Lowell’s Observational Diary
(Written by Belle Zvalle)
Lowell, 3 months old
Our Little Elle shows signs of being a Spatial Magician. It might be good and bad one at the same time. I hope we could raise her properly. To inhibit her unconscious use of her magic, we used a Magic Regulator that regularly saps mana to normal levels so she can’t use her magic. The absorption also enlarges her mana veins at the same time.
Little Elle starts to speak little by little! I’m so proud that her first words are ‘Mama’. Her ‘Papa’ was so jealous, so he carried her until she cried. I gave him a big scolding afterwards. Don’t be so forceful dear~
Lowell, 5 months old
Little Elle’s now learning to speak other words. But when we’re not looking, she goes towards her father’s library and get some basic books. She may not understand it, but I’d like her to stay like that than follow my past occupation as an adventurer. She looks cute too.. Reading a book that’s placed on the floor which is almost same of her size..
Lowell, 10 months old
Little Elle starts to walk a little. She stumbles a lot, but it’s a part of learning to walk. It’s just so cute when she stumbles and tries to stand again.. After learning how to walk, she always follow me around. What a very curious daughter.. but I find it cute though..
Lowell, 1 year old
Little Elle celebrated her birthday yesterday. We invited people around the village. Seeing how beautiful my daughter is, they started to offer their sons for marriage. Most of the kids were exhausted by my overactive daughter but one kid manages to keep up with her. If I recall, it was Weiss Lear, the third son of the Blanc City’s ruling noble. Weiss and Lowell were also at the same age according to his butler. People say that they play normally, but what I see is that Weiss is being pulled by my daughter according to her whims and wishes. Stay strong, Weiss.

By the way, most of the gift given to her are dolls, but when she opened one present with a picture book, she gleefully walks around while holding it, making her stumble a lot. My daughter’s love for books doesn’t match her outgoing attitude, I think..
Lowell, 2 years old
After a that day of her first birthday, Weiss and his butler frequently visits us. Weiss plays with Little Elle normally now, but sometimes I still see Little Elle teasing Weiss. Maybe I should scold my daughter a little.
Now, she starts to eat by her self. Her way of eating ruins her beautiful image. My Little Elle, please be more graceful, for you and your mom’s sake.
Lowell, 3 years old
We started to hire a tutor for her reading and writing studies.I was against it at first, since most of children learn to read and write at the age of five to seven, but we saw Little Elle’s determination to read because she frequently looks at the language book stored in our private library. Before that, we consulted a magical doctor to check on Little Elle. What he said is: “I think because of early development of her Mana veins, it affected her mental processes, making her comprehension more developed than the children of her age. Since the main factor for harnessing Mana is the brain, it develops faster when its being frequently used.”
Maybe because I let her wear the Magic Regulator too much… It can’t be helped, I’m scared of what would happen if she use that skill unconsciously and goes outside our house again..
Lowell, 4 years old
Little Lowell’s progress is terrifying.. She could read after one month we hired her a tutor, and another month for writing. Now, her tutor consulted me that if I wanted, she could also teach her elementary magic. All Fleurs can use the Four Elemental Magic : ‘Fire’, ‘Earth’, ‘Water’, and ‘Air’. Mysterious Magics like ‘Spatial’, ‘Life’, ‘Light’, and ‘Darkness’ are still mysterious because only people with inborn talents are the only ones who could use it.

‘Spatial’ is the most mysterious because how it works is still unknown even to some spatial magic users. ‘Life’ is manipulation of living things. The only restriction for this is if the user’s race is the same as his target and if the mana of the target is higher than the user. ‘Light’ is manipulation of light. Most light-users are excellent supports because of their ability to blind opponents and make barriers for their allies. Their only weakness is night time. ‘Darkness’ is manipulation of darkness and shadows. They are exellent assassins with the ability of covert killing during the night. Their weakness is the day.
I agreed, but I asked her to only teach her three elemental magic: Water, Air, and Earth. Fire could be learn later because it’s the most exhausting and harmful elemental magic. I don’t want Little Elle overexert and hurt herself.

