Previous attempts at a complete story never really worked out. Either I never got past the first few chapters, or worse, I wrote thousands upon thousands of words, and the story never came together enough to call it finished.

This might be my first story that has a beginning, a middle, and an end. It was written in a two-week burst back in 2021, and I promised myself I'd get around to polishing it up, and pushing publish.

Several months later and I'd all but forgotten about it.

What you've read, skimmed, or skipped over is rather unpolished, in need of a better editor, but I'm still quite happy with how things came together. I hope you enjoyed the ride too.
