《Cold Heart(Cancelled)》(V2)Chapter Fourteen: Vision

Standing around in a decorated circle, two microwaves were seen in the corner of the left top, two fridges were beside the microwaves on each side, supporting a vending machine that dropped out cans of every drink.
An 85' inch, flat television was resting on a white, cream wall next to the exit door which was located at the front of the room, being surrounded by a black roundabout settee, staying a few inches away from the meeting table that was big enough for ten to eleven people.
All these environments watched the students every move, wondering what would be next as a circle of eight patience students looked all around them, seated in the roundabout table, breathing calmly, including me, Autumn and Kaylee.
Windows that can also be an entire building flat themselves were behind me, revealing the crashing wind to my bare skin, sending a relaxed tension all over my body as the heat slowly washed away from inside the cramped room.
Ethan was seen on the edge of the table, looking guilty as Autumn dropped a file onto my side, hitting up against my skin, almost cutting the small grown hairs that hit after my long puberty that took years to develop.
"Let's get to business, I'll tell you the mission" Autumn spoke loudly, sitting back into her comfy seat.
"Autumn, why did you invite a random person?" A female voice whispered in front of me, she stood the same height as Autumn, had ginger short, wavy hair descended onto her shoulders, matching her freckled face alongside her bright amber eyes, she sat next to a female who looked exactly like her but without the freckles.
"He isn't a random person. I hate to admit but he was my first friend and I need him on this type of mission, Rose" Autumn answered, facing me with a serious stare that looked distant and far.

"Get to the point" I responded, sending off a trigger towards Autumn.
"Yes—There is a Teleporter named Brianna Antonio, she is ranked blue and is going rogue, troubling the school system and the teacher themselves. Like a fallen angel that disobeyed God's instructions and wanted to cause havoc," Autumn explained, growling under her breath.
"Why can't your group do it yourself? I'm pretty sure some of these students are Time Manipulators" I said in return.
"That's what we thought...but somehow she broke the physics of her powers and is somehow teleporting away from these people who have Time Manipulation as their power" Autumn answered again.
"That's old News" I abruptly replied, shocking Autumn a slight bit.
"Old News? What are you on about? She's the only student who has a history of somehow breaking her own power physics" Autumn said, sounding baffled but still angered.
"Look, I'm an experienced power user, I broke through all the power psychics to make myself stronger, or more so, forced" I proclaimed.
"Hah! Like you actually have powers. You're powerless you deluded fuck" A confident voice chirped, this came from the direction of long blonde, athletic body with violet eyes, crossed arms fool.
"No no, Zane, Caden is right. He's very experienced" Autumn snarled.
"Jesus! Stop sucking his dick all the time. In the past, you always defended this useless mob. How much did you suck his-" The proudly Zane once shouted, went silent when I zipped over to him, strangling him without notice.
"Quiet down, puppet. The powers you're so proud of are so easily weak against me because I'm 100x better than you" I calmly murmured to him, scaring the twins beside him "Please, saying rumours about her giving me head gives me too much pride. But I'm fifteen dip shit, stuff like that is extremely illegal and I will smash her mouthy ass out of earth onto Mars" I added sarcastically.

