'Dammit, what the heck is this? An ambush right in the middle of the city, not to mention, right in front of the Divine Relic Sect! Who is crazy enough to do this... do they have a death wish?' David thought in shock as sweat poured down his imaginary forehead.

'No... to do this, they must have something to rely on or else it'll just be suicide for them. That means, Luo Ren and co are in a dangerous pickle... sigh, I guess this is it, welp rest in peace former masters, it was nice knowing you guys in my short moment of life, and... wait a minute, since I'm a useless scrap piece of metal, would I be spared?' David thought shamelessly.

"Luo Rei, Rock, don't move, I'll turn myself in" Luo Ren said in a forced tone as sweat pour down his forehead. He could outrun low second tiered cultivators, but not a cultivator at Rocks level.

Rock, and the Black Tiger Gang Leader, were essential around the same strength as Luo Ru, his genius sister, except that they were much older than her, still, these two were way above Luo Rens league.

All Luo Ren wanted to do, was take the spiritual relic for a ride and help it grow stronger, but it seems that fate has other plans for him.

"No, we will both protect you, I won't allow these bullies to take you!" Luo Rei anxiously yelled, which made all the members of the Black Tiger Gang laugh hysterically.

"Did you hear that? This fatty said that she will protect Luo Ren, look at her pig face, snout piggy nose, and her multiple layers of chins!"

"Hah! Her chin has more layers than a fair maidens flap!" A fat gang member sneered.

"Her face is similar to Luo Ren, is this the rumoured spoilt princess Luo Rei? Should we make a move onto her?"

"Who cares, this fat pigs' father reign is coming to an end"

"Hohoho, imagine this pig squealing in bed, sigh, the ripe peach sure is large and bountiful hehehe" A skinny pock face cultivator said while rubbing his two hands together.

"What the heck? I rather bed Luo Ren, just look at his face! A city toppling beauty, sigh, but why does he have to be male..."

"I rather bed that core disciple, look at his large muscles, and his large hands and feet, I wonder what else would be large" A shrewd looking old female gang member that looked like a dried skeleton drooled lustfully as she gazed at Rock.

Rock overheard that and vomited inwardly, he sneered at the ugly rotten old woman before inching closer to Luo Rei.

Sensing the surrounding gang member, both Luo Ren and Rock found that there were one 3rd-tier cultivator, fifteen 2nd-tier cultivators, and around thirty 1st-tier cultivator.

"You guys all deserve to die!" Luo Rei muttered as she clenched her hands into a fist, but to the surrounding gang members, this didn't go unheard, which caused the gang members to looked down at the poor little piggy with mocking smiles, just like vicious hungry wolves before laughing out loud again.

"Little piggy piggy, come out to pla..." Just as one of the gang member was about to taunt Luo Rei, his voice crackled.

Everyone gazed at Luo Rei with insurmountable fear, because in her hands, were paper slips.

"Eh, calm down, why don't you breathe in a deep voice, you don't want to do that, do you?" The Gang Leader said in a slow, calm and steady voice, as if he was trying to soothe down a psychotic berserk lioness that'll do anything to protect her family.

"Huuumpft, it's too late for regret now, there is a special place in hell that is reserved for your whole gang!" Luo Rei screamed while pouring her weak spiritual energy into the paper slip and pointed it into the direction of the enemy.

"You bitch!" The Gang Leader roared in deep anger.

"Leader help us! aaaaaaaAAAAHHHHHH! It burns!"

'Holy shit! Is that the fabled paper talisman that I have heard about in those stories?' David eyes popped out as he felt his whole body heat up from the fiery inferno that Luo Rei has unleashed.

A rain of fire hailed out of the torn talisman like a shower of fiery arrows towards the enemy, which killed most of the 1st-tiered gang members heavily.

In numbers, the Black Tiger Gang was cut in half, the Gang leader eye's almost flew out of his socket, he deeply grieved in regret and anger.

To him, capturing Luo Ren was suppose to be an easy job, but who knew that Luo Rei, a useless fat pig, was carrying something as dangerous as a 3rd Grade Talisman, something that can injure Mortal Dragon/Phoenix cultivators if they're not careful.

'BOOOOOOOM'

Most of the buildings crumbled and burst into a fiery rubble, but luckily, they were mysteriously uninhibited, so there weren't any innocent people caught in the crossfire.

During the chaos, Luo Ren chose to stay on the bicycle, because he found out that he can use both the movement technique that everyone is seemingly after, and the ancient spiritual relic, at the same time.

Due to David wheel having insufficient speed, the combined speed of both these factors were lesser than what the movement technique would be by itself, but it caused Davids personally speed to bumped up a small notch.

Luo Ren was still fast enough to reach Luo Rei's side while on the bicycle, the way that he pedaled changed, his legs kicked sharply downwards, while he steadied his body in a weird acrobatic posed.

Luo Rei was no longer riding David while sitting, as he was now pedaling while standing up!

"Why didn't you let me turn myself in" Luo Ren said with an angry expression, though he wasn't really angry with his sister, he was just mad that she risked her life to protect him, not that he was ungrateful, he just didn't want her life to be in any danger because of him.

"Don't worry, I have more talisman on me, here take these" Luo Rei said while taking more paper slips out of her spatial ring and handed Luo Ren a whole bunch like it was candy.

Luo Ren stared at the talisman in his arms in shock.

