“So what is ‘The Noble League’?” I asked Floyd who was flying next to me.
“The ‘The Noble League’ is a group who works for the Royal Family, they also have very deep roots in this kingdom since they haven existed for more than 100k years,” Floyd said.
“How far?” I asked him.
“They have a base in every town so there is no need to worry, we just need to go to the nearest town and ask for the title,” He said and I nodded.
We accelerated our speed.
….
“We are here,” Floyd said as we looked down towards the town below us.
“This is ‘Acton’ It looks more normal than I thought,” I said as I looked at the town.
The town itself looks magnificent. With its wheat straw rooftops, granite walls and majestic fjords, Acton has a charming atmosphere.
The town was not as small I thought it would be either, it was more than 342km² in size, the people or creatures walking around didn’t seem like they were humanoid so I wonder how they built something like this.
‘Soon I am going to be the lord over a city filled with beast’s.’ I thought.
‘How ironic, I am sure the people won’t like the fact that a BEAST will become their lord either.’ I heard Dyton’s sarcastic tone in my head and I scratched my head.
“Let’s go, ‘The Noble League’ is just over there,” Floyd said as he pointed towards a building made out of concrete, the building was 15 meters in height and 30 meters in length.
We slowly flew towards the building.
….
“What is that in the sky?”
“Holy Shit those are Beast Emperors!”
“Beast Emperors? Are you sure, why would someone as godly be in this small town?”

“He is not lying, they really are beast Emperors, look they are flying on a sword.”
“Damn, you are right.”
“But why come here?”
“I don’t know but from the looks of it, they seemed to be heading towards ‘The Noble League’.”
….
Inside a room, there were four people in a meeting discussing something.
“So do we all Agree?” One of them said and the rest nodded.
~kreeen!
The door opened and a half human half snake woman entered the room, all of the people in the room frowned “What is the meaning of this!” One of them shouted.
“I am sorry I barged in, but there are two Beast Emperors in town, and they are headed this way.” The woman said and everyone in the room widened their eyes in shock
“Why didn’t you tell me before!”the man shouted before he stood up and left the room. The others also stood up and left the room.

We slowly landed in front of ‘The Noble League’ building. We found that there were already 4 people there waiting for us, even when you look around you could see that people were gathering around the place while talking to each other.
There was a beast of every kind here whether they were birds, frogs, tigers, half human creatures and even creatures I have never seen before.
I smiled as I looked at them.
Everyone who saw my smile took a step back and looked away.
We landed on the floor and put back our swords.
“Hello, gentlemen, what are beings as celestial as yourselves doing in a place like this?Ah… W-where are my manners please let’s go inside.” An old human man said, well not exactly a human.
He was a humanoid creature that was very similar to a human, the only difference was he had long pointy ears and dark skin with two black wings on his back.

We followed him inside the building and was escorted to a very nice room with 4 seats and a table, the room was definitely on par with the 5+ hotel rooms on earth.
“Please take a seat seniors.” The man said and we both took a seat, without sitting down the man looked at us “If seniors can tell me why you have come here I try to help you to the best of my abilities.” The old man said.
“I came here so you could send a message to the royal clan that we want one Marquess title for.” Floyd said and the old man widens his eyes in shock “Can it be you senior haven acquired those titles already?” He asked.
“I just broke into the Beast Emperor rank just recently so I haven’t gotten the title.” Floyd explained and the man smiled “Wonderful, then I will send a message right away please make yourselves conformable, if there is something you need you just have to ask Cirassa I will be back shortly with your title and the location of your city after talking with the seniors of our Noble League.” The old man said before leaving the room.
“Is there something I can do for you, my lords?” A woman with her top half being human and the bottom half being that of a snake asked us, she was the Lamia I read about on earth, looking at the real deal is quite strange.
“We will call you if we need something you can leave for now,” Floyd said and the woman bowed before leaving the room.
Floyd looked at me “Why don’t you want a Marquess title.” He asked me.
“Well, what’s the point, I don’t care about the title, I will just crash at your city as a guest, besides, I want to create my own sect, you deal with the political shit and I will deal with acquiring power for our faction,” even though I said that, I was worried about him finding out about Saria, I rather be alone when I train with her skills.
“You are going to create a sect?” He said as he put an amusing look on his face, I shrugged my shoulder “Ye and?”
“Nothing, just how are you planning on getting people to join you?” He asked me with a serious face but I could see the laughter in his eyes.
“I have my ways, just make sure to say you are part of my xx xx xx sect if asked!”
The door opened and the black old man came in “I am sorry for the wait, here is your title and your city’s location.” The old man said as he handed Floyd a black emblem with a blue phoenix mark on it, along with a map.

[Conquerors Of The Delve] [Abandoned]
28-year-old Lucian was a smart and hard-worker, having put aside enough money since joining a family friend's company at the age of 16. While browsing the web, one thing consistently popped up, overshadowing all else. An Augmented VReality game, a dungeon delver residing inside an Open World MMORPG. Mordheim: Servants of The Damned (A Warhammer Fantasy Fiction)
“The Great Library,” Stated the stranger with a pause. “You know of it?”“Of course I do. In the Merchant’s Quarter?”“Yes, in the Merchant’s Quarter. I have gathered that there is an… artefact of importance within its walls.” Slowly, the figure produced a rusted key from the furls of his robes and held it in a black-gloved hand. “This opens the door to its chambers. It is the grimoire of Gunnar von Krugenheim, and I believe that it would serve better in the world than locked away in a dusty room.” Behind the cursed walls of Mordheim, warbands and gangs of all stripes are embattled in constant wars for resources and power. The cursed city attracts throngs in the thousands, searching for treasures, artefacts, power, and sometimes all three. The Cult of the Hidden Brethren is no exception, and when an opportunity to extend their reach is discovered, the cultists are eager to take the opportunity. However, not all is set in stone, and soon the cultists discover that the lure of power alone may not be enough to give them the drive required to see their quest done... --- Mordheim: Servants of the Damned is a fanfiction set in the world of Warhammer Fantasy, which is not owned by me but by the company Games Workshop. I of course, lay claim to nothing in this story but the characters I have created, and the core events of the story itself. This is my first true foray into fantasy writing, let alone Warhammer Fantasy, therefore any feedback is welcome. (It should be noted as well, the cover art is merely an artwork I found online and is not mine, therefore I do not lay claim to that either.)
