After taking a few minutes of rest, I was about to start with the refinement of the second part of the materials when an idea came to my mind, and I walked into the tiny stream.

As I completely submerged myself into it, I felt this cold refreshing water spreading inside me, calming every cell of my body, which had just gone through the battle of hot and cold.

In the practice of Body Refining, there is a suggestion that for the best result, one should not continue to refine the body constantly even if they have sufficient vitality to do it.

During the constant body refining, the cell of the body is under constant strain. Through the Refining, all the injuries I've suffered do get healed by the Vitality; I could feel my cells are still strained despite them being completely healed.

I know all these, but there is nothing I could do, there is always a time limit whenever I practice, so even if I want to take an hour of rest during each refining session, I could not, I could only swallow this slight disadvantage for the faster progress.

But here in this cave, I will not have to as this Miraculous water is a calming body like a never before, staying just a few minutes inside it made me feel like I've taken a whole night of rest.

My cells, which had started to strain, had not only turned normal, but they have also become even more relaxed than before, which will surely help in the refinement of my body.

This Water is amazing, the water affinity provided by my Nymph Bloodline started to get charge under it, I am sure if I had any water type techniques here I and I had practiced them while submerging in the water, my progress would have been three times that of normal.

I stayed in the stream for five minutes, I wanted to stay there more, but I knew I could not, so I steeled myself to walk out of the stream.

As I walked out of the stream, I did not waste any time and started refining my body with the second material. I had placed a target on myself that I wanted to go through the High Stage of Refining today, and for that, I have to be faster.

Gasp!

The process had started again and just as the hot and cold energy clashed and medicinal energy began to spread through my body, I notice a shocking thing that made my frozen body gasp as I had not expected, something like this would happen,

The cell of mine is not producing even a tiny bit of resistance when medicinal energy is drilled into them. Normally cells are not this responsive when fusing with the medicinal energy.

To cell's even of medicinal energy is good for them, it is foreign energy, and they have an instinctive repulsion toward them, to pass that repulsion the refining method had the way of forcefully fusing the medicinal energy into then but now as long as medicinal energy touched my cell, it would be fused with it.

I had an inkling why this is happening, but I did not dare to be sure, so I continued concentrating on the cell before I spotted thin near-invisible energy that was lingering around my cell. This energy is giving me the same feeling as the water in the stream.

I had kind of guessed it, but I am still shocked seeing it as I can guess how important this water would be for body refiners. Not only will it relax their body for body refining, but it would help the suck their cells lower their natural defenses, which would help but help merge more energy in their cells than the normal.

With this time of my Body, Refining would shorten automatically, and if I pushed myself a little more with a circulation of Blazing Fire energy, then I will be able to lower even more time.

With that thought, I steeled myself and added one load of Blazing Fire Energy after another in my circulation till they became six, it is very very difficult to circulate the six loads of Blazing Fire Energy, especially when they are their first stage of refining but I have no choice. If I want to shorten the time of refining further, then I would have had to do that.

So, I bore the pressure and did not care about where I am bleeding from and continue, and finally, after what it feels like an hour, the session of refining was finally over, and I again filled my body brimming with power.

"Twenty Five Minutes."

The first thing I did was to check the watch that I had placed in front of me and was shocked to find out that I had only twenty-five minutes passed, which is fifteen minutes less than the first session.

I had expected the time of refining would lessen considerably, but most I had expected it would take ten minutes but when I looked at fifteen minutes, my heartbeat couldn't help but beat faster as I am sure that as long as Orc Blood and half-vampire did not enter the cave before evening, there is nothing that will stop me from refining body at High stage.

And as I refine my body more, the time of refinement will lessen further as not I will push myself higher again, but my body will get stronger with every session, which will also automatically reduce the time.

The first thing I did was dip myself in the stream for another five minutes as, at the end of the session, the energy covering my cells had disappeared; I will have to deep in the stream again to get more energy.

Time passed by, and such three hours had passed since I had started practicing, and in these three hours, I had refined my body with the nine parts of High Stage body refining materials.

I have just come out to stream after ten minutes dipping there as if I had laid in-stream instead of five because now I am going to refine my body with two parts of body refining material. It is very dangerous, but I have confidence that I could do it.

Without wasting any time, I gulped the solution and man it was, a complete hell. It had nearly broken my mind as I had to circulate eleven loads of Blazing fire energy, which mind hammering.

Still, I took the risk again and again and finally managed to refine my body with a High stage of Level 2 in record time, not only I have also refined shit laid of Blazing Fire Energy inside it.

Now my body is comparable to the strongest Elite Baron Orc which means I have the power to fight normal viscount just with the power of my body and win against it.

The amount of Physical Strength I am feeling is really amazing and the thing is I have not refined my body in the whole 2nd level yet; there is still Peak Stage remaining.

I can't imagine the physical strength of my body would be after I completely refined my body with Level 2 of Arctic Snow Method; just thinking about it made a shudder of excitement run through my body.
