Years of hell:
(January 5, 2030. Today was graduaction day. Dylan was graduacting from his 4 years of training. Dylan has had to train for 18 hours a day for 4 years with Ben. At the current moment he can use very little of galactic shadow. Ben had gotten Dylan a spot at the most prestigous power school. "Olypian highschool". In 8 days he had, his test for olypian. Olypian has a ranking system based on your power level.
The different ranks and classes:
Olypian has a rank system based on power. This system gives you a rank based on your powerlevel. The rank go from C to SSS. The first rank is C. C rank is for people with less then 20,000 power level. B rank is for those who have 20,001 through 75,000 powerlevel. A rank is for people with 75,001 through 260,000 powerlevel. S rank is for the gifted with 260,001 through 2,500,000 powerlevel. SS rank is for those with insane power. Those who have 2,500,001 through 10,000,000 powerlevel. SSS rank is for the very small percent with over 10,000,000 powerlevel. The average student has somewhere between 250,000 to 1,300,000 powerlevel. There are also different classes to take. These classes are support and power. The support class features healing, and engineering. The healing class is full of medics. The engineer class crafts items to support other powers. The power class is based around becoming and having a hero career.
Dylan's test:
(January 13, 2030) Dylan has his power test today. This test will determine what rank and class. Dylan will be in. It was 30 minutes til' Dylan turn. He was sitting with Ben in the waiting room. "You don't have to push yourself" ben said. " wouldn't I want to push my limits?" Dylan asked. Ben answered " no. Your power is one of the strongest ive seen. Without more training, you could destroy your body using it". [30 minutes later]. Dylan was walking into the training center. There was a table with three judges. The first judge was "trinity" the #312 hero. The second hero judge was "purple blaze" the #13 hero. The third judge was "corrupted toxin" the #31 hero. Dylan introduced himself and the judges did the same. Trinity has the power to summon monster out of atoms. Trinity Summoned the test monster " shieldless void". A nearly giant unbreakable toad. "The toad has a tracker chip to show your powerlevel on the acreen to your left" Trinity said. "You will start in 10 seconds. Get ready" purple blaze said...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...GO. "Galactic shadow, 10%" Dylan said.

"Galactic shadow, 10%" Dylan said. Galactic shadow started flowing through Dylan...3...2...1...GO. Dylan took a large jump and went for a punch on the toads forehead. While in the air, Dylan pulled his right arm back and then swong it forward in a punching motion. Dylan landed the punch. The power from the punch completely destroyed the toad. When he land on the ground, he look to his right to see the judges in shock. Then Dylan looked to his left. 2,350,000 was on the screen. "S rank?" Dylan thought. "Damn near perfect score comrad" said corruptedtoxin. "S rank. Good job" trinity said. "You'll start on monday. S rank".

The challenge was successful, and I managed 100,000+ words (as well as some character sheets in excel and such) over 10.5 days. Then I had to stop and let my hands recover from their burgeoning carpal tunnel syndrome. The story currently stands at around 150,000 words (or ~550 RRL pages) over 54 chapters; expect a chapter a day until I've caught up with the backlog. The focus of this story was not quality writing, and that hasn't changed. I mostly use it as my semi-guilty "I need to write something, but am not focused enough to write something good" story. Expect self-indulgent writing in general, and a bit of OP (or, well, more than just a bit if we're being honest), especially later in the story as the protagonist matures into a more full-blown Planeswalker. But if you're looking for something with a power-ramping protagonist romping around the place, something you'd be a bit embarrassed to admit liking (I know I am) but like anyways (and come on, this is RRL, so that probably describes just about everyone here who actually has shame), then this may be a nice bit of mental junk food for you.
