn he talked a lot about his daughter and wanting the curse to be damn over.
Pandora and Grom went out of the store. I followed after while feigning going back to my house. My house is just a step away from the Inn and General store after all. I waited for five minutes before returning to my tailing. Pandora was at the small pond near the villa of the mayor is. She was looking at the pond, glancing at the tree that was over one hundred years old. I remember that she planted it with an earthen mate who freed her from petrification. It is an old tale that Elena told me about over the week. She was madly in love with that earthen mate, hence after that earthen mate died. She traveled to the ashen wasteland in despair, meeting Grom. It was rumored that she was madly in love with that earthen mate. Which isn’t that hard to follow considering that according to Elena, Miss Pandora was trapped under the sea petrified for four hundred years without human contact until the earthen mate saved her through mere coincidence.

Imagining the loneliness that she went through and the fact that that saved her just passed away in old age. Elena thinks that Miss Pandora has moved on. But even so, I think that it is obvious that she still loved that earthen mate. If she didn’t then she wouldn’t have stayed in a platonic relationship with Grom for hundred years.
I followed her back on top of the shrine-like house after frolicking on the pond near the villa. Back in the shrine-like house. She sat on the balcony with Grom by her side. Using his shoulder, Pandora closes her eyes while Grom rests listlessly without moving at all. The wind flutters her silver white hair, her figure illuminated by the sun’s light added with her peaceful like expression made her very normal. The white aura that surrounded her during the time Grom asked for help was not there, the malicious yet divine feeling was nowhere to be seen.
Hiding in the thicket, with my eyes that of an eagle. I started to wonder what the truth is really. Elena asked me for help yet somehow I could see nothing wrong. But even so, I shall persevere. She hasn’t gone to the ruins yet so until I get a glimpse of what she does under the ruins of Fernery. So thus I retreat away quietly like an unseen shadow. I went back to the fields which I left with Elena. She was eager to watch my fields. I stared at her lovely face. Walked up to her and began to explain my ‘tailing’ so far. Along the way, our chat becomes small talks and I found myself enjoying my time with her.

Fortuna Verto
A girl’s luck changes when her world changes upon itself, sending her back and forth between a world she knows and another that shouldn’t even exist. Working with her parallel self from that other world, the two must adjust to their alternate form when visiting the other’s world, as they search for a way to escape the chains of misfortune they are bound to. While this story is the conclusion of the trilogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, as the world of Celese itself is no longer a place the characters will be journeying through. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for all previous books, in case that matters to anyone. This book has an additional chapter after the final chapter that represents the trilogy conclusion, and should not be read until all three books are read first. Fortuna Verto continues the events of Essentia Animus to advance society into a sci-fi interpretation of Celese, bringing events to a distant world of another star. At the same time, events interpret a real-world advancement into a similar sci-fi age of another planet that shares Earth’s galaxy, a planet that has also been linked by the Celesi Veil. English remains predominant in both worlds of the story, but the presence of both sides makes certain Aethyx terms stand out, while Earth-styled scientific terms will also stand in a powerful contrast. Instrumentation remains an important aspect of the Elemental Era, but the influence of the gift has grown distant after discovering the superiority of the elements. Harnessing the elements had eliminated some of the original limitations of instrumentation, allowing for a self-sustaining focal source that provides solutions to problems such as automation. This turns the development available from the previous modern-day sense of a fantasy to one that is deep-future. Finally, opening access to the passage across the veil will open this progress in comparison to a very similar deep-future parallel world without such fantasy elements, contrasting the laws of physics with the laws of elements in a convergence of time and space.

Conquest Of Mortem
*NOTE* This novel is a war of attrition. To say anything less is a disservice to its demand. While comparable to other such works as Ulysses or Moby Dick, each sentence in Conquest is an enemy to be tackled. Not in the ways of difficulty but in absurd density that wishes nothing more than to destroy what patience you may have. Do not tackle chapters as you would ordinary chapters in an ordinary book. Tackle each chapter as a book unto itself. A foe to be vanquished, a period of life to leave behind. Seek to be master of this work. Seek to overcome. For in its design is the willpower, and the perseverance, and the strength of someone who sought meaning in struggle. As I discovered these in times of ultimate desperation, so I hope for you to discover these things. This novel is a love letter to your trials. May you overcome them. May you master them. May you become conquerer.- SeedSagaA literary epic for logophiles, philosophers, and poets alike. A journey into zeitgeist, the impact of media on culture, and the endurance of morality against an onslaught of hatred. These vague descriptions do little to compact Conquest's density into a bite-size summary. They do however relate the basest themes found within. A plot, if such can be surmised, is strung thinly across multiple perspectives, weaving together these concepts into a seemingly distorted tapestry of indecipherable events. Inspired by early 20th century modernism, Conquest will challenge the reader, and provide critique on the medium upon which all great stories are derived. Further interpretation is up to you now; an explorer among a sea of words. Venture on and discover what lies ahead, in...CONQUEST OF MORTEM
