Title: The False Wish Giver

After Tanya has said her wish, a glowing halo appear above her head for a few moment, then disappear as quickly as it came, but the knowledge that she had desire has already enter her head. However after she had readed the information that she needed at the moment, she made a extremely trouble face and said.

“I don't what to say... but this power is great and not great at the same time.” she said in a awkward voice.

“Yea no kidding, when I wish for a wish granting power, this is not what I had in mind. But not far from it either... but still..” her second personality is also puzzle by the knowledge she had obtain for her ability to make wishes.

Her wish power is call [The Dark Wish Maker] that allow her to make a wish that she had said with full intention of it being granted to herself. However it is not such a great wish that it will lead other to believe because the price for using this wish is quite high.

The reason for this is because to make a wish, they need to kill someone and devour their soul as the price to obtaining a wish that they wanted to be granted. However there are many more limitation, like after 24 hours, the soul that they had devour will cease to exist and can't be brought back anymore. Also she could not make any wish that can affect others directly, like if she were to wish for someone to be heal, then the wish would not be activated, however if she was to make a part of her body or object as the medium to heal then it would work.

However it is not permanent if it's something that is not attach to her body, it would only last for a day before the effects of her medium was to disappear, because the energy that is causing the effects would be depleted within a day. So to keep a wish that she made to remain in something like an object, she must come in contact with the object that is the medium again each time. There is also the fact that she could only make a single wish each time she kill someone and if she want to make another wish at the same date then she have to kill double the number each time. So there is not any limit to how much wish she could make each day, but just the number of her killing spree will have to increase at an exponential rate. And she could not resurrect nor return those people that she has killed, because their very soul is erase by her, so there is nothing that can bring them back after she had kill them.

She could also kill directly or indirectly to obtain souls for her to make wishes. Also her power to make wishes can't be use to make vague wishes of overwhelming portion. For example, Resurrection, Immortality, World Destruction, Reality Bending, Invincibility, Absolute Powers, Etc. all these things are things that she could not wish for, however if she want a specific thing that are not vaguely describe like money, powers, abilities, and fame. She can do it, But even then there is natural limitations like you could not wish for something that does not make sense like a Infinite dollar was to just fall out of the sky. Since there is no Infinite dollar made in the world. So you could not wish for something that did not already exist if it is an item and something that you have no understanding over if it is a ability. Any influence on others and fame that you originally did not have dissipate over time if the user never try to keep those thing then the wish would be undone.

However, there is a few more, but it does not need a long explanation, so it can put into 10 power points.

The Wish you can grant are only limited to yourself and have no affect on other people.

To Make a wish you must sacrifice the Soul Essence of another person for every wish you make.

You can't make wishes that affect a scope beyond yourself or defile the natural laws that govern this world concepts like life and death, destiny and creation.

Your wishes that pertain to object will only last for day.

Once you make a wish after a day, it can't be return and will be use up.

You can make a Single a day, unless you sacrifice twice the amount of souls for each wish.

After a day, the soul you sacrifice to make your wish, will no longer exist.

The Souls that you harvest from your wish, must be obtain directly or indirectly by yourself.

You need to sacrifice 10,000 souls if you were going to change yourself from being a human.

Your wishes is limited by the scope of your imagination and its intended effects. Once the intended effects are set, it can no longer be change unless it is change by another wish within the same day.

So that is about it for her wishing ability, which is strong, yet not at the same time, but she guess it is only fair. Since if she could truly grant what ever wish that she desire, then what is there to stop a guy that wish for world destruction? If he said the same wish to Enigma X, So the limitation put on her wish was only a natural occurrence.

However that is not the reason that she has all these limitation. And also probably all the X-User in the world are in the same situation as she is in, because they have not kill enough humans or X-User to evolve their wish and erase the limitation that are place upon them.

Since all new X-User made by Enigma X will have 10 limitation place on them and once their wish evolve after they fulfill their evolutionary requirement. The limitation will also begin to disappear until their wish becomes perfect like how they have desire it to. But the amount of killing one needs to do in order to get that far is unbelievable.

