"People fight stronger when they are fighting for something they care about." -Crypthonic Indigo Regiis Angelus
“Vital signals functioning…”
“Heart rate normalized…”
“Angelic ether has completely overtaken…” Thump-thump… thump-thump…thump-thump. The sound of my heartbeat was all I could hear together with the blood flowing around my body. I opened my eyes, and the first thing I saw was a man with a white beard, angel wings, and a lab coat looking at me, and then rapidly switching his gaze into something else besides me.
“Her eyes opened!” He yelled. As soon as he shouted that out, every single person in the room quickly glanced at me. I look around me and noticed that I was inside some sort of tube, filled with violet and golden dust.
“Let her out!” Yelled another scientist. The tube quickly opened, and I dropped on the floor on my knees, feeling like as if I just ran a marathon. I was tired, hungry, thirsty, and I had a huge headache, but I wasn’t sleepy. Someone quickly rushed towards me and gave me a towel to wrap myself around with, since I was naked this entire time.
“T-…thanks.” My voice was very soft and faint, I doubt that she even heard what I said. My throat was very dry.
“Someone! Give her some water!” Someone rushed to get a cup of water and quickly came back to lend it to me. I chugged the whole cup and asked for more as I tried to get up form my knees. I was struggling to stand up, but I eventually made it while shaking from the weakness I was feeling.
“Arthur! Call our king and let him know that one of the girls has awoken!”
“I’m right on it!” Girls? I looked back and noticed another similar tube with a girl that had green hair in it. Who is that? Most importantly… who am I? Are… they going to kill me?! My heart quickly started racing as I was getting more nervous. The next glass of water arrived, I carefully grabbed it, and the water quickly evaporated as soon as I made physical contact with the cup.
“W-what?”
“It’s working!” Yelled a scientist. As I kept holding the glass of water, I realized that the glass was melting in my hands. The water evaporating… it’s the glass that is heating to an extreme temperature! I turned around and realized that one of the scientists was on the phone.
“Uhm, y-your majesty?”
“I was sure I said to not bother me right now, I’m in the middle of a meeting!”
“One of the girls have awoken! Your majest-”
“What?! I’ll be right there!” As soon as the scientist that was on the phone ended the call, I heard,
“Good morning, sunshine,” behind me. No way… he was just on the phone! How did he instantly appear behind me?! As I turn my head with goosebumps all over my body, I saw this hooded man looking at me with a serious expression. He was pale, but I could only tell from his arms since he wasn’t showing much skin. He was wearing a long, black and purple trench coat hoodie. Under it, he had a white Asian-style tunic. For being a king, he sure doesn’t look like one.
“Who are you?” I asked again with my weak voice. He gently closed his eyes, sighed while getting closer, kneeled in front of me removing his hoodie and said with a genuine smile and look in his eyes,

“From now on, you and the girl behind you in the divination capsule, are my daughters.” He was a mature-looking and slender man with short, spiky yet stylish violet hair and eyes.
“D-daughters? But… I don’t remember anything. What am I?” He looked around and said,
“This is no place to talk. And as the daughter of the Indigo Regiis Angelus family, you must wear something that fits your royal title.” His genuine expression made me feel safe, so I was able to trust him. “Come, follow me.” I looked back to the other girl inside the divination capsule with concern, he noticed and said, “Don’t worry about her, she will soon wake up and join you. She is now also one of my daughters.”
“How many daughters do you have?” I asked him as we kept walking. He put his hoodie on and said,
“None, you both are the first. I’m the last royal angel remaining from the Indigo branch. The Aizawa are the other, but I am the one ruling over all the angels since the Indigo branch is the first of the two to ever be created. He looked off while showing no emotions.
“Is it rude if I…” I said with a doubtful look.
“You want to know what happened to them?”
“It’s alright, you don’t have to if you don’t want to tell me.” He sighed, looked at me and said,
“You’re my daughter now… I’ll be sure to take good care of you so we will have to build trust in each other, correct?”
“Yes.”
“Then hiding secrets it’s not a good way to start, correct?”
“Mhm.”
“I do have a son; he went missing a couple of years ago, and I’m trying to look for him.”
“Oh, so you want us to look for him?” He looked at him with a slightly surprised expression and said,
“Huh, smart girl. I like that,” he smirked and looked forward, “Yes, I want you both to look for him, his name is Daku. Daku Indigo Regiis Angelus Silvermoon.” That’s a long name.
