After hearing the story about the Nakayama brothers all of their rage towards Youkai got turned into sympathy but then suddenly Beta contemplates

Beta:(angry) If Youkai is mentally disturbed how is he able to get the power of a Black officer from the President-General.

Rin: He is working with the Naipoll government because Naipoll is going to launch an invasion on Ying after beating Ormont. The current president general Aiden Howell is a very sketchy and greedy person who will take anything he wants by hook or crook.

Ray:(surprised) How could you know the confidential intel inside of Central's strategic command.

Rin:(nervous) It was all my made-up theory because after the defeat at Rzeke village the Hironaka family along with their remnants of soldiers retreated towards the eastern province of Naipoll and from there they went up in the Northern province so, if Naipoll is helping the Hironaka it means they are currently planning an invasion.

Ray:(shocked) But, we already exhausted all of our resources in the battle against Ormont and if we fight even a small war there will be a massive famine in the country.

Liam: Let's ask Miss Joey because she is the only one who can help us in a situation like this as she is the top commander of West.

Ray:(cheerful) I will write her a letter to her to ask her what she knows about this upcoming invasion.

After two days a formal letter from Central came which states that the Black officer post is currently held by Colonel Miguel Warner and under no circumstance, he will be held as a prisoner. After reading the letter, Ray knows something fishy is going on in the centre but he still doubts that President General is involved in this matter because Ray always looks up to him as a role model. After checking the letter Youkai was released from the prison and suddenly after that, he rushes to Ray’s office. When he showed up at Ray’s office, he asked him

Youkai:(with a grin on his face) Now Mr War Hero, you believe that I am the Black officer Miguel Warner.

Ray:(annoyed) I still doubt because a person like you seriously can't be working in the army. You must be a robber, terrorist or something bad.

Youkai:(still grinning) For a Hero you sure talk foul.

Ray:(still annoyed) Whatever, Now get out of my office I have plenty of work unlike you.

Youkai: Okay I will be going but first tell me where is the man who I was beating that day.

Ray:(slight nervousness) He ran away while we were trying to capture you. A group of soldiers and policemen has been assigned to find him so, there's nothing more I can do to help you find him.

Youkai started coming close to Ray while laughing and suddenly stops and whispers something

Youkai:(whispers) I know what happened at Lab 888 so, there's no point in lying Mr Hero.

Ray:(while maintaining his calm) If you have no other work please leave my office, Mr Warner.

Youkai:(glares at him for a second) Sorry, I must be very tired, this duty which I was assigned is tough and tiring because of this task I have to go to jail for the first time in my life.

Ray:(shouting) GET OUT!!

Then Youkai tried to shake his hand but Ray divert his hand and refused to shake hands with him and at that point, Youkai came to know that Ray knows about his black magic ability.

Youkai:(with a creepy grin) Caught you red-handed Mr Hero.

Ray decides to run away but Youkai touches the ground and made it muddy and Ray fell to the floor below. Then Youkai asks the other officers

Youkai:(while shouting) Arrest this man he is the ring leader of the group who attacked Lab 888 in North and brutally murdered our brothers.

The soldiers hesitated but because the Black officer's words are equal to the president general’s they decided to arrest him. Edward and Liam were shortly got arrested by the Central forces present in West with Youkai. Then they took all three to Nabaris where Edward escaped with Liam immediately after being brought to the Nabaris central prison. He wasn’t able to take Ray because he was held in the Way wind castle where the top officials of the central army, Ministers and the President-general lives. When Ray first got there Tim Blackley was the first one who came into the basement with a large briefcase full of torture tools and started questioning him.

Tim:(serious) Let's get this straight. How many people came out of the experimental world?

Ray:(while laughing) Do you think a war hero like myself will sell out my people like that.

Tim:(also laughing) You are right, I must not ask you questions. What I have to do is torture you until you told me everything you knew.

Ray:(still laughing) You won't be getting a word out of me no matter how much you will torture me.

Then without wasting any time, Tim took one of his fingers and whack it with a hammer and in an instance, his finger broke and then he cut it with a knife. Ray screamed in agony but he still stood his ground by not telling him about the experimental beings and by the next day all the fingers in his hands and legs were gone along with an eye. When President-general came to see him the next day he was covered with blood his voice box got damaged because of all the screaming, he told him that it will be still good for Ray if he tells them because if His-Highness came directly to question him he will be in serious trouble. At that point Ray lost his consciousness so, he wasn’t able to answer any questions asked by President-general. Then after an hour, a person came inside and after seeing him President-general bow his head, he didn’t say anything to the president-general and went directly toward's Ray. Ray had never seen this person in his whole life so, he didn’t recognise him but then some soldiers from central started throwing water at Ray. After that Ray came back to his senses and saw the person whom the president-general refers to as Majesty or Lord and he was none other than Oliver Blackwell who was the last king of the Empire of Naipoll. When he was in charge of the country the minister of war Leighton Harris establish a coup d’état over the monarchy with the support of the other royal families and kill the whole Blackwell family and take over the country, Ray remembers him because when he was in the military school, he was taught about Blackwell family and he saw the photo of Oliver Blackwell. Then Oliver releases Ray by saying

Oliver:(gentle and calm tone) Everyone I told you to be gentle with him after all he comes from the Brut family one of the key families which supports the empire and republic by producing the most talented generals in the world.

After that, they took him out of the cellar to the grand hall and then Oliver asks him

Oliver: Wanna have a little talk with me.
