Kirito opened his eyes to meet a drooling Asuna dozing off above him as he was currently resting his head on her lap. Looking at her cute and innocent expression, it was hard to imagine the same girl actually being a demanding ‘sex beast’ that he was having his way with just hours ago...

The afternoon ‘sun’ was mostly blocked out by the shade that the World Tree had provided to the couple, creating a peaceful atmosphere around them.

“Yappari, yume nagatta...” As he extended his hand to his ‘drooling’ girl’s cheek, softly poking the oblivious girl with her index finger like he always does...

[Asuna...]

“Again, you saved me...” He let out weakly, remembering what he, no, what they went through last night as he watched his wife’s sleeping form.

“Hahahaah” he softly let out,

Kirito always founded Asuna’s sleepy moments a little bit funny, especially her drooling face when she wakes up was his favorite as she always acts so cute when she realizes that he had been watching her awkward moments just before waking up... It reminded Kirito of that day in Aincrad where they dozed off out in the open together, as it was the best season of Aincrad, Kirito decided to take that day off to relax. He never expected Asuna the Flash of all people to join him when he explained his reason for slacking off to her... Her expression when she woke up, finding him guarding her was priceless...

Even to this day, Kirito fondly remembers all their memories together vividly even though he acts like he vaguely remembers it in front of Asuna as he feels very shy about how romantic he had been...

He let out a slight chortle as he poked her cheek a second time, then a third time, at his fourth time, she stirred a little, mumbling unintelligibly as she then went on sleeping.

Kirito could have just went on ‘forever’, but before he was about to go for the fifth one, the game panel appeared with a familiar ‘ding’ before him, frightening him enough to make him scream as he hurriedly got up on his knees from reflex, screaming in suprise in the process,

“Haaaaaa!” which therefore rudely woke Asuna up from a strange dream she was having about Yui.

When she woke up, she immediately drew her famous rapier, ‘Goddess of Fury’ as she tried to find the one responsible for making her Kirito-kun scream which she then put it back to it’s holster after being relieved to spot no danger as Kirito looked just fine as he raised both his arms up, laughing awkwardly...

“Kirito-kun, Moo! Why did you make me worried?!” She slammed her feet to the ground as she reprimanded the now frightened-for-a-very-different-reason Kirito.

With the way she was glaring down at him, her hands on her hips and her legs apart as wide as her shoulders... Kirito had to admit she scared the shit out of him. Thankfully he was not her enemy... Thankfully...

“Ah... Asuna, gomen, I was just surprised, that’s all, hahaha” He finished with his trademark ‘rubbing the back’ of his head as he awkwardly laughed.

“Hmmmmm?” She stared at him with a neutral expression as she slowly got closer and closer, like a cheeta getting ready to pounce on it’s prey... Then she stopped, giving out a sweet giggle,

“Maa iii,” [I guess teasing Kirito-kun this much should be enough.]

“Surprised? About wha...” Her words were interrupted by the system alert that also appeared in front of her as she then began reading it along with Kirito.

System Notice!

As of now, Yggdrasil is the new Cardinal of Alfheim and ‘Shield of Yggdrasil’ is now lifted, granting access to the 45 private buildings and 5 public spaces.

Alfheim now is part of an unknown complex programming system that doesn’t use the smallest unit of information, bits, which is required as a building block to compute any virtual system. It is even uncertain whether any programming was made to it at all due to it’s now foreign structure in a foreign medium. Due to the lack of information, certain measures have been taken.

The gaming mechanics have been restored with major alterations due to some abnormalities in the Flavor-Texture, the changes are as follows;

— Access to Yggdrasil will be limited only to Faery Lords.

— Faeries will stay as the sole citizens of Alfheim and will gain certain additional bonuses(YAOE) while inside it’s perimeters.(Current population: 2300)

— The System command, ‘respawn’ has been disabled for monster and faery alike, death will be permanent.

— Yrd will stay as the sole currency of Alfheim.

— Monster kills will no longer have item drops, only Yrd.

— As the monsters are now acting in a different and much more complex algorithm, be careful when engaging them.

— Safe zones are disabled.

— The Well of Rebirth has been destroyed along with Yggdrasil City.

— No race changes can be initiated.

— Alne has been appointed as the new Capital of Alfheim as the only survivor city in the surface.

— Faeries will be the sole citizens of Alfheim.

— Alne will be a neutral city, no single race will have the sole rights to govern.

— The icon, ‘Age’ has been added on top of your Health Bars which will show the player’s age based on their physical appearance, having the effect, ‘Age Factor’.

— The health bar will not directly represent hit points, but player health. The healthier you are, the greener and fuller your health bar will be.

— Your Mana Points will now be affected by the ‘Age Factor’, but the Mana Bar should function the same.

— Stamina Bar has been added right above the health bar.

— You can view your whole stats by voicing “Review Stats”.

— Reproduction is now available as male and female reproductive organs have been fully installed, along with everything that comes with the body of a faery anatomically and physiologically.

— As there are about 50 million humanoid life forms in the radius of 500km, you are encouraged to produce offspring.

— Pregnant female faeries will receive permanent boost of 1% to their MP every month until their delivery, along with a temporary boost to Endurance and Health for the duration of the pregnancy.

— The skills and magic you’ve learned and the experience you’ve gained are still with you, but there may be some complications during execution due to the high gravity of this medium which should be notified to the Faery Lords immediately.

— The Faery Lords have the responsibility to look after their race, failure to do so will be a cause for their immediate removal by Yggdrasil. Only The King/Queen can overrule this authority.

— 18 additional status effects have been added to the system.

— Your inventories are now accessible and should function the same.

— Harrasment Alert has been disabled.

— Any taboo broken will be severely punished by the Protectors.

— The Protectors And the Pixies(private Pixies not included) are solely for the use of Yggdrasil.

— The players are free to govern with their laws as they wish apart from the taboos. Currently, taboos are as follows;

- Intentionally causing harm to Yggdrasil in any way, shape or form(Due to Immortal Object status effect limitations)

- Player Kill(PK)

- Divulging any information about the previous medium to the Locals.

- Harrasing the Pixies

— The Players have the sole right to govern themselves.

— The races who do not yet have their own Lord shall be required to do an election.

— The election of the Faery Lords and the governing of their race remains the same, but the Lords are free to alter the rules as they wish as long as they have the majority vote.

After reading what the script just said a few more times and looking at their status, the only thing that could escape from the mouths of the flabbergasted couple, was a baffled cry of,