“I would gladly help you, but do you mind telling me who I am?”
“We’re almost there.” We walked outside the building that we were in. The bright light of the sun almost blinded me. I covered the rays of light from hitting my pale face with my hand while squinting my eyes. “Let the sun give you energy, Yumi.”
“Yumi? That’s my name?”
“Yes, that was your name. I was going to give you a new one, but I thought you felt more comfortable with your old name.”
“O-old name?”
“Hey! That’s King Crypthonic!” Said an angel civilian while pointing at him. Everyone suddenly towards him and said,
“Your majesty! Good morning!” He looked back at him with a smile and said,
“Good morning, everyone. Spread the word, I will be doing an announcement at 14:00.”
“Yes, your majesty!”
“Wait, who is that woman?” Said someone while pointing at me.
“She only has a towel on!”
“Is that the new queen?!”
“I will let everyone know who she is at the announcement.” Walking under the sun felt like it gave me lots of energy, I thought it was going to get me tired instead. We soon walked inside the colossal castle that had a giant angel statue at the very top. Walked up the main stairs by the throne and went to the back where all the rooms were. We entered a room which seemed as if it was reserved for me and he said,

“Well, get comfortable. This will be your new room.”
“Ok.” He looked around, then looked at me and said,
“I’ll be right back.”
“Huh?” he suddenly disappeared in a blink of an eye, then came back a couple of minutes later.
“Here, I told the dressmaker to make a royal outfit for you,” he said while giving me a fancy white dress with purple ribbons and emblems of the Royal Angel family.
“Wow, this looks beautiful.”
“It’s infused with purified threads. It should protect you from any curse magic that might be castes on you by enemies using the diamond of souls.”
“Oh, the diamond of souls? Wait… I know what it is! Hitem, Imki, Yuem and Deis.”
“Yes, I see my scientists did a great job at uploading angel knowledge into your mind.” I quickly noticed that I could also read the angel alphabet.
“Wow, this feels weird.”
“Get dressed, I’ll be here waiting for you.”
“Ok.” I quickly got dressed, then I came back. He looked at me and said with a smile,
“You look gorgeous. Now you look like a princess.”
“Thank you! I really appreciate it.”
“Now, sit here on the sofa, I’ll explain what has happened to you.” As I went to sit down on the sofa, I slightly burned the top of it as I was laying my hand to sit down.
“Oh! Sorry!” He smiled and said,
“It’s alright, it’s not your fault. After all, this is your room now, not mine.”
“It is my fault, I apologize.” He took a deep breath and said,
“Yumi…” he started explaining all of my backstories. My cloud elf origins, my singularity, my sisters, and most importantly, my death.
“O-Ochiru?” I asked.
“Yes… the most powerful being in the whole universe.” He kept on informing me about the origins of Ochiru and he also talked about the divine gemstones.
“But… how am I still alive then?”
“I’ve always had an eye on you, Yumi. You and Misaki really caught my attention when I heard that you both manage to beat one of my best angel knights in a duel. And hearing about the Luminous blessing you got as a singularity, made me even more intrigued.”
“Hmm…”
“So, when I heard that you both died, I instantly rushed to the place. But I got the news a bit late, so I arrived at the scene one day late.”
“I see.”
“I found both of your body and Misaki’s at the scene. Picked you both up and brought you to heaven.”
“Can’t cloud elves also be reborn as angels and devils?”
“No… that’s a lie. Cloud elves can’t have a second life, only humans have that privilege since their lifespan is very short.”
“Ah, I understand.”
“Luckily, I have already found the radiation gem and half of the sun gem. With the gems and some science, I was able to revive you both as angels.” He opened his palm in front of my face and said,
“Break.” I instantly got a purple halo sideways on my head just like he did, and my wings appeared on my back.
“What did you do?”
“I broke the seal that kept you from transforming.”
“You were talking about the gems… so you’re telling me that I have half the power of the sun gem?”
“Yes, Yumi. I believed that you would be a perfect fit for it since you were blessed by Luminous himself.”
“Can I talk to him? And do you plan on getting all the gems? What about Misaki, my twin sister?”
“Woah, one question at a time. No, you cannot talk to Luminos until you get the full gem.”
“Oh, ok.”
“About getting all the gems, yes. We need to stop Ochiru before she destroys the whole universe and resets it again.”
“She can do that?”
“Yes, only if all the gems are destroyed. She has already reset the universe four times.”
“how do you know?”
