When he first cross over, Jay was excited, thinking how to make money getting power and living a life on the top. But reality is cruel when he turn on the TV there was news about Tony Stark giving a weapon demonstration.
Then checking on the internet, Captain America is a national idol, war hero, the world first superhero! Heck! Google even give the location of his museum and a tour guide page!
Jay almost cries! This is the Marvel cinematic universe! A world where supervillian and superhero run amok, with world ending event happening every Tuesday! And he lives in New York, the center of almost all major events.

The Hulk and Abomination wreck Harlem, the Chitauri invade, the government almost send a nuke on Manhattan, Hydra Insight program, Thanos invasion, etc. Not to mention all the other minor villain running around Wilson Fisk a.s.a.p. Kingpin, the Vulture, The Hand.
The first thought that comes to Jay's mind was.

Unfortunately, when cross over at 12 years old, he was an orphan with both parents just pass away in an air plane accident, leaving only a small sum of money and the house left. With no other choice, he strengthens his will.
And after 4 year, learning to some basic martial arts and fighting skill, his first plan was to rob a bank but then after how good a bank security system is, he nope out of that plan. Then come the school hostage plan, after careful planning for a year and scouting his school security, he executes it.
Every step planned, contingency plan for certain situation, and gathering the money from part time job he bought a bomb vest, a gun, voice changer, 2 return bead, disguise and a protection item to counter sniper bullet.
Looking at the system screen displaying 1 billion he grin and start thinking what to exchange.
Item and equipment is a no go, a level 1 can't use a level 99 weapon effectively.
Skill is a good choice but high rank skill drain a lot of stamina or magic.
After some thought and he narrow down his option.
