When the Knights of red shield arrive to free the Monarch from the Lord of Eflos but when they arrived, they were already too late to save the Monarch because his waist was ripped apart by Ray. The soldiers had never seen such a scene in their whole life and because of that, some started to puke. Then Ray takes his sword in his right hand and started killing the knights but got interrupted by Captain Adrastos who was considered one of the best swordsmen in the entire Ormont. He charges straight toward Ray with his sword at his max speed but Ray dodges his attack and stabs him in the back of his while he passed him. The soldiers went into a panic and started retreating but they got stopped by the riflemen unit and the one who was in charge of them was none other than Commander Theophilus. The riflemen unit point their guns at the retreating soldiers because they were retreating from the fight against the Lord of Eflos. Then after seeing the situation getting out of hand Theophilus took his sword and went straight toward Ray to challenge him into a dual. After that Ray immediately made his way through him by killing the soldiers between them and said that he is very delighted to hear that. When the match began Theophilus went on the defensive because he knew that even Adrastos couldn’t so, there’s no way he could. He was buying time for the soldiers of the artillery unit to tear their place to shreds while he was keeping Ray busy. Ray attack him with his sword but after blocking a few dozens of his hits Theophilus reached his limits and he knew that the artillery unit need at least ten more minutes to get ready. Then he blocks the hit which is coming toward his head but because of his fatigue, he couldn’t block the second one which cuts one of his arms. After that Theophilus started screaming in pain while his soldiers were running away from the area because they know this fight is a lost cause and their last hope is gone too. Then Theophilus screamed that if you retreat now the honour and glory of the knights of the red shield will be lost so, fight to the bitter end. After saying that he stands up on his feet and holds his sword in his left hand and holds the sword of Adrastos in his mouth to fight. Then he rushes at Ray with all of his power but then he saw that all the soldiers have already swarmed him and were fighting until their body is capable of fighting. After that Ray hardens all of his skin and grabs his second sword in his hand and by his last move, he takes down almost all the soldiers attacking him. Then Theophilus attack him with his sword but he cut down his second arm too because of the sword Theophilus holding in his mouth he gave Ray a small scratch. After that Theophilus sit down and started laughing and tell Ray that he can at least give him a scratch in the end and then he screamed “FIRE”. After listening to his scream, the artillery unit fired, the cannons nonstop at Ray from all directions for at least ten minutes. After that, they saw him damaged all over his body but then he started regenerating his body. After seeing this the artillery crew abandon the mission and announce to the whole capital to evacuate as soon as possible because the current military strength in the capital couldn’t defeat a monster like him. After the artillery unit retreat, General Zenium of Cobarus came and saw Ray sitting in the city centre. After seeing him Zenium said that he doesn’t want to kill him but because of what he did to their allies he will not forgive him. After listening to him Ray said that he going to kill him later so, it's good that he arrives sooner. After that General Zenium rushes toward Ray but at that moment Gary arrived and rushes towards Zenium to stop him from fighting Ray but he got interrupted by Youkai Nakayama who came to Ormont with Zenium to kill Ray. He touches the ground in front of Gary and made a wall to stop him but he instantly destroys him after that Youkai suddenly touches Gary and teleports himself and Gary into the sky. After that Gary got saved by a flying man. After that, he puts him on the ground but got attacked by Youkai’s rock bullets. The man who saved Gary got hit by the rock bullets and gets hurt because of it and fell to the ground.
