*Evan POV*

I put the unconscious Lennard on my shoulder and grabbed then grabbed Luna's hand before I dragged her with me to the Adventurer's Guild. We didn't go very far before Luna stumbled and fell down.

[Luna!] (Me)

[Sorry Reid, I just don't have much strength in me.] (Luna)

She said with lifeless eyes. She looks like she’ll collapse any second now, I don’t know what happened or how she even ended up here I do know one thing and that is to get her out of here.

I don't know if those guys are still following us but better be safe than sorry.

I held on to Lenard in a princess carry and bent down a little bit.

[Quick! Get on my back.] (Me)

I looked at her and she blushed a little bit Before getting on my back.

I can't believe I'm giving a guy in a princess carry and having a girl on my back. But this is just because of the current situation! I can’t do anything about it!

I ran off to the Adventurers guild.

I reached there about a minute later.

[EXCUSE ME!] (Me)

I slammed the door open with a kick and saw Liza on the counter surprised. Thankfully there was no one else present here.

[Evan!?] (Liza)

[Liza! I got no time to explain, please let me use the Arena!] (Me)

[W-What? Y-Yea Sure!] (Liza)

[Also please call lark down there immediately, it's an Emergency!] (Me)

I ran downstairs holding Lenard who had a smidge of HP left and the tired Luna on my back. As I got there, I carefully placed both of them down. Seconds later, Lark came bustling down here.

[Evan!? What the Hell happened Dude!?] (Lark)

[No time to explain! do you have any rope?] (Me)

[H-huh? Uh Yea!] (Lark)

He took some rope out of his back and threw it at me.

I caught it and proceeded to tie Lenard up. I don't really know how to tie someone up, but wrapping them entirely in rope and putting a knot at the end should do the same thing right? Lark also gave me a lot of rope so I guess that’s what I’m going to do now.

[Uhh, Mind explaining now?] (Lark)

[Uhh, yeah just a sec. Luna, you're tired, right? Ask Liza upstairs if there's a place to rest here.]

[I'm not tired, I just haven't eaten anything for days.] (Luna)

I looked at her surprised and she was just holding onto my clothes, refusing let go with a determined face.

[Woah, Little Miss are you okay?] (Lark)

She nodded.

[I’ll be fine.] (Luna)

[I doubt you will be though, Lark can you help her? I promise I'll tell you everything in a bit.] (Me)

He was hesitant, before he helplessly scratched the back of his head and nodded.

[Alright, let's go little miss?] (Lark)

But Luna kept staring at me and refused to let go.

[Don't worry about me. This place is like my second home. I won't leave.] (Me)

I tried reassuring her before she finally nodded and went with lark upstairs.

I finally tied Lenard so much that only his head and neck was visible, the rest of his body was completely roped up.

I took out a lesser health potion and made Lenard drink it.

He tried to move but couldn't because of the ropes.

[I WILL KILL YOU!!!] (Lenard)

[You woke up from near death and those are the first words that come out from you. Ouch man. ] (Me)

Just then Liza hurried down here.

[Evan, what happened?] (Liza)

Liza looked at me and then looked at Lenard.

[Wha-] (Liza)

[GET ME OUT OF THESE ROPES!! I SWEAR ILL KILL YOU!!!] (Lenard)

Is this guy for real?

[Hey, you’re captured and at your enemy base, you seriously think you can just untie yourself and beat everyone here?] (Me)

I said to Lenard before looking back at Liza.

[This guy here brought some friends with him to kill me and kidnap the girl I came here with. How or why is beyond me.] (Me)

Lenard was just screaming in the background as I ignored him.

[So, I brought him here for interrogation.] (Me)

[Hm? Interrogation, huh.] (Liza)

Liza put her hand on her chin for a moment before looking at Lenard with seriousness.

[I know a thing or two about interrogating a captive.] (Liza)

I don’t know if it was just me but I’m pretty sure I saw a creepy smile form up on Liza’s face.

She walked up to Lenard, grabbed his collar and proceeded to slap him a few times. Lenard spat out some blood on the ground.

[W-What do you want!?] (Lenard)

[Finally coming to your senses?] (Liza)

She said as she slapped him one more time.

While I was impressed at Liza's method of torture, I saw Lark walking back down here again.

[Okay Evan, I gave the little mis-] (Lark)

He stopped walking down the stairs as soon as he saw Liza who was holding Lenard's collar and slapping him every few seconds later. Lenard's face was red swollen by now.

[Um, care to tell me what's going on?] (Lark)

[This guy here attacked me and tried to kidnap Luna.] (Me)

[We're just getting info out of him, I thought my expertise in interrogation would help. Care to join?] (Liza)

Just as Liza asked that, lark flinched. Almost like he was reminded of something traumatizing.

[N-No. You know what, I'll just give the little missy upstairs some company. You guys carry on.] (Lark)

Lark did a quick 180 and ran back upstairs.

[Okay then care to tell me why you attacked me?] (Me)

He spits out some more blood.

[heh, you think you can get Info out of Me!?] (Lenard)

Liza took a fork out of nowhere, twirled it around her fingers majestically and placed it right above his nether region that was bounded by the rope.

[If you don't talk in 3 seconds then I'm turning you into a girl.] (Liza)

Liza said in a very chilly voice that also made even me feel Goosebumps.

Oh hey, Lenard started to sweat a little bit too.

Well, can't say I blame him.