"You know, I might have changed my mind about you. This guy is an emotionless sarcastic prick, I love it!" Rose chirped
"Rose shut the hell up," Rose's twin insisted.
"No, Taylor. You shut the hell up" Rose responded.
"Sit back in your seat" Autumn roared, being loud and clear it was pointed towards me.
I didn't want any drama so I obliged and just sat back in my chair, listening to the conversation about Brianna Antonio, Class is D-3, ranked Blue in Teleporter and is causing havoc against the teachers is what I heard.
Liana was there in the meeting but she mostly stayed quiet because she really wasn't the type to have conversations about the plans as she was a thief in the cafeteria, she still looked at me like she was betrayed though, but she just was silent like Liam, who later on headed towards his class.
The first sighting we saw was Brianna when she was in a filled classroom, a classroom where the students watched her pick on the teacher, stressing the teacher out to the extreme, having no remorse behind it.
When she noticed me and the Travelling Galaxies Group standing outside the classroom, she instantly teleported away, not giving any time for the so-called "Heroes" to step in, the students in the classroom who were once laughing stayed silent.
Autumn wandered into the classroom, letting Faith heal the teacher as she scolded the students in the meantime, while I was listening on her scolding, I noticed a flicker of electricity come towards Autumn's way.
Slowing downtime, I located the electricity, figuring out it was a yellow ranked user, the electric spark had a zig-zagged shape like a lightning bolt, floating between two students who were frozen in a jumping back action as they noticed it.
Not knowing who the person was, I activated my Time Manipulator power where my vision faded to Black and White, I started rewinding time, following the spark up to a skinny rat student, hiding under his long, big black hoodie, slightly covering his triangular-shaped face.
Fast-forwarding back to the present time, I switched back to Lightspeed vision and gripped onto the hoodie guy by his hoodie, easily lifting him up from the ground because gravity worked in my favour, I dragged him through the students, grabbing onto his electric spark, speeding time back to normal.
Autumn, shocked by what she saw, didn't recognise that I was holding an electric spark until she interrogated the attacker.
"What are you doing?" Autumn questioned, just noticing the electric spark, as soon she noticed this, a frown came across her face "Oh, no need to explain" Autumn growled.
Knowing what Autumn was about to do, I dropped the student on the ground and saw purple lightning crackle around Autumn's body, generating purple lightning as she sped around the student where the punching sounds were heard loud and clear, sounding really fast as quick grunts were heard in between.
Most of the students didn't really see it happen but I saw it happen just like a normal fighting scene, I watched her beat this attacker in a blood pit, covered in purple lightning that copied her every movement the more she generated, adding on the crackle, finishing it by flinging him through the window, ending up with him crashing through the sharp, deadly pieces, cutting himself deep.
"How was that?" Autumn asked me.
"It was perfect. Well done, darling" I answered.

Old Riding Author Lunatic Asylum
Just off the A19, in the dark, incomprehensible lands known as Yorkshire, there lies a town. A town where shadow-silent alleys glint with the secret hunger of knives. Where blood soaks the chipboard window shutters of forsaken terraces stretching off into the night. Where the smog-choked air rattles with the depraved laughter echoing out from clubs that can only generously be described as post-apocalyptic. Well, that’s Middlesbrough. But down the A19 a bit (an impossibly long way down, actually) there lies another town: Raughnen, in the ancient, forgotten Old Riding. It is an equal match in muggery and thuggery alike. It also has magic spells and pointy wizard hats. And now, across the miles and across all sensibilities, a pretty nasty power (a magic one) calls out for its pretty nasty counterpart (a decidedly unmagic one): a proper sound Boro lad. Nothing good can come of it. This is a collection of one novella and four connected short stories: I. A Yorkshire Summoning II. Old Riding Day Trip (the novella) III. Heaven is a Parmo IV. Death on the 66 V. Death on the 257 In total, this comprises 34 chapters totalling around 35,000 words, so try not to worry. It will be over relatively quickly. There are three more short stories with more tenuous links to the core collection: Rush, Paper Round and Scenario 79: Sausage Fingers, all of which can be found in my collection Short Records of Misadventure. Reading these may allow you to make more sense of certain parts of the story, if any sense is to be made at all. NOTE: There are instances of prejudice and discrimination within these stories, including elements of sexism and ageism, which are purely the thoughts and actions of the characters involved and which certainly do not reflect my own views on these matters. ANOTHER NOTE; A WARNING, PERHAPS: This can get a bit weird. In less than 150 pages, we have four viewpoints, first and third person narratives, and a completely disjointed plot with lots of gaps, dead ends and no real resolution. Also ZERO lunatic asylums. It's all a bit odd. If that sort of thing isn't your cup of tea, which it most likely isn't, it might be best to move on now.

Jack Snyder died on Earth during a car accident. Time went by, and he heard a girl’s voice calling Nozomu Shinchaku. Jack slowly opened his eyes and an unknown girl was crying in front of him, but everything about her was wrong. Long blue hair, yellow eyes, cat ears instead of normal Human ears. Jack glanced at her hand and saw sharp and long fingernails caressing his face. A fluffy blue tail was trembling behind her, signalling her worries. Jack saw a pool of blood on the ground near a rock, and he had a big bandage on his head. Strangely, his soul travelled to a young boy’s body, that judging by the pool of blood, died because of that rock. Now, he has to learn how to live in a strange Magical World as the Human teenager Nozomu Shinchaku that strangely can’t use Magic, and Magic has no effect on him. . “Definition of sidekick: - A sidekick is someone who goes with the main lead on their adventures. If he is a superhero, the sidekick helps fight crime. Sometimes this word signifies an imbalance of power, and it implies that the sidekick is less powerful than the main lead. - Sidekick is one of the most effective forms of attack in a street fight. Hard kicks especially to the knee can take a larger opponent down or at least blow out his balance, leaving him vulnerable to follow-up shots.” *I intend on keeping this story free till it's finished.*
