"Are you recently employed?" Zhen Lun sighed. This is troublesome, a new guard was employed at the entrance and he didn't recognize his face.

"Pardon?" The guard was confused by the question.

"Call your superior out, right now. Tell him to see me."

'This man doesn't seem to be lying. I guess I'll call Uncle Ling it shouldn't be a problem to thrash him later if he lied.'

The guard opens a small window to call out the people behind the gate. "Uncle Ling, do you recognize him?" He yelled.

"Huh? Who?" Uncle Ling stretched out his head from the small gap to see the man and was utterly speechless.

"Y-y-y-y-y-oung MASTER?!?" Uncle Ling bulged out with tears as he saw Zhen Lun right in front of his face.

The guard was also shocked along with the other guards that done nothing but watch. "He is our Young Master!?"

"Open the gate! Tell the Lord, Young Master has returned!" Uncle Ling said to one of his followers and the other opened the gates.

"Uh, there's no need, I'll visit father on my own. It's much better this way." Zhen Lun stopped him from notifying his father.

"Mhm, of course. It will give him a big surprise." Uncle Ling absolutely agrees with him.

"Then I'll be going." Zhen Lun entered, followed by Xiao Xue who was wearing cloaks. The guard wanted to ask who is that person but doesn't dare to. If it was other people they wouldn't hesitate to do so but after they found out the man was actually their young master, they don't have the guts to ask.

Walking in the mansion it made him feels nostalgic, he returned to this luxurious place again. The beautiful garden, where he used to play with his mom and the pond with fishes that he feeds every morning.

A little girl ran into him. She was about to fall to the ground but Zhen Lun managed to lift her up in time.

'Who is this guy?' Zhen Le was confused. She has observed the guards for a long time and has fabricated her plan to escape the mansion. She memorized their patterns, habits, and moves entirely.

"P-princess? I-I don't know... Maybe she's in the backyard." Zhen Le immediately went pale as she heard the question. She quickly points to a random direction.

"No! The princess is cultivating at the backyard. I'm a cripple how can I be the princess?" Zhen Le screamed out loud.

First, they went back to where they came from. The guards were shocked that the princess actually came out, Uncle Ling was even more shocked.

'Hm? She doesn't want to scream for help?' They just went passed the guards but she didn't call them out to help her.

"Why didn't you ask for help?" Zhen Lun asked her.

"Why would I even bother asking them? Can they stop you? They look so scared when they saw you how can they fight you and moreover you said that you can cure me." Zhen Le gave a simple and honest answer.

"If you really can cure me, I let you become my big brother." Zhen Le proudly exclaimed as though being her big brother is the most amazing thing. Even though she doesn't trust the man yet, being able to roam freely outside the mansion is enough for her.

Eventually, her father will found out that she ran away and will dispatch someone to find her. That time, the man in front of him will be captured.

While she was pinching Xiao Xue's face, Zhen Lun delightedly asked her "So, how are her cheeks?"

Sensing that she has indeed lost, she doesn't care anymore. "If you can cure me, I'll do anything." She still hugged Xiao Xue not letting her go at all. Since she's not pushing her away, means that she's fine with it. 'I want her...'

Looking at both of them cuddling with each other, He started to suspect that both of them was a twin. "You can stop now..."

Shaking off useless her thoughts she changed to cheerful mode again. She nodded her head and climbed Xiao Xue shoulder. "Let's go!"

Zhen Lun who was watching them on the side felt that he was being left alone but more importantly... Why did Xiao Xue ask her to sit on her shoulder?
