《The Aria Chronicles》Hiding

So quick!
I thought as I heard the Rustle not far from me, it had been barely ten minutes since I left the Camp, and I am already sensing the Rustle of Orcs. Yesterday I had to walk for more than an hour before I could come across the Orcs.
Now, I have come across one within ten minutes after leaving the Camp; earlier, I had not taken Richard seriously when he said that there are six times more Orcs than us in the forest, but now it seems like what he said is true.
I have to be even more careful from now on, I could deal with Elite Baron, and also if it is a strong Elite Baron, I would be able to save my life, but if it is a strong Viscount, then I can forget about it leaving alive.
I walked toward silently, not making even a slight sound with my step when I got closer enough to the Silhouette of the Orcs.
They are rather far from me, so I can't see them properly or sense their levels, so I started to move closer and closer while being careful not to be noticed by them. Soon, I got close enough to sense their level.
It is a team of seven Baron Orcs, which is Led by the Strong Half-Blood. It is quite powerful, the most powerful opponent I have faced under the Baron Elite. It
If one looked at the Orcs from a distance, they would mistake it for humans, which I did for the moment as it looked exactly like humans; the only indication that it had an Orc blood is its pale Green skin, which is not noticeable from a distance.
Looking at physique and color, this half-blood does not seem like the first generation; it is the second or third-generation one, the Orcs blood in it is quite thinned out.

If kept mating with humans, two to three generations later, the Orcs blood completely thinned out, and its descended will look completely like humans, but that does not condition it's mated with pure blood humans, if it continues to procreate with the half-bloods then it will be difficult to make its Orcs bloodline thin enough to be not visible.
I shook my head of useless thoughts, as they are wondering where they shouldn’t be, especially when I am on the verge of making a move on the Orcs.
With the Seventh tower being made, my range has increased a little, but it is still not enough to launch and sneak attack on them, I will have to go closer to them a little more.
I again started moving closer to them quietly and stopped at the fifteen meters distance from them; this is the closest I can go to them, if I get any closer I will be found out.
The trees in this area are a little thin. If it were a little deeper in the forest, the trees would have been thick, and I would have been able to move a lot more closer.
Sup Sup Sup…
I adjusted my breathing to calm my excited heartbeat and attacked the Orc with the fifteen knives, only keeping one as the shield for Emergencies.
“Watch out!”
As my knives reached near the Orcs, the leader sensed it and called out a warning, though its minions heard its warning, they were unable to act on it as the Knives were too fast.
Puch Puch Puch Clang Clang…
The knives pierced through the skulls of six Orcs without feeling any bit of resistance, the only one who could survive my attack was the leader, it was barely able to stop the five knives I had attacked me with.

After successfully defending against my attack, it looked at me, and while blue energy started to cover its body. As the blue energy completely covered its body like Aqua crystals.
“Bitch, I will torture till you beg for mercy!” It Roared and came at me with its fastest speed.
I shook my head, seeing its dumb behavior, if it had chosen to run away, then there would have been a chance that it might able to save its life, but with its idiocy of coming at me, it will surely die.
All the thirteen knives that are floating in the move at it and their power is faster than before; it got alarmed seeing so many knives coming at it with such fast speed and swung its sword to defend against them.
Clang Clang Clang Puch Puch Puch…
Its sword moved very fast, but unlike last time, it was only able to defend against the three knives while the other fifteen knives pierced through its body. Its bloodline ability is quite strong but not as strong at that of the Dwarf that I fought yesterday.
So there was obstruction of his defensive Bloodline Ability, but my knives pierced through it and killed.
Thud!
Its body fell on the ground with his eyes having emotions of unwillingness and Regret a moment before the death.
After killing the Orcs, I did not waste time and started looting them. My bounty of yesterday’s spoil and proof of the killing had been sent to the city in the morning with the bounty of the whole team.
The people that had come from the city had not only come to give the intel but also began to take the stuff. So, I just have to keep killing the Orcs one after another and send the bounty back to the city, by the time I will return I will have quite a lot of the Merit points piled up.
After taking the stuff from the Orcs, I started to remove their teeth as proof of the battle. This is the process I hate most, it's very yucky to remove the stuff, but I am still fine compared to others who have to use their own hands to remove the teeth of the Orcs.
After taking everything I could from them, I hid the bodies in bushes so the people could not track me with a trail of bodies I have left behind, Isabell and Sheila advised me to do that.
They sometimes said you killed someone ki,n, and when they saw the body of kin, they got angry and tracked you with the burning thrusts for revenge. Though this does not happen often, it happened, and it has happened with both Isabell and Sheila.
So, whenever I kill an Orc, I hide its body in perfect hiding place around, if there isn’t any then I leave them on the ground, if some fucker wants some revenge then it track my trail and come at me, I’ll also send it the same place where I had sent the one for who it came seeking the revenge for.

A World Forgotten
***This story will contain lite-litrpg elements, mainly character pages and a town page. There will also be settlement building and adventuring, missteps and achievements. But one thing it definitely won’t have is a harem. Nor will it have an overpowered MC. Contains mild cursing.*** ***feel free to critique my writing and offer input. This is my first venture into writing. I've always enjoyed litrpg/gamelit books. I feel like I write how I talk, so it may be a little different. You won't hurt my feelings if you see something wrong or out of place! *** ***What follows is a condensed part of chapter 1. Enjoy!*** Drew Cooper is thrust into a new, unfamiliar world. Waking up in his sweats and t-shirt near what seems to be a forgotten path through some woods, he struggles coming to terms that he's no longer in his apartment. As he tries to cope with his new reality, he hears a horse coming down the path. He hides behind a nearby tree dreading what may happen next. As the horse approaches, he sees a man walking next to it. The horse is burdened with packs and gear. When the man nears, Drew nearly panics. He has a large sword strapped to his waist, obviously a fighter. He continues to hide as the man slowly passes only for the man to stop a dozen meters past his hiding spot. "You may as well come out, ya know. You weren't as well hidden as you thought," the man stated matter-of-factly, letting the horse’s reins go and putting his hand on the hilt of his sword. Slowly and scared for his life, Drew raised up and walked from behind the tree. "I-I'm sorry. I wasn't planning on attacking you. I-I don't know where I am. I heard your horse and hid. I didn't know what you'd do if you saw me. I'm sorry," he nervously blurted out. A minute passed. Then two. The man seemed interested with Drew and stepped closer, eyes squinting as if trying to see something. "What's that on your shirt? Is that. What is that? Is that, Pac-man?" The man was visibly shaken while pointing at me. Looking down at his t-shirt nervously, "Yea. Yea. I woke up here a few hours ago I think. 3 maybe 4 hours. I’ve just been sitting here. Where am I? What's going on?" Drew asked. "That's not important right now," the man replied. " What's important is where you're from. What year is it?" "What year? April something 2020. Why? What's going on?" Drew continued now worried. The man was taken aback. After a few moments, he seemed to calm himself some. The man sighed and looked at Drew in earnest. "Well, I've got good news and bad news for ya. Bad news is you're not on Earth anymore. Good news is you happened to run into me and not someone else. You’re either really lucky, or it’s fate we met in these woods, and I don’t believe in luck." The man continued to walk towards Drew while talking and put out his hand. "I'm John Mitchell from St. Louis or thereabouts. You’ve got nothing to be scared of by me. Walk with me and let’s talk."
