Chapter 11
Alex walked through the archway of the front entrance of the graveyard. Making his way through the graveyard finally arriving at his parents tombstones. He kneeled down and started apologizing he had forgotten to tell them how much he loved them before he left to Hogwarts. He only gave them a hug. He couldn't stop his uncontrollable sobbing.
“Why are you crying you stupid brat they're already dead you killed them don't you know?” A mysterious figure wearing a brown trench coat came out from behind a tombstone.
Alex stood up to face the stranger.
“What do you mean??” Alex questioned the stranger “Who are you?” alex once again asked the man.
“If you wouldn't have stolen my phoenix egg your parents wouldn’t have died” the man ignored Alex’s second question.
Alex enraged had taken his was wand out. “Where's my bird, I know he must have hatched by now!” the man demanded Alex to answer his question.
Alex was done talking, he began sounding out a spell “stu…”.
“Expelliarmus!” the stranger interrupted Alex he was to fast he disarmed Alex and with a another wave of his wand he shot another spell out.
Alex’s vision faded into darkness.
When he awoke he was tied to chair in a room. The room appeared like it would collapse at any moment. There as a couple of items around the room some potions some shiny stones and a suitcase that looked a lot like Alex’s.
Alex couldn't make any of the items though his vision was hazy due to being hit with a spell with such force that caused him to become discombobulated as a side effect.
Some steps where heard as someone moved closer and closer to the room Alex was tied in. Soon the pair of legs the footsteps belonged to entered the room.

“I’m only gonna say this once where's my bird?” the stranger interrogated Alex.
“What do you want him for?” alex questioned back, “Isn’t it obvious Ima kill it like I did to your parents I need the bones for a potion Im concocting” the man chuckled.
Alex decided it was best not to talk just incase he revealed something by accident he just stayed quite.
“Fine don't want to talk, Crucio!” the man tortured Alex but no matter what Blue was his friend he wouldn't talk, he would give his life for Blue.
This wizard was no joke A high Ranked wizard. The man started casting Crucio over and over again. Till he finally stopped to go sleep in the room next door, this went on for 5 days. Alex had been tortured for 5 consecutive days what kind of 11 year old boy could withstand such torture.
Alex wanted it to stop every second he was tortured he wanted to die, he felt a burning sensation all over his body, a cold that penetrated your bones at the same time, it was unbearable.
The man started getting angry and impatient. On the sixth day he realized that Alex wouldn't give him anything so he decided to kill Alex, no dark wizard could leave witnesses, especially after torturing a minor.
The man decided to leave the broken down house Alex had been brought too and make it collapse onto Alex
To make it look like an accident he had already killed two muggles he didn't want the investigation to go any further than it already was.
The man used the spell Bombarda Maxima on the house causing the house to collapse onto Alex crushing him.
Alex once again fell into darkness. “Hello Alex” a voice sounded in Alex’s head.

“Am I dead?” Alex asked the voice. “No you're in a place in between death, put it simply as Limbo”.
“Oh… who are you?” Alex asked not really caring if he died or not. Alex endured too much for 5 days.
“I'm a wizard like you I've come to help you, but I won't do it for free, I’ll call for you in time when I need you” the voice spoke in his head.
“Help me? How would you help me?” Alex questioned the voice once more.
“I want to put a formation on your body it will cause the mana in the air to rush to you once you've used even a percentage of a percentage of you mana. Obviously it will only replenish your mana instantly if your body absorbs to much mana it can have disastrous consequences. Think about it like going boom” the voice chuckled.
“Formations how could you possibly have formations? Especially something as overpowered as this?” Alex didn't believe the voice.
The voice resounded once again “Kid you need to understand there's existences that are far more powerful than Dumbledore or your shall, forget everything that you thought you knew, not that you know very much. Anyways do you want go back to the world of the living with my gift or not? Also i forgot to mention i'll heal your body completely that way you can walk.”, the voice was very prideful as he spoke to Alex.
Alex nodded, Alex wanted revenge and now he was given a chance to take it. He had to live in order to take his revenge. His consciousness instantly got transported back to his body. His body was no longer crushed under the rubble of the house instead it was healed. Alex stuck a hand out of the ruble and made his way out into the light of the moon he looked at his body there were tattoo markings all over his body. There was a tribal line on each of his arm and leg that led to the center of his chest his chest had runic symbols.
*I thought Holliday breaks shouldn't be 2 weeks long since they had just entered school*
Alex looked through the rubble and picked up his suitcase he needed to get to kings cross in before the train left tomorrow morning. All students were required to return home in a week.
Counting the 25th when Alex left Hogwarts it had been six days. Alex jumped into his suitcase house and changed into some clean clothes and headed to the Hogwarts express.

Summoner's Journey
[Before you read - the story is officially dead. The reasons behind it are posted in the last chapter.] In a magic world on the verge of an industrial revolution, Ari Ragnarsson must uncover the truth behind his parents' disappearance. They were part of an organization known as the Order, which protects mankind from various threats - both human and supernatural. Now, after Ari's brands finally manifest, he leaves the safety of his village and travels to the continent. Strength is all that matters in this world and he must learn how to control his powers. There, he meets a man from another world, who's being hunted for merely existing. Their fates become intertwined, but not in a way either of them would appreciate. Author's note (contains minor non-story related spoilers about the MC and setting) This is a progression fantasy with LITRPG elements sprinkled on top. The main character is not a spellsword, but a summoner/support mage hybrid. Since he wasn't ambushed by a random god, there's no cheat item/spell and he has to rely on his skills and wits to survive in a world full of monsters. The story tries to show the moment when the old starts to be replaced by the new, with a healthy dose of magic and a little steampunk in the background. Also, it revolves around a party dynamic akin to RPG sessions. No health/mana bars. Numbers are secondary and the LITRPG elements focus more on classes/spells/runes and their evolutions. Tables are sparse at the beginning, but from chapter 7 onwards they appear more often. Still, I won't be copy-pasting the whole character sheet dozens of times per chapter.
