"I've never felt I belonged anywhere until I met someone just like me." -Nightshade
I’ve found a problem recently. Not too long ago, I decided to go outside the town to train against some creatures in the wilderness, but every time I start fighting, I get this sudden feeling of fear, hatred, and chaos, which unfocussed me and didn’t allow me to battle. The only thing I can do is quickly assassinate my target because I don’t get the sudden stress. I waited a couple of days to see if it went away, but it was still there, so I decided to go back to Fuji and see if she could understand what was wrong with me.
“Hmm… if what you’re telling me is exact, then you are showing symptoms of PTSD, but since you have amnesia, it has to be something subconscious.” Said Fuji while looking at an advanced technology board she had on her hand.
“PTSD?”
“Yes, post-traumatic stress disorder. I’d advise you to find something to take your mind off the actual battle.”
“Like what? I can’t fucking meditate.”
“Kaiser, please, watch the profanity, there are children around here.”
“Right… sorry, Fuji. I’m just a little pissed about this; I don’t even know the reason why I get such a thing.”
“Don’t worry, we will find a way to solve this little issue.”
“Hopefully…”
“Maybe Shizuka can also help you with that.” Said Fuji.
“I don’t like relying on people for my problems… and I’m already relying on Aizawa to cure my amnesia.” I wonder what happened to my past self to mess up my brain this much.
“I understand Kaiser, but this is not something you can help yourself; you must rely on other people to cure such things.”
“Hmm… I’ll find a way.”
“Kaiser, please… listen to me and just ask Aizawa or someone else close to her.”
“Fuji, I appreciate your help, but I don’t need it.” I realized as soon as I said it that it sounded rude, but I couldn’t take the words back. She looked down in sadness for a quick second, then looked back at me and said,
“I’m just… trying to help you, Rukito.”
“… Sorry, I-”
“It’s fine. Just do what you want. I don’t care as long as your safe.”
“Are you saying that because of fear of me going into another dumb rampage or… you actually care?” She started walking away while saying,
“Both.” I decided that I had to go out and search for a way to cure my disorder one way or the other… If I can’t fight, I can’t acquire the gemstones. Screw it, I’m going to talk to this Aizawa woman and make her help me, either she likes it or not. My whole life is at risk, a man is what his memories make him be, and if I have no memories… who am I? I’m not going to this for anyone but myself, and… this girl in my necklace.
Afterward, I headed out and decided to go to the north port of South Greenterra, Green Dolphin. This robe is amazing, I wasn’t even noticed going through crowds and forests. It took me around 3 days of walking and walking to reach Green Dolphin. Very lonely days, but I can’t cry and whine now, I need to reach my destination. I walked up to the port, took off my hoodie in an alley where no one could see me, then my robe turned into a regular civilian hoodie.

Shortly after, I walked out of the alley and soon noticed that I already had some eyes on me. I walked to where the ships were to see if I could rent one, but there was a large crowd in front of the docks yelling. I soon looked up to one of the ships and noticed that a middle-aged man was holding a pixie hostage by pointing a gun at her forehead while yelling,
“These creatures mislead my family into misfortune! You all have to understand that they are not deserved of walking into human land!”
“Let her go!” Yelled someone in the crowd.
“She has done nothing wrong!”
“Kill her! Show everyone how mischievous they are!”
“Burn her alive!” Said someone else. The pixie was scared, but she was trying to maintain her cool as much as she could. I looked to the side of the pixie and noticed a young man with blue hair tied up with a rope also yelling, “Let her go you, coward! Fight me head on!”
“Be quiet boy, you have nothing to do with this! I’ve always dreamed of executing one of these bitches!” Yelled the man holding the pixie hostage. Should I help? It really has nothing to do with me… I probably shouldn’t. I started walking away, but as I did, I felt something stare at me, I looked back, and the pixie was staring straight at me. I looked back at her, and when our eyes met, she smiled. Huh? Why is she smiling at me? I suddenly got a headache and heard the words, ‘Big brother’ in my head while I started getting quick flashbacks of my past self and her. Who… who is this girl? My… little sister? But she looks nothing like the one in my necklace!
I quickly put my hood back on, making the hoodie morph back into the camouflage robe while everyone was distracted looking at what was happening in the ship.
“Yes, yes! Gather more people around, more people need to see this!” Said the person on the ship. I decided to walk around the ship, to scan for every single criminal up there… 4, 5… 8, counting the leader. I hope this gauntlet is waterproof… I swam through the opposite side of the ship where no one could see me, I climbed up the ship silently and took out the laser blade underneath my gauntlet. I First saw one right at the edge of the ship looking off for other ships, I quickly climbed up and pierced him with my laser blade right through his eye socket where it will easily reach the brain and instantly kill him without any pain.
Maybe is not right to kill these people… but if anything is stopping me from recovering my memories, I will not back off! I threw his body into the ocean. 7 remaining. I instantly remembered that there was one at the very top of the crow’s nest; the only way for me to kill him was to shoot my dagger as a ballistic knife, but for that, I must have extreme precision… thankfully I can control the blade after I shoot it. I shot the blade, and it started flying away slower than I thought, so it was easy for me to control it in mid-air right into his temple. He fell down instantly. 6 remaining. There were three at the very back of the ship where the steering wheel was. They seemed to be chatting about the next pixies they would capture. How am I going to kill three people in a row?... I threw a ballistic knife right behind them, so they all turned towards it, no longer having a vision of me and started inspecting it.