So the world that she has now enter is a much darker one that can't be compare to before. Since everyone is going all out to kill each other in order to fulfill their wish that they had always desired. Which make it so that there is no one that can be trusted in the X-User Community. However at the same time she felt extremely excites at the prospect of being able to fulfill her wish, because if she can reach the top then maybe she could bring back those that had been lost.

Like the family member that she once isn't going to let die no matter what, is going to comeback alive if she kill enough to evolve her wish into a higher one. Until she could be rid of all these limitation on her powers and bring back everyone that is dear to her that had been lost. Even if the world hates her existence. She only need to follow Hitler advice on how to change the world.

Which is ironic because Hitler committed genocide and now she need to commit genocide for her wish to become greater and stronger then ever before until all her wishes can be granted by her. Since the amount of people she need to sacrifice in order to make her wish come true forever is over 10 million people. And that is just the beginning since a higher wish will cost billions of people lives.

So yea. This power is great yet not great at the same time.... though mostly on the genocide part and not anything else, since committing genocide of such a scale would be kind of difficult even for her. Since it took Hitler's years to kill millions with the strongest army, what makes it possible for her to kill that many at once in a short time and not go unnoticed by others X-Users?

This is why she felt that her power is something amazing yet not amazing at the same time. However all these matters could be dealt with in due time. Since she have a idea of how to bring it into fruition. But it would need quite a bit of preparation before she can start.

So in the mean time she will do something else instead. That is to learn how to use her Soul Weapon and Gear, because to her surprise she has three each in total. Which exceed the common amount of what a normal X-User would have that is normally only one soul weapon or gear.

However she was reminded of the time, when she heard Enigma X saying that she had three souls inside of her. So she thought it was because of that, that she had ended up with three times the number of souls weapon and gears that other people had. Not only that, with her soul weapons and gears use all at the same time, her physical power would skyrocket to over tens of million of times and not to mention all the ability that her soul weapons and gear has. So their should not be many beings in this world that can fight her before and now. Though she would not make such a bet immediately because she had just recently enter the world of the X-User, so she could not possibly guess the actual power that all X-User have. But she could definitely say that she is the strongest in this normal world of ordinary humans, if she exclude the X-User existence. Since if many had their wishes granted by Enigma X, who is to say that she is the only special exception?

There maybe people that goes far beyond her power to content with, so she should not be to arrogant or otherwise, she might fall into the traps of others.

“Let's see.. if this information that my wish had granted to me is true, then even if I kill this guy, it won't amount to much... no wait... didn't I kill that bastard a moment ago and if I kill this guy as well then it would allow me to make another wish, but only after today... well, I was planning to feed him to mother a moment ago.. but who knew that they were both X-Users, if I knew this beforehand I would not have destroy them so quickly, but safety is first compare to information gathering, which isn't my forte and I can't guarantee how the battle would have turn out if it was to be drag out any longer then before. Since I still lack too much experience and knowledge about the X-User world.” she said to console her depressed mood of not seeing her evil mother face, as she realize that what she is eating was human flesh and what she is drinking is human blood mix with semen, rat and mice dung.

Ohhhh!!!... to bad. She kill her far to quickly before she got to that point. Well, she was also very anger by what her evil mother had said and she was building up too much rage either way, so she kill her and her father out of pure anger in a flash of a moment. Though destroying them completely, with not a trace of their existence was quite satisfying, so she was happy about that at least.

Wait... if she was to kill this guy... how was she going to deal with the others that going to come after her? Since this is just a goon of that mob boss that her parents had borrow money from, so killing him now will do her no good, if she could not catch the rest in the net then it would be a never ending problem... no, wait a minute, there is no need to worry about this guy.

