《Subordination system》Teaching of the Sub

Laura drilled into Jason methods of leadership and charisma into his head for the past week.
During that time he interacted with Perseus and Arjuna. Their characters fit their names. Perseus was the brave and heroic type while Arjuna was silent and a bit indecisive but very diligent.
Laura focused on the leadership skill and raising everyone's charisma/ charm.
Jason learned further details of his subordination and loyalty subsystem.
The subordination specialized in controlling larger organization so he was not able to see it in its full glory but he was able to analyze people and see their talents and stats, but the loyalty sub system analyzed the person in question and gave you paths and probabilities to gain the person's loyalty.
Jason along with Perseus and Arjuna were thrown into simulations where they were in charge of armies on the battlefield and clashed against a top tier simulation system.
Unsurprisingly their leadership level at the end of the week jumped to level 5 and all 3 of them had excellent synergy with each other.
Finally the week of hell training was over and the entire class was gathered to the field they first met.
Everyone was saying their goodbyes, Lize to the mobs of animals tearfully saying goodbye, Jackson and Elizabeth to their respective mentors.
Laura pulled him aside and handed him a sealed orange packet. She explained that each mentor was allowed to give one piece of top-secret information that would best help them on their journey.
"be sure to use this info to your advantage as right now, you are competing with your friends."
And Laura after saying goodbye to Jason, Perseus, and Arjuna she left silently still in he elegant dress.
Jason was a bid melancholy, he just said goodbye to one of the greatest teachers he had ever met.