Black Devious Beetle Armament, a middle tier third grade armour talisman which coats the user in a protective suit that can take a few hits from cultivators weaker than the middle tier of Mortal Dragon/Phoenix stage for around ten minutes.

Ravenous Chain Bind a top tier second grade binding talisman, it can bind second-tiered cultivators and lower, depending on their strength, for a certain period of time.

Harmonious Lightning Bell a low tier third grade support talisman, the bell can attract all nearby spiritual attacks from attacks that are weaker than the lower level of Mortal Dragon/Phoenix to itself for ten minutes.

Boundless Steam Barrier a low tier third grade barrier talisman can summon a barrier of spiritual steam to protect the user.

Reflective Earth Shield a middle tier third grade barrier talisman is more or so the same as the talisman before, except that it is a level stronger.

He also gained a whole bunch of 1st Grade medical pills that Luo Rei conveniently stashed away for emergencies.

"I know you don't like attack, so I gave you some of my defensive talisman, quick activate them" Luo Rei said hurriedly.

"My god, these all must be worth more than 500000 low grade spiritual stones..." Luo Ren calculated with a dumbfounded expression.

'Riiiiiiiiiiiip'

Luo Ren activated the Reflective Earth Shield talisman first, covering both him and Luo Rei.

'Stud stud stud stud'

Numerous spells and attack were summoned upon them by the spiteful gang members who suffered a huge lost, but none of them could break the protective earth shield, let alone scratch it with their own strength, though they could whittle it down until through a war of attrition and then kill them once the shield wears off, but that will take too much time.

The only one who could truly break through the Reflective Earth Shield is the gang leader of the Black Tigers.

"Good good good good, I Meng Hao have never been more humiliated until now, you bastards will meet will burn in hell for all eternity, screw capturing you, I am now truly angry!" The gang leader, called Meng Hao, grinding his teeth furiously while holding his hands into a fist.

Rock was dumbfounded, he was stuck in a trance that replayed the actions of Luo Rei, how she activated the talisman without hesitation, her chubby face frowned in anger as she burn her enemies alive.

'This was my master doing?' Rock though as he saw the burning black corpses turn to ashe, before shaking his head to wake himself up, the first thing he heard was Meng Hao angry rant.

"Not good!" Rock saw Meng Hao's fist glow white like a sword dipped in magma, his fist emitted a heat like none other, and distorted the space around it.

Rock activated his long range ability as Meng Hao charged towards the protective rocky dome that the two Luo's were hiding in.

"5 Finger Diamond Point Burst!" Rock held his right wrist with his left hands, then opened his right palm and faced it towards the enemy.

His right hands fingers tips glowed like diamonds, and after a few milliseconds, five sparkling white beams came together into one, and shot towards Meng Hao at the speed of light.

"Tsk tsk, is that all you got?" The gang leader sneered arrogantly as he effortlessly dodged the beam attack.

"You are courting death!" Meng Hao screamed.

Rock was about use the attack again, but found himself locked down by a group of tier 2 cultivators. They threw hundreds of poison needles his way, Rock could easily annihilate them, but if he turns his attention away from Luo Rei, she could die almost instantly from any casual attacks by Meng Hao.

"Black Devil Tiger Form" Meng Hao aura turned black, dark misty clouds evaporated from his body, his tiger tattoos glowed, and his eyes turned green, like a tiger, his muscles inflated, his nails grew sharp, his body hair grew out really long which spotted orange stripes.

Meng Hao transformed into a half tiger half human form that exuded an otherworldly beastly stench.

Rock was getting pinned down at every angle, and he didn't dare see what would happen if he was to get scratched even once by the poison needles.

"Ten-fold Heavenly Earth Gravity Pull!" Rock yelled as he summoned a huge gravitation pressure upon his enemies, all the needles fell flat to the ground, and the cultivators.

"AHHHH! Help us leader!"

Rock especially focused his gravitation technique onto a certain old skeleton like woman who lusted over his body, he angrily clenched his palm into a fist, and poof, the old lady who was slammed onto the ground, unable to get up as her head exploded like a squashed watermelon.

"Let me out, Rock needs help" Luo Rei was really anxious, she quickly used her own Black Devious Beetle Armament.

Luo Ren didn't think much through and activated his own.

Underneath the protection of the rocky barrier, both the Luo's donned a protective armour, their skin fully covered by a black beetle like skeleton, and their head was protected by a rhino beetle helmet.

"Quick, hide the ancient relic in your spatial ring!" Luo Ren urged

'What? I can go inside a spatial ring?' David thought optimistically, 'Maybe I can avoid dying inside'

"I'm trying but it won't work..." Luo Rei panicked.

"Damn, I forgot living things can't enter the spatial ring..." Luo Ren muttered.

"Do you have a beast pouch? Put him inside there"

"Oh?" Luo Rei was confused, but did so anyway.

'Woooooooooooosh'

David was instantly sucked inside Luo Rei's beast pouch and found himself in a 64m- squared room which had trees, dirt, mud, bushes, a pond, and many pet piggies.

'Oink oink oink oink'

'What the heck? Where am I?" David thought in despair as he felt all the pigs tongue licking him in curiosity.

Boooooooooooom!

David heard a loud booming sound outside the mysterious pet room, it sounded like the rocky barrier that were protecting his two masters, had been utterly destroyed to dust.