Since what she need is already on him. However she does not want to reach in there to get it... no she does not even want to touch it now to be exact. Since even she does not want to reach into the places where there are the worst of nightmares inside of homes fill with insects and rottens running around to just get a phone.

so she grab a pencil from her book bag then threw it into his head to instantly kill him then got more rope that she was planning to tie her parents remains. And threw it around his neck. To pull him out of the kitchen cabinet and on to the dirty kitchen floor. Which gotten more dirty and got a trashcan from the outside to stuff him in and seal the lid tightly with her Ki. Then grab another trashcan for cleaning all that filth left over in her apartment.

Then she got back upstairs in her apartment to take another shower in order to cleanse herself of filth. Since she really hate getting dirty with dung and blood. Then got her dish washing uniform ready for her work at the night bar. She also thoroughly clean the apartment before that to fill up her remaining time in the process, because she could no longer stand living in such terrible conditions any longer. The only reason she allow her temporary home to be this dirty is because her parents always made it dirty and will actually beat her for cleaning it.

However with them dead, she could finally start the make over in her apartment that she desire, but first there are several unfinished business that she needed to attend to.

(Finally it is time to get to work at the Loverspalace, I hope manager will be here today, because if we do extra well, she might pay us a bonus!) her second personality thought, while Tanya just nodded to what her second personality thought. Since she is also quite fond of the manager that she had work for, for all these years after her older brother died.

The Manager also took care of Tanya, when she had once ran away from home after the death of her twin sister to die in the streets, so she could join her in heaven, but the manager save her and gave her new hope to live with and also gave her the left over that wasn't eaten yet as a gift. So Tanya had the chance to eat delicacy from her and she also taught Tanya how to cook as well. So Tanya consider her the same as a family member and a mother at a same time, while her second personality think of her as something that is fun to be around with. There is also the fact that it was she who introduce her to master that gave her the power to protect herself and others that she like from harm. In fact she is so fond of her manager that she once put quite a bit of Ki in the lucky charm that she gave her manager on every Christmas eve.

This was to help alarm Tanya and protect her if something was to happen. Which happen on multiple occasion due to her customers unappropriated behavior. Though most of the time is a false alarm, because her manager is a acquaintance of her master and she is not weaker then him at all. Instead one can say that she is more powerful compare to her master by a large margin. But to fair, her master is more of a skill type then a power type martial artist, so she only greatly surpass him in brute strength technique and he greatly surpass her in the skill department to the point that. Her master can overwhelm her due to the great difference in skill. But with Tanya is different, with her surface personality she can't ever hope to win against her fairly.

If she did not get this insane power boost for becoming an X-User and having multiple soul Gear that boost her base strength by over a thousand times, she is not someone that can be reckon with, no less be defeated even by the current her with her new found combat prowess. If it came to a straight on fight, she would either need to let her second personality take over, or fight to the death with her and Tanya most likely will end up dying in the end. Even at this time she is afraid of her, because her butt spankings are on the level of being call a Legendary skill and can even make macho men cry like babies.

(Ah.... I don't want to be spank by her again, so I should get going....)

She shiver at the thought of her legendary spanking technique that had reach the realm of gods. And can make all mortal tremble in fear of that spanking hand. Even her Ki defense can't block out her legendary spanking prowess. That just shows how godly her spankings are. She better get going or else she will have to withstand 10 spanking for each time that she is late and she is not ready to stand for three week straight because her buttocks hurt so much from her spanking that she can't sit.

She took the newly gain X-Phone that was in her book bag and her needed items on hand. Then Stomp her foot on the floor once to infuse her Ki into the structure of her apartment, so in case of an intruder that decided to go look for her. They would not be able to pick or break the front door and windows. This was insurance in case those Mob member decided to look for their missing member that she had kill and she does not want to clean up another mess that someone else cause.

Since that is too much wasted effort. So she reinforce her apartment with so much KI that even if someone try to use a siege weapon to break her front doors. It would not even scratch it, unless they use something like a ballistic missile. Which she highly doubt, since when have someone ever been so stupid enough to use a ballistic missile in order to break the front door of an apartment?

Then she left for work in a hurry, because she does not want to be punish by her boss.

However, because she was in such a hurry that she did not take notice of the strange movement in the shadows.....
