Chapter 15.5: Simple Morning
Basking under the sunlight, she peered her eyes open. The sunlight flowing through the window in her room was so dazzling, it completely revealed her sleeping posture to the curious sun. She wore nothing but her delicate nightgown adorned with pretty laces and her undergarment that was as pure as her snow white skin.
"Hmmm..."
She let a small yawn akin to a moan and closed her eyelids once more. Reaching out her thin arms, she pulled the stuffed toy that had kept her comfortable through the night. She tangled the stuffed toy between her soft thighs, and crossed her long and slender legs around it.
Coincidentally, the name of this lucky plushie is "Kansouke".
The girl's hair was tied up in a loose bun, making them seem like valuable jade deposits on top of her pillow fabric. As if she remembered something delightful, a smile appeared on her doll like face, and the helpless stuffed toy trapped in between her arms was showered with her morning kisses.
"Ahn, Kansouke....."
.........Silence fills her room for another five minutes.
"Nooo!! Don't!!"
..........Silence fills her room for yet another five minutes.
"Naaaahn~!!"
The poor Kansouke plushie was mercilessly grinded in between her thighs. Poor poor stuffed toy. Used for explicit acts of a certain pervert!
Even though her eyes were closed, she understood that she had to get up, yet not a single cell in her body wanted to do so. It would seem that whatever dream she saw before waking up was so good, she would abandon her morning duties just to see it again.
But alas, she had to get up. She have a responsibility to get up. Soon, their daily routine around the barracks would start and a single tardy behavior would surely shame her flawless record.

Neutral trade cities like Zarc is not a territorial part of the Kingdom of Agriasen. But because of the recent peace treaty, an agreement was made between these two forces. Neutral trade towns all over the central continent are part of an overly large group founded by merchants, and are known as "Merchant Cities".
Although merchant cities lacked the overwhelming might of other nations such as Agriasen, they serve as a good place for neutral trade and peace negotiations between the neighboring countries. Because most of the towns stands in between the borders, illegal refugees are often mixed in with its ever growing population. It's also mainly as a result of the town's leeway that accepts everybody regarding of their races, with or without a town pass.
By this statement alone, you could already rule out how greedy Merchants are.
In exchange for providing soldiers to protect the town, a percentage of that town's taxes was shaved off to pay the soldiers in duty, and the providing country itself. All in all, it's more of a give and take relationship and nothing else.
Roxis was stationed in Zarc after four years of hard work at the knight's academy in the capital city, Regulus. Daughter of a count she maybe, that still doesn't saved her from being treated differently.
Actually, its more on the lines of, "She's just a daughter of a Count."
In this place, there are various high ranking nobles aside from Roxis. Although her father's residence, Margueth, has a fairly large territory, it would still amount to nothing compared to the other nobles present in this barracks.
Some of the ones thrown away to such a far away town like Zarc were often regarded as "trashes of the nobility", though those with backbone still uphold to their titles. Unlike Roxis who was stationed here randomly, there are those who were purposely sent here and left to their fates.

Rising with the sun, Roxis carefully folded her bed into place. She passed a yawn over her mouth once more and headed to the bathroom connected to her tiny space.
She showers everyday at night before sleep, but it could be said that morning is where her delicacy towards herself starts.
She would start by undoing her bun, enjoying the loose waves she created through the night. Although those waves are beautiful, it's not the look that she desires. Using exquisite movements of her small fingertips, she would run a type of herb extract through her hair, giving her that smooth glossy finish that she takes pride of.
Then, careful not to get her hair wet, she would dampen a cloth, and clean her neck, her face, her armpits, and such. After finishing those delicate touches would she only brush her teeth afterwards.
Once she's done with her daily routine in the bathroom, Roxis would often struggle choosing what clothes to wear—even though her uniform consist of the same thing.
"Hmm..."
She inclined her head and rested a fist on her chin.
Her purple eyes would frequently stare at the contents of her wardrobe, unable to decide something so trivial for herself. Yes, Roxis would waste minutes, even worse an hour choosing what type of underwear should she wear for the day!
"Black laced it is."
And after putting on such an adult pantie, she hid that seductiveness inside the pleaded mini skirt approved by their knightly conduct. To top off such a delicious attire were a matching color thigh-high socks—because the perverted boy in her recent dream advised her to sport one.
She stripped her oversized nightgown overhead, exhibiting a body much more petite and slender than your average girl.
Even though she's alone in her room, Roxis deliberately covered her nude chest..... for unexplainable reasons.
Because of the lack of boobs, she forced herself to wear a childish bra!
"Guh... No matter how much I massage them, they never seem to grow."
Well, duh! You're a guy! But her brain doesn't run on these lines.
After that, she donned her uniform on, which consist of a silver breastplate above her turtle-necked short sleeve shirt. The gryphon engraved on her breastplate was the mark of her knightly oat. She then equips the two silver greaves right beside her wardrobe.
Lastly, before she leaves her room with a smile, she ties her hair up into a classic ponytail.
And that's how a regular morning from Roxiliarez Ordinuz Elseria occurs.
