#1 Holy Britannia Empire

With the City of London, Wall Street, and Hollywood, Silicon Valley in its’ realm, the Holy Britannia Empire is, by far, the most powerful country in the world.

Great Britain – or the British Isles – is the mainland, being the cradle of the Industrial Revolution. It’s a universal monarchy, which is sometimes referred to as ‘Salad Bowl’. It has almost entire North America – USA, Canada and Mexico in original history – and the Low Countries – Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg – and British Isles – England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales, with its capital as London, financial hub shifting from London to New York.

Royal Navy’s single fleet is equivalent to almost any other superpower’s entire navy, just like that of original history’s USA.

#2 Hispania Empire / Imperio Iberica

The nation with the largest territory, biggest population, and the most powerful army in the world. Being a universal monarchy, it’s also another ‘Salad Bowl’. With the recent completion of the Panama Canal, it’s now threatening the maritime hegemony of the Holy Britannia Empire.

#3 United Republic of Rome / Senātus Populusque Rōmānus

The URR(United Republic of Rome) is well known for its soft power, which was accumulated via 2 millennium's worth of history. Having Suez Canal, its’ Mare Nostrum is both Mediterranean and the Indian Ocean.

Also, with its’ vast territory that spreads across the Old East Roman Empire’s realm during the Justin I, its’ president is holding the title, ‘Protector of Universal Christian Faith and the Pentarchal Sees of Constantinople, Rome, Antioch, Jerusalem and Alexandria’

Last but not least, having almost entire North Africa and West Asia in its' hands - the Middle East in original history – its’ president is also given the title ‘Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques of Mecca and Medina, producing an almost endless amount of oil annually.

#4 Great Shun(大順帝國)

Unlike Qing Dynasty which was ruled by Manchurians – minority Chinese - in the original history, it was ruled by Han Chinese, who are the majority.

With no Opium War, no Taiping rebellion, no Boxer Rebellion, no Empress Dowager Cixi, no Warlord Era, no invasion of the Japanese Empire, no Communist China, no

Great Leap Forward, no Cultural Revolution, no Xi Jinping, is the number 4 powerful nation globally.

It has the Kingdom of Japan, Republic of Korea, and other small states in South East Asia as nominal vassal states.

#5 Indian Empire(भारत साम्राज्य)

United India Sub-continent, which holds India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka as its territory. Q.E.D.

#6 German Empire(Deutsches Kaiserreich)

It has shown its’ militaristic talent - the 2nd strongest army in the world, during the War of the Roman Imperator and Basileus Succession and the Great Northern War.

Its’ vast territory - the sum of the Second Reich, Austro-Hungarian Empire, and Polish-Lithuania Commonwealth in original history – is a blessed land, fit for both farming and manufacturing.

#7 Kingdom of Japan(日本國)

Unlike Japan or the Japanese Empire in the original history, it has no navy vs army dispute, no regional disputes, no tyranny of LDP in politics, no Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster.

It’s a centralized, modern nation with the help of Confucianism.

#8 Republic of Korea(大韓民國)

Unlike the original history, which is split into 2, having only half of the Korean Peninsula, it had no Korean War, no 36 years of Japanese rule.

Instead, it secured the entire Korean Peninsula and acquired Manchuria, Liaodong Peninsula, Primorsky Krai, and Sakhalin. Its’ public administration skill is the #1 in the world, having some powerful conglomerates in IT, ship, automobile, and chemical industries, along with world-renowned K-POP and K-movies.

#9 Oceania Federation

It has ANZAC(Australia and New Zealand), Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysian Peninsula, other small islands in Oceania as its’ territory, and large naval waters of the Pacific Ocean. It’s a trading hub of the Pacific Ocean, with the Malacca Strait in its’ hands.

However, in reality, it’s a banana republic set up by the Holy Britannia Empire.

#10 Safavid Persia Empire

Its' territory is much bigger than the original Iran - having Iraq, Kuwait, Armenia, Afghanistan, and several Islamic Central Asian nations in original history in its’ realm. But what good will it do? Currently, it’s completely trapped in the Indian Ocean, by the URR(United Republic of Rome)
