《A Wish Beyond Chaos》Two Announcements

I'll be straight up with you all. Things have not worked out as I had expected.
Originally, I started uploading this novel here for feedback and reader interaction. While there was some, and I'm very grateful to everyone who commented, it mostly felt like I was throwing my chapters into the void.
This created a situation where I enjoyed the writing but didn't like uploading it. The solution seems quite straightforward. I will stop uploading weekly chapters and instead write on my own time until the end of a volume, before publishing the entire thing at once.
It'll either be a torrent of chapters, or maybe I'll put it on Amazon or something (Not experienced in that stuff, but I always wanted the first volume of my story to be free to get more people to read it, so we'll see.). Either way I'll post something here when it's done. Early to mid-April seems like a realistic time for when you should expect Volume 1 to be finished.
Ultimately, this story is probably better read that way anyway. Singular chapters make the already slow pace feel even slower. But who knows, maybe I'll go back to weekly chapters in the future. Everything is up for debate and nothing is set in stone.
Roland's story is one I have worked on for a long time and I will finish telling it, so don't worry about that. (Especially after reading the next announcement. Like for real, I'll finish this novel no matter what! ^^)
The second announcement is that I will start uploading another webnovel sometime in the coming weeks. I feel that writing only one story for a long time will limit my abilities and create bad habits. Because of this my next story will be a fast paced, action-filled LitRPG with short daily chapters.

As you can see it's about as different from "A Wish Beyond Chaos" as you can get.
I have collected ideas and dealt with all the Experience, Attributes and Skill stuff I will need for the story in the last two weeks. And this weekend I even wrote the first few chapters. It was quite the blast to be honest. Writing fast paced storylines feels new and interesting, and I definitely think my overall writing will improve due this project.
The story is one I roughly came up with a few years ago when I was into all the Korean LitRPGs ("Omniscient Reader", "Seoul's Station Necromancer", "Everyone else is a Returnee" and all those others). It's not as complex as "A Wish Beyond Chaos", but not like many plots have been revealed in there so you won't be able to do anything with that comparison.
It'll be more of a junk food novel but still very fun, maybe even more so than this novel for many of you. After all, Royal Road is the center of LitRPGs.
I want to thank everyone who has followed/commented/rated and all that for their support. Hopefully nobody considers these announcements to be bad news, they are meant to be entirely positive. My love for writing has only increased in the last few weeks, so one way or another you'll see more of me on here.
TLDR: No more weekly chapters for "A Wish Beyond Chaos", instead you'll get the rest of Volume 1 sometime in April. Either through a mass upload or Amazon.
During the coming weeks I'll start a new series with faster pace, a lot more action, shorter chapter, and daily uploads. Look forward to it.

My Life is Not a Manga, or maybe...
Xavier had a happy, humdrum life: normal friendships, a normal girlfriend, a somewhat oddball family. Until, that is, he literally stumbled through the fourth wall and discovered he was the protagonist of a manga. Now he's scrambling to maintain any semblance of control over his own life in the face of something he never imagined he would need to contend with: the power of the Genre. Hello, E.O. Tenkey here; thank you for your interest in "Not A Manga"! This was my first serial novel, and I hope you enjoy Xavier's predicament! Familiarity with manga not required (though it can't hurt)! I look forward to exploring the bounds of the Genre with you. (First volume is rated PG-13 for comic mayhem and light profanity—these are high school students, after all. Second volume is rated PG-13 to R for some violence and similar levels of profanity. Tags may or may not contain spoilers.)

Champions of the Boundary
In reality, there exists a realm between reality and fantasy, where all maner of magical creatures exist, and the warriors summoned as they died in reality fight against the forces of a powerful being known only as the Shadow of Life. Here, they live in a world with experience and Levels, Classes and Skills, and they fight against monsters, training for years just to achieve a Level that can allow them to make a small difference. Yet even with this training, it is not enough. The Crystal Adventurers are forced to retreat further and further every year as the Shadow of Life's monsters grow stronger and more numerous, destroying cities at an increasing rate. If the city of Maelnor falls, then it will be less than a year before nearly all of the Crystal Adventurers are wiped out, both those brought to the realm upon death, and those born and raised there. Legends tell of a prophecy that describes a team led by the legendary child of the prophecy, a child whose destiny is not to end the Shadow of Life, but to act as a harbinger, one whose very existence will turn the tides of war, one who must meet three seemingly impossible or currently unheard of criteria before the tides truly change. This is the tale of Team Noruva, which consists of a quiet, yet wise healer, a silent, but thoughtful rogue, a knight with an iron will, a wolf beastborn who gained access to the System, and their leader, who ignores the impossible and does whatever he wants, because why the hell not? This is the tale of their adventures and daily lives, their ups and downs, their struggles, successes, and losses. **REGARDING PoV'S*** There will be 5 total PoV's in this story. However, four of them will take several dozen chapters (beginning Chapter 73) to start happening, with the first two "Books" focusing just on Zack, which is why there's the Multiple PoV's tag on here, even though only one's around at first.
