《(Dropped)The God Of Apocalypse》Chapter 14 Siege Part 3

So apparently BO-2 and BO-3 was completely annihilated. The Insurgency had then flanked BO-4, BO-5 and the rest of the security forces from behind. They are on their last ropes right now with only 5 people alive. One of them being a soldier from BO-5. BO-1 has only taken one casualty but now that most of the main force has been taken out, it is likely that BO-1 will start to feel the pressure for real.
Also a SCP escaped in the midst of fighting according to the soldier. It had attacked the Insurgency troops that let it out and then proceeded to mow the insurgency frontline into body parts and blood. Some kind of bipedal predator SCP. Sadly I could not get any more information of the guy as he probably got shot since he stopped talking.
Well this Site is a lost cause unless I want to bring my full powers on display. Which I don't. I decided I would move towards the Site directors room and get the hell out of here with my boys. P-3 as well but only because I'm a nice guy. There are only two problems with this, a bunch of Insurgency troops are blocking the way. Also the girl will probably follow me with the troops. Which will be inconvenient but also helpful since she can fight.
I will need to ask her what her goal is going to be if she can't find the energies origin. Which is probably me. Well that's for later since we actually have to get out of here first.
I grabbed my gun that I had put on my back and put my finger near the trigger. I was on the left side of a door that was closed. I checked the belt seeing a flashbang. I looked at the girl and said

"When I say "go" you will open the door. Alright?"
"Sure."
"Let's hope this flashbang works" I muttered under my breath.
"GO!"
The door opened with a sizzle and I quickly threw the flashbang inside. Suprised voices came from the other side of the door. A bang was heard and I charged in guns blazing.
What I saw when I entered was 12 Insurgency troops tending the injured on their side. Most were dazed and a couple had dropped their weapons. I took to one knee with my weapon on my shoulder to reduce recoil and increase accuracy.
Truth be told I didn't need to do that. I had more than enough strenght to hold the gun with one arm. However accuracy was something I couldn't change. Meaning that it was indeed better for me to do the standard pose for firing. While my senses did increase accuracy it's only so much they can do. One thing that helped was that I saw everything in slow motion. The Insurgency soldiers looked like they were standing in glue while I could see their reaction.
I aimed at the people less affected first and started mowing the troops down. Once again they didn't stand a chance. Bullets went through them making blood flow freely out of their wounds. They all fell down on the ground in the end. A injured had picked up a pistol and had tried to shoot me. The girl however had strangled him to death before he could do anything. I nodded in thanks to the girl even if the pistol wouldn't have done anything it's the thought that counts.
I looked over the massacre and checked in with BO-1. They were still holding strong. We weren't that far from them but if I just went straight ahead I would probably meet the bulk of the force. I didn't need that right now. I looked around and found a vent. That can probably take me closer to my boys while avoiding the main force. I looked back at the girl and she nodded as she had seen where I was looking.

Taking away the vents metal square I crawled my way inside. It was... Well cramped for me. I was tall but also slender so I had something going for me. Not that I didn't have any muscles however. My height in this new body was around 6.5 feet. Which was pretty tall.
Me and the girl were crawling inside the vent trying to go forward. Personally I felt a little awkward but I don't think the girl really cared much. Not that I could see her face but I had an alright idea on her personality since she can kill people in cold blood and not flinch. Well when there is blood involved then it's a whole other question. I don't really get how you can kill people so easily and without care but then be scared by blood. Bit weird if you ask me.
After a bit of crawling and some swear words on my part we finally managed to find another vent opening. I pushed it open with my hand and jumped down. What greeted me was three corpses and some blood splatter on the wall. Looking more closely one guy had been bisected at the middle. His torso being a couple of meters away from his legs. The whole scene looked like it was from some SCI-FI horror flick. With flickering light and partially destroyed walls. You could hear electricity sparks from the walls where some wiring probably was cut off.
I had guess on who actually did this. Probably the rampaging SCP, seeing the claw marks on one of the soldiers chest. Not the best of fates but it was Insurgency troops so it all canceled out in my book.
The girl had been watching me inspect the bodies. I raised an eyebrow that she couldn't see and then moved towards the closest door. I had a bond with all my NPCs so I knew which door to take. Well almost, just because it feels closer you never know how the facility actually was designed. So you may as well be going further away in the end.
Opening the door I stepped in while having the girl right behind me.

In a different dimension.
An old entity opens one eye.
It slowly turns it's eye to someone that can not be seen in this dimension.
A wave of energy gushes over him.
The entity looks over to a chain.
The chain cracks slightly.
The entity smiles.

Tales of the Willful Autonomous Nanobot Generator
Due to over-engineering and poor parenting; a nanobot generator is sent into the wider universe, ready to solve any and all problems...though probably not the way that was intended, or even hoped for. This story is a first time attempt to use a literary device I came up with, where I use 4 randomly selected songs to write short stories. As such there really won't be any cohesive story thread between chapters. If this gets traction, the likelihood for reader polls to influence the next story are high.
