Qi Condensing: Lives 120 years. Cultivators use the Energy of the World to condense that Qi into liquid form

Core Formation: Lives 150 years. Cultivators compress their core, a spherical organ that sits in their dantian and produces liquid Qi. Getting past this realm is the first major bottleneck

Nascent Soul: Body lives 250 years, soul lives 500 years. Cultivators use the Energy of the World to create a Nascent Soul, an extension to their soul that allows them to live on should their body die.

Body Cultivation:

Body Tempering: Lives 100 years. Cultivators use the Energy of the World to temper their body beyond mortal limits.

Body Reinforcement: Lives 150 years. Cultivators binds Energy of the World of a chosen type into their body, bringing it more aligned to that type of energy.

Essence Refining: Lives 250 years. Cultivators mould their bodies into vessels that store Essence, refined Energy of the World that is a lot more potent than Qi but also less flexible in its use. It is almost unheard of for someone from the outskirts of the Qin Empire to surpass this Realm, and if they do they are recruited by a larger Clan or a Sect.
