Prologue.

Long story short, I lived a decent life.

Yes, that's right! I LIVED with the -ed in the end since I am now actually just a ball of swirling mass known as Soul.

You see, I was an engineer that was able to land on a decent job after I finished college. I never struggled money wise since I lived a simple life with only good food and reading different fictional or scientific works as luxury.

I wasn't really the best when it comes to dating since I was a pretty introverted person. I am already 29 years old but I was somehow unable to find a stable relationship to be in.

As a bachelor, I owned a simple apartment since buying an expensive condominium unit is too impractical because I live alone.

My parent are living in another city but always fo my best to visit them every weekend. I also share a part of my salary to them as a way to repay them for all their care.

I consider my life to be a good one, however almost all things would have an end. I was on my way home inside a taxi when suddenly a speeding truck went to our direction.

I saw hiw the driver if the truck was struggling in doing something, which I assume is hitting the brakes. The truck started decelerating but unfortunately it was going too fast and ended up destroying the taxi I am in.

It was an uncomfortable and painful experience but in a couple of second the pain vanished. That was all that I can remember before I became conscious inside a white room.

OMNI POV.

"I am OMNI. I am an omnipotent being thatvis the representation of the author in this reality." A handsome man wearing a perfect suit started monologing

"I know that I am just a figment of imagination but I don't have any problem with my reality. I mean I am basically a god in here while the Author of this reality is just an avrage human being." He continued speaking as if he was speaking to an audience

"Well enough with that.... Let's get to the reason why I am speaking. The thing is my Author suddenly had this idea and as powerless as I am, I actually liked his idea since I am bored with doing nothing." I said as I poured myself a cup of tea that I summoned out of nowhere

"It's time for the adventure of the new protagonist to begin so let's get this going."

"This is going to be a naruto fanfiction and the time period would be at the Warring Era. The soul speaking above my POV is the protagonist of this story. Yeah I know that I suck at 4th wall speaking but who cares? I am just a fictional character anyways." I said as I stood up from my chair and looked at the window that overlooks the universe

"You see, I know that my Author is going to the power tripping area since he actually do not want to spent too much effort and just do this fiction easy going."

"So without furthere ado, lets meet our protagonist." I said as if I was a vlogger that is talking to an audience

I then picked opened a spatial rip and put my hands inside it. I then grabed the little ball known as the soul of our protagonist.

"Nice to meet you, my name is Omni. I am here to let you reincarnate to the world of naruto. Any questions?" I stated calmly as I laid down

"Well, I have many questions. Firstly, why me? Secondly, what is the reason? Thirdly, what is my overall goal. Fourth, why can't I seem to remember my name and the other names of people." The soul said calmly with a hint og skeptisism and wariness

"You were chosen because you aren't special. It is actually like a lottery. I grabbed any soul then that's it. The main reason for your reincarnation is I want to see how you would fare against the opponents that would come to your way. A soul normally wipes itself from any sort of memory upon death and you remembering something is a unique case." I said as I picked him up ready to throw him to his destination

"Anymore questions?" I asked for the final time

"Well, do I recieve some sort of cheat or a system of some sorts like what was written in novels?" the soul asked wuth a tinge of excitement

"Unfortunately, you have no system. As for cheat like abilities, it depends upon your luck however the mere fact that you are chosen to be reincarnated is a testament to your luck." I said with a grin before hurling him to the void
