Misty Mountains
Darius POV
He jumped and somersaults as his horse dies.
Swinging his axe down at the giant wolf who killed his horse but the wolf once again dodges his axe but stumbles making its rider fall. He pauses as the vibration of the axe smashing the ground hits him, he lost his grip of the axe as the wolf pounced on him. Falling down on the ground he looked at the wolf's jaws opening as it tries to bite his head. He raised both of his arms as the jaws of death near upon him barely stopping it near his face.
He can smell the horrible stench of its breath and feel the cold saliva dripping on his face, he quickly punched it's head before it can close its jaw and the wolf backs up stunned from the force of his hit. He quickly stands up before it recovers.
Running towards it with open arms he grabbed around it's neck tightly. They wrestled as it tries to break free but he slammed it's body on the ground before it slips away from him.
They continued to wrestle as the wolf tries to break free but it couldn't escape from his powerful clutches. Slamming its body once more on the ground he continued punching it's face for a long time before stopping when he noticed the wolf not moving.
He looked at the unconscious wolf and stands up and flexing his muscle.
"No dog can beat no matter how big they are! ROAR!" he continues flexing his muscles as he shout in victory.
"I have a new mount HAHA!" He said it while looking at the white pup excitedly.

Thorin POV

"Arrgh!" The orc grunts in pain from the hit.
"OAKENSHIELD!"
The orc kicks Thorin away and falls down on the ground rolling. Azog takes the sword out from his leg and throws it far. He rushes at him with great fury as Thorin stands up. He slammed his mace on Thorin's shield.
BOOM! The force of the hit makes Thorin kneel.
BOOM! Azog strikes once again making him fall down on the ground.
He looses all his energy in his legs as his body lay flat on the ground.
He looked up at Azog, the orc smiles as he was about to finish him off when suddenly he heard a shout.
"Thorin!" He sees a silhouette stabbing behind Azog. He looked at the figure who saved him in panic.
"Bilbo run!"
Azog glares at Bilbo and grabbed his neck.
"NO! Let him go Azog!"
As Azog was about to choke him to death he heard a screeching sound above him.

Divine Creatures
Kestra, a [Combat Alchemist] and [Woods Wraith Hunter], is excited to finally receive her third class. But when she attempts to do so, she instead receives a tribulation from the God of Trials, loses her classes, and is informed by the voice of the world that she's been selected to transmigrate with only three days to go. She tries her damnedest to prepare, but even the Elements are different in this new realm. A relatively staid adjustment period is completely abandoned though as she finds that, most distressingly, hundreds of transmigrators have appeared recently with dozens enslaved by the local city lord. Fine! She may have lost her classes and the magic is funky, but she'll be damned if she doesn't have a few true-blue skills up her sleeves. [synopsis re-write by luda305] A light hearted romp where the protag transmigrator *isn't* from Earth. The main story takes place on more of a western xianxia world. Note: profanity tag is because of side characters, and sexual context tag is for some risqué elements before fade-to-black scene. Book 1 is written and scheduled for release a chapter a day till 9/26 (24 chapters total) Book 2 will be added after it is all written. Updated to add fanfic tag because when I picked up the latest Ten Realms I realized that series has had a lot more influence on the setting than I consciously realized. Don't expect military or industrial revolution in xianxia, though.

A Castle in a Teacup
One might say that to anger forces beyond the ken of fragile breakable mortals is a bad idea, others might say that meddling in dark forces with little chance of gain is also a bad idea, they would both be right by on all counts but they forget to mention also how incredibly stupid combining both of those things are. Stupid people don’t last so long on the mystic side of things, normal folks who wander over to the other side have a tendency to do one of two things, either A. figure out that the best thing to do is keep their head down and not draw attention from any entity that refers to humanity as “you mortals” , or B. something horrifying happens to them. As you may have guessed I fell into the second category, mostly because I thought there was a third option. See I though there must be an option C, an option where I got to end up not as some shitty back ally wizard cowering at the chance of discovery, praying that one of my wards or spells wouldn’t be noticed by something that goes bump in the night. No I would be the one who rose above all that. I would never have to be afraid. Well I made a good attempt at it that’s for damn sure, but unfortunately for me it turns out there is not an option C. At least not for me…

Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne (1870) (Completed)
In 1866, ships of several nations spot a mysterious sea monster, which some suggest is a giant narwhal. The US government assembles an expedition to find and destroy the monster. Professor Pierre Aronnax, a French marine biologist (and narrator within the story) receives a last-minute invitation to join the expedition. As the expedition travels south around Cape Horn into the Pacific Ocean, the crew finds the monster after a long search and then attack it, but the ship is damaged with the three main protagonists thrown into the water. They are quickly captured and then meet the enigmatic Captain Nemo. ~ Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea is a classic science fiction novel by French writer Jules Verne and was originally published in 1870. The novel was originally serialized between March 1869 and June 1870 in Pierre-Jules Hetzel's periodical, the Magasin d'Éducation et de Récréation. An illustrated edition, published by Hetzel in November 1871, included 111 illustrations by Alphonse de Neuville and Édouard Riou. Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea is regarded as one of the premiere adventure novels and one of Verne's greatest works, along with Around the World in Eighty Days and Journey to the Center of the Earth.