“Each time a universe resets, the power of the gems keeps getting weaker and weaker by getting halved. Our studies have proven that the gems are 25% of the power they used to be, so the universe must have been reset four times.”
“Oh, I understand now.”
“And I’m afraid if it gets halved again… we might not be able to beat her.”
“So, I have 12.5% of the sun gem’s power? Since I only have half of it,”
“Correct, that’s why right now you’re having trouble controlling its power,” he said while smiling.
“Do you have a gem?”
“Patience; you asked me about Misaki, didn’t you?”
“Oh yeah! What about her?”
“I had the full radiation gem stored for her, so once she wakes up, I would love for you to explain everything to her.”
“So where is this gem? I can’t see mine.”
“In order to revive you and Misaki, we had to liquify the gems and mix them with your blood, then leave you both on the Divine Capsule for a year to recover.”
“Huh… that’s better than to have a normal gem.”
“Yes, and no.”
“Huh?”
“Anyways, Misaki should be revived soon.”
“By the way, why did my hair turn orange? And Misaki’s turn green?”
“That’s one of the side-effects of the gems. They change your hair color based on the gem that you have. That can be a problem because you can easily spot people who are hosts, (Gem users) so both devils and angels came to an agreement one year ago to manipulate humans into thinking that multi-colored hair is natural. It’s still taking effect, but eventually, it would be treated as something completely normal, so everyone will start dying their hair.”
“That’s very intelligent!”
“Thanks.”
“You planned it?” He seems like a very intelligent king.
“Yes, I did. It’s not that complicated; humans have been toyed with by angels and devils for ages.”
“I see that…” Crypthonic instantly got a call on his watch. He touched a button and a hologram appeared in front of him.
“Your majesty, the other girl has awoken.”
“Great, I’ll be right there.”

Sexy Sect Babes
“One in a billion.” Jack kept repeating the mantra in his head. “One in a billion.” That was the number the Omni-Corps liked to cite whenever someone stepped onto one trans-mat pad and then simply… never stepped off the other. “Safer than a car,” he repeated as he slogged through the snow, his mining overalls doing at least a passable job of keeping out the cold as he brushed aside a tree branch. “Safer than a plane. Or a starship. Safest form of transport in the Star League.” He slammed his fist into a nearby tree, exo-empowered strength shattering it into little more than scattered bark and kindling. “Yeah, well I never heard of a car ride stranding some prick in another dimension!” He roared, his voice echoing through the seemingly endless forest around him. Then he kept marching. He’d seen the fire off in the distance. And given all the snow around, he sincerely doubted it was natural. Which left the unnatural. Which meant people. He hoped. Because even if the trans-mat had screwed up, he doubted it had dumped him too far off the central finite curve. The fact that the air was breathable and that he could recognize the trees around him as oak told him that much. And if the dimension he was in had trees native to Earth, chances are it would have animals too. Of which humans would hopefully be no exception. “Because I’ll be damned if I spend the rest of my days talking to goddamn squirrels.” No, if there were humans on this mudball, he was going to find them. One way or another.

Triquetra: A Multi-Class Isekai or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Accept the End of the Multiverse
Triquetra: An Multi-Class Isekei Adventure I know, I know, you have heard it all before. Yes I was hit by a truck. Yes I ended up in a Fantastical World suspiciously similar to one of my favorite RPG’s. Yes I had access to cheats no one else possessed. Yes it was a world of classes and levels and magic powers. Finally, yes I was an overweight middle-aged loser failing to live up to my potential. Given my eclectic reading habits I should have been better prepared. Unfortunately I was not. Sure I could multi-class with reduced penalties, but my starting class was Scholar! No combat abilities and very limited spellcasting. My HUD interface costs mana to use, and my universal translation seemed to be outsourced to Giggle Translate. I’m supposed to be an OP MC! Not a slice-o- life struggling to survive in the wilderness. Not to mention the Arch-Magus who summoned me, mistimed everything, I arrived 300 years too late, after the fall of the Empire I was supposed to save. The surviving remnants have devolved into Murder Hobos. What’s worse is that the Great Devourer, Ancient Calamity, and Spawn from the Void Beyond Time, Space, and Sanity is now aware of a new world to plunder, a world called Dirt! (Told you this translator sucks) Warning Extra Crunchy Authorial Vebosity! Lots of infodump in the early chapters, but I learn my lesson and it does get better, eventually. I do not own the Cover image, found it on a free image site.
