Indonesia is a democratic country, the President is elected by the people, there are also the cabinet's members, also elected by the people to watch over the government. These are the politicians, they are divided into the Presidential party and the opposition party, they often in contradiction. During Alex previous life, the president, the vice, and most cabinet member, all died from the plague, so the country loose its central leadership. None of the surviving cabinet members is eligible or given the power to lead. Democracy is the best for peacetime, but in time like this, they are the worst.

Law enforcement took control. Indonesian law enforcement is divided into two big organisation, the police force and the army. The police force in charge of handling domestic threat while the army on foreign threats. There is no preparation for plague like this, finally because lack of central command and communication, each General set up their own each survival base, they become "king" in each of their own regiment.

The last but not least are the rich and powerful 9 dragons. These are the group of 9 families, who control 9 big corporations such as Tobacco, Real estate, Oil, Bank, Pharmacy, Technology, Media etc. These 9 corporation control 90% of the country economy, it could even be said that they control the government itself. Some of them even control some part of the army and police force. James Randal is the most driven man he knows, in Alex previous life, as the Randall family are the best in medical expertise compare to all the other 9 dragons family, they were in a friendly term with him. James has become the family head since he was only 25 years old. His father died from a unique bone disease 10 years ago. Since then James manages to lead the family into a prominence, despite the threat of many wolves inside and outside the family.

The Randal family expert in medical science, but for him its become such a joke, his father and his grandfather died of the same bone disease, a biologic diseases that become the family curse. Currently even with his resources, of hundred medical expert and thousands of studies the family still unable to find the cure. 5 years ago the disease also starting to affect James, What are the use of money and power if eventually human can't escape death, and his death will come early, James thinks 10 years at most, but there still no breakthrough. This is his number one goal in life. and this will be Alex way to gain favour into the 9 dragons family.

James Randal think for a little and respond

"You manage to enter unnoticed passed through my guards, despite them being an ex-special force. even in my normal condition, I doubt I can escape, never mind with this wheelchair."

Alex took out a white shiny stone and show it to James.

"This is a spirit stone, you will surprise the wonder it could give. I will give you one to let your scientist and researcher study it."

James said. "Don't play around with me.

Alex suddenly moves close to him, with such a speed James can't explain. Alex took another stone out and force it into James' mouth.

"This one is for you take this stone seriously"

"one of this stone won't be enough to cure your disease, I have plenty more, I believe you will be interested, I will find you again soon"

Alex left the other spirit stone on the table next to James. and jump out of the window. Alex quickly leaves the compound.

James wanted to call his guards to go after Alex, but he suddenly feels something changed with his body, one spirit stones enough to change a low stage into a mid-stage mortal realm.