“Woah! What is this? It’s so shiny and… wow.” I quickly walked up to the one in the back, covered his mouth and stabbed him through the back of the neck pointing towards the brain. I quickly threw him away while stabbing the second one and promptly stabbing the last one before he noticed. Three left… I walked down and saw that one of them looked to the boy who was tied up in the ground. There was no way I could walk up to him without being un-noticed, so I had another idea. I shot my ballistic knife to cut the ropes that were tying the guy with blue hair. He instantly noticed. A gun appeared out of nowhere, and he froze the person’s mouth.
“This is the end of your run, criminal.” Said the guy with blue hair. I slowly walked up to the criminal and stabbed him through the heart, to then throw him off the ship. The guy with blue hair looked at me and said while pointing his gun at me,
“Who are you?!” I looked back at him, noticed his fear in his eyes, and knew that he wasn’t going to shot. I ignored him and walked off for the last remaining people.
“Hey! Don’t ignore me.” The last two were the man holding the pixie hostage, and the other was right beside him. I can’t kill him in front of all this crowd… it would attract even more attention. What should I do?... I’ve heard these people talk, maybe I can imitate their dialect and voice pitch to lure him in… would that really work? Am I capable of sounding similar? I signaled the guy with blue hair to come with me inside the cabin, leave the door open and then I said,
“Yo, Boss! Guards bout’ to be here!” Hmm… I said that better than I thought it would come out.
“I don’t think he will fall for something as simple as tha-”
“Guards?! Where?!” He rushed by himself inside the cabin without the pixie where I instantly stabbed him through his chest; I wanted him to scream for help before he died so he could catch the last remaining person’s attention so he would also run in, and he did. I stabbed the last remaining person through the temple and finished the other one off. I got their bodies and threw him into the ocean on the opposite side while saying,
“May your souls flow through this ocean in peace… and may them never feel a disturbance.” Just cause they were on my way doesn’t mean I don’t have to respect their death. “May you all be re-born as angels in the next life.” The blue haired guy rushed towards the pixie and instantly untied her, while I immediately picked up the anchor and lowered the sails before the actual guards arrived and imprisoned us. If they check my DNA, they will know I’m Rukito Nokuwa.
As we started to sail off, I heard people in the crowd saying,
“What happened?”
“Did she die?”
“Where are they going?” We all started to sail off to North Greenterra. I don’t know where the pixie and the blue-haired guy were going, but they would have to wait for me to arrive at my destination first. I quickly let go of the steering wheel, I remember that the pixie was someone I already knew once, but my memories were still kind of blurry. But before I decided to go down where she was, she quickly rushed to where I was. She ran up the stairs to where I was. She was breathing heavily, then, I said,
“You… I have a strangely familiar feeling coming from you.” She heard my voice, and as soon as she did, she jumped on top of me, hugging me extremely tight.
“BIG BROTHER! I FOUND YOU! Well… you found me, BUT STILL!” Big brother? Then I was right, she is my sister! But she is a pixie though, and she doesn’t look anything like me. “I was so scared! I’ve heard of all of those mean things you did a year ago, what happened to you?”
“That’s… your big brother?!” Exclaimed the guy with blue hair. The pixie took off my hood, morphing the robe back into a hoodie, showing my brown hair and black eyes. “Hmm? Why did you change the style? You looked good.”
“I… I’m so confused right now,” I said, “What’s your name? What’s his name?”
“You don’t remember me?... wow… that’s…”
“I woke up with amnesia so… I don’t remember anything. You must know me as Rukito Nokuwa, but my name now is Kaiser Chisei.”
“What… no… it can’t be,” Said the pixie, “It’s me, Nightshade!”
“Sorry Nightshade, I don’t remember much, but I do have a familiar feeling… especially holding you in my arms. Are you really my little sister?”
“Wait… RUKITO NOKUWA?! The devil that cause the apocalypse?!” Yelled the guy with blue hair before pointing his gun at me.
“You touch that trigger, and that will be the last thing you will touch,” I said. I really wasn’t going to kill him since apparently, he is a friend of my little sister, but it was just intimidation, so he didn’t shoot.
“No, Jinn! Don’t kill him!” Yelled Nightshade as she got in front of him.
“What do you mean? Do you know how many people he has killed?!”
“I know… but he is not a bad person!”
“Screw that! This guy has made many families suffer!” He then boldly pulled the trigger while moving Nightshade aside.

This is not transcendence, to transcend is to explore the limits of existence, to constantly grow, and lay claim to all the universe has to offer.