…..
Belle was holding a pen and jolting down something in her diary. She stopped midway and pondered.
“Hmm, what should I write..”
Bu before she could think of it, a loud bang surrounded the house, it was the sound of the door after slammed shut. A happy voice of a little girl and a man sounded afterwards.
“Mom~! We’re home!”
“Honey, we’re home!”
Now, even Little Elle inherits her father’s bad habit. I need to scold this Father and Daughter duo.. But first..
Belle closes the diary and walks toward her family. She smiled and said:
“Welcome back~!”

Tale of Family - Book 1 - WIP
The world is peaceful in 2063. Fusion reactor and Diamon battery had taken care of the energetical problem. Countries were stable. Automation was everywhere. Life wasn't hard anymore, at least not in the United States of Europe. Summer break is about to start and, finally, Zoe will turn 18 and be able to play the game, Binding Fate. A simple video game, a vrmmo, but what swam under its surface wasn't simple. Power, fame and money were but the tip of the iceberg... State: Hiatus because I've an idea for another story. Quick F.A.Q. : - Yuri/female homosexual relation? Yes.- Yaoi/male homosexual relation? Maybe.- Explicit Sexual Content? Maybe.- Full Fledged Tragedy? No. Never, ever ever.- Body Modification/Body Horror? Yes. (Note: what one person think is body horror can be acceptable for someone else. If you want to see to what length I can go, read a bit of The Other Labyrinth. However, I won't go as high as quickly in the body mod/horror, so relax.- Gore? Hell yeah! I love gore! spraying blood and viscera etc...- Torture? Hurgh... maybe? Idk. Not at the start at the very least.- Memory loss/erasing? No, or at least not permanently. I basically hate this trope because it's like taking out all the character grow from a character, destroying everything that makes them what and who they are. so no.- Overpowered protagonist? You will see mufufu...- Will characters stay relevant seeing how numerous they are? YES, MOTHERFUCKING YES, I hate when characters relevance decay over time for no good reasons ^^'- Plot Armor? First of all, a definition: "Sometimes referred to as "Script Immunity" or a "Character Shield", Plot Armor is when a main character's life and health are safeguarded by the fact that he's the one person who can't be removed from the story. Therefore, whenever Bob is in a situation where he could be killed (or at the least very seriously injured), he comes out unharmed with no logical, in-universe explanation." (courtesy of https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/PlotArmor I love you guys ^^) So now that this is said, do my characters have plot armour? No, because I always have an in-universe explanation, even if you don't know it yet ^^ Something is illogical or don't make sense? Read more, the answer is surely in the story ^u^- Balanced system? If you want to crush numbers and have a perfect equation balancing all the system, that's not the story for you. The system is more like a living being, and the rewards aren't forcibly tied to the level of the player. In fact, the system is purposely unbalanced ^^' Author's note: My goal here is to write a slow-paced story revolving around the bonds linking the characters, be them family, friends or lovers. Fight will be part of it, but I intend to build an actual interesting world before making truly large-scale battle happen, because the bigger a battle is, the larger its causes and effects are. I also aim at telling a story about how the characters actually help each other becoming stronger, more stable and happier. I particularly despise the lone MC type that becomes so powerful that every other character of the current setting become irrelevant beside being hostage targets, so this will not happen. I also like crafting, arrays, blacksmithing etc... so there may be crafting. Another thing I like is management game like sim-city or the like, so this while also appears, keeping in mind that I like MC's that make people around them stronger... For the tropers around here, a list of tropes that I like to use (note that I may not use all of them ^^) (this list will be updated as I dive deeper and deeper into our dear trope wiki.)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BodyHorror- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SealedGoodInACan- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/YouAreNotAlone- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ZombieAdvocate (In particular since I see a lot of things that aren't human as worthy to live and to live with)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/EvenEvilHasLovedOnes- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/EvenEvilHasStandards- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/HeelFaceTurn- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/CorruptTheCutie (Note: being corrupted don't mean you're a villain, only different than before.)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/DefectingForLove (Of course.)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/VillainousRescue- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/InterspeciesAdoption (For the same reasons as zombie advocate, since I love family stuff)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BrokenBird (to go with corrupt the cutie if it's a girl)Cover: "The Bard" by John Martin, 1817.