[F-Fine! We attacked you because our mission was to kill all the Silver daemons!] (Lenard)

[The Fuck? Who just wakes up one day and decide to kill of an entire race? and you said something about wanting a sacrifice? Why did you need Luna for that?] (Me)

By this point, Lenard started to look Insane.

[It's a sacrifice to our only Lord Cthulhu! Who would Bring salvation to this WRETCHED WORLD! HAHAHAHA] (Lenard)

Yea he’s a lost cause. But, Lord Cthulhu?

I placed my hand on my chin.

Or is he talking about the Moon Lord? The end boss of Terraria?

Let's see. To summon the Moon Lord........

You have to kill the lunatic cultists for that. After that, the solar, nebula, vortex and stardust pillars come up and after defeating all that, the Moon Lord is summoned.

Killing the lunatic cultist is a type of sacrifice but that's probably not it.

The only other boss that needs a sacrifice to be summoned is the wall of flesh in the underworld. But only the guide is sacrificed, that means Jeff would be sacrificed and not Luna.

No matter how I think about it. Sacrificing Luna does not make sense neither does killing all the Silver Daemons.

Lenard was being an annoying little bitch in the background which made it hard to think. Liza was also looking at me with a difficult face......maybe she knows something?

[Liza, do you know what he's talking about?] (Me)

She nodded

[Cthulhu only rings one bell........The Cultists. These guys are known for their strength, secrecy and brutality. They will also do anything for their goal like a bunch of psychopaths. From what I know, they believe that one day Cthulhu will come and give everyone the salvation they need.] (Liza)

[Nah, summoning Cthulhu is a very hard thing. You need to destroy the 4-star pillars for that to happen.] (Me)

Lenard was visibly shaken at my comment.

.... Did I accidentally drop a bomb shell here?

[H-How did you know? WHO TOLD YOU!?] (Lenard)

Ah shit. No matter what happens, I shouldn’t appear suspicious. I have to keep my cool.

[Uh, Only a guess. I read some Fairy tale about it once in a book.] (Me)

I lied without batting an eye.

[WHICH BOOK WAS IT!?!?] (Lenard)

[Ugh, Shut up already. You're really annoying you know that.] (Me)

He started to scream about something again but I ignored him.

What else is left?

Wait. Maybe it doesn't need a sacrifice at all. The only other bosses in Terraria that has any relation to Cthulhu are the Eye of Cthulhu and the Brain of Cthulhu. The Eye of Cthulhu is the first boss that can be summoned only at night, you just need tons of lens and a demon altar that can found in any corruption or crimson biome...........

[Hey, Do you guys have a demon altar of any kind?] (Me)

He became quiet for the first time.

[I'll take that as a yes, let me tell you one thing. The Cthulhu you want to summon won't come from some measly thing like demon altar.] (Me)

[W-What?] (Lenard)

[If you use something like a demon altar then only the eye or maybe the Brain of the Cthulhu will come.] (Me)

[H-HOW DO YOU KNOW ALL THIS!?!?] (Lenard)

Looks like I hit the bullseye.

[Now tell me where you're friends are.] (Me)

[Never!] (Lenard)

Liza slammed the fork in his............. Stomach(Thankfully) and blood spurted out. She then proceeded to twist the fork.

[AHHHHHH] (Lenard)

Lenard cried out in pain.

[Where. Are. Your. Friends.] (Liza)

Liza's cold voice here even gave me the chills.

[Hehe. they'll start the preparation even without me if they have to, and in a few days’ time! No matter what you do, Cthulhu will watch over us and most certainly watch over you!] (Lenard)

[Can you knock him out for me, Liza?] (Me)

She nodded and hit the back neck of Lennard. Passing him out.

[What should we do now?] (Liza)

[Hm?] (Me)

[I know when people are lying Evan and I know you lied when you said "I read some Fairy-tale about it in a book once." you obviously know what's going on.] (Liza)

I nodded, not admitting to the claims now would just put me in even more trouble.

[Well, I caught few keywords from him. Firstly, he said that they'll start even without him. That means they haven't started yet and they were desperate in catching Luna if they attacked us in clear daylight.] (Me)

Liza nodded.

[Secondly, I know that he's going to summon either the Eye of Cthulhu or the Brain of Cthulhu. But there's a catch to summoning either one. There's only one way to summon eye of Cthulhu and that requires some amount of lens from the demon eyes and a demon altar. The Demon altar can commonly be found in the chasms of the corruption or the crimson biome. But it seems like they possess one of their own.] (Me)

As I said my entire thought process, I had to ask Liza about something first.

[Wait those biomes do exist right?] (Me)

I mean it would be weird if those demonic or bloody biomes didn't exist, right?

[Yes, the corruption is on the far East and the Crimson is on the far west.] (Liza)

Wait they're both here? Usually there's only one of those in one world, but I guess that doesn't matter.

[Then if they want to summon the Brain of Cthulhu. We're safe.] (Me)

[How so?] (Liza)

[It can only be summoned in the Crimson biome. I don't know why but that's how it is. That thing is tougher than the Eye of Cthulhu though so watch out. But if they're going to summon the eye of Cthulhu then that's a different story altogether.] (Me)

I said in a heavy tone which made Liza nervous.

[The eye of Cthulhu can be summoned anywhere but only at night time. And if it's not defeated till daytime then no matter what happens..........] (Me)

I made a grim face

[Anyone in his sight will die.] (Me)
