《War of the gods [Forum game]》Chapter 2. Good or evil spirits?

The voices continued to whisper simultaneously, giving advice to the human. It was difficult to hear them, but he could hear clearly only those voices which he had distinguished earlier. Finally, one of the voices became stronger than others.
[Go to the road! Yes, it can be dangerous, but it is your only chance to survive!]
The man heard this words and they as if hypnotized him.
“Yes... I need to go to the road...” He repeated and then added confidently. “Yes, it can be dangerous, but this is my only chance to survive! Thus, I don't need to waste my time here! Let's go!”
Nameless strode towards the dirty road that led into the jungle, holding a sword in his arm. Now he was confident in his choice! The kind spirit – who gave the human this good advice - was on his side!
Nameless strode along the track for several minutes. All of a sudden the man stopped. Damn! What's happening with me?! Why did I believe that voice?! I don't even know who or what is behind that voice! It can even be that I'm getting mad!
The man looked around and saw jungle on both sides of the dirty road. But also I couldn't stay on the shore forever. Actually, walk along this road is the safest and the most rational option.
When the nameless remembered the other options which he had heard from the voices, he felt uneasy. Go into the jungle and throw my sword out? Is this a stupid guide“how to meet my end in the jungle”?!
Okay, let's look at the next option. Quickly climb on top of the mast in a hope to find a treasure because a seagull can find it first? WTF?! I could fall down from the mast and break my neck! Especially, if I was in a hurry!

Next option! Build a raft from the planks of the ship that underwent a shipwreck? Then tie those planks somehow? And why did I need to do this?! To experience a sea journey!!! Without food and water! Nice!
Or this option. Just dance on the shore among dead bodies and close to the hull of the battered ship?
Nameless was shocked now. Other options could lead him to a bad end. Death in the jungle, broken limbs and bones, and a dehydration on the raft.
I doubt that those voices are kind spirits. They are rather evil ones... if they are spirits at all?
But in the end I got a good advice from those voices? He thought. It seems there are good spirits among them; even some neutral ones who only wanted to have some fun.
The human imagined as he dancing among dead bodies and shook his head before resuming his walk. This road must lead to a settlement.
Frankly, the man was scared. Those voices... who are they? Or I'm just getting mad?
Nameless frowned.
After some time of walk the human saw a hill. On top stood a building that looked like some kind of temple. At least, this association appeared in his head.
The man also noticed several humans who worked nearby the temple.
What shall I do? Nameless thought and suddenly he heard the same voices in his head.
They argued with each other. Each voice wanted to be heard by the man.
At first he couldn't understand anything – and even didn't want to hear and understand - but gradually the human recognized what the spirits whispered to him.
[Go to the temple! There you find a help and a shelter.]
[Go to the temple! Those peoples definitely have food and money while you have a sword. Ask them to share with you!]
[Wild jungle is a good place for a stroll! And leave this heavy sword here. Why do you want to carry it? I don't know.]
[If those people are monks, then pretend one of them. They will share their food with you! That's easy!]
[An old building that looks like a temple? Several humans who work nearby? They are definitely cultists! They want to sacrifice you to their god! Run, man! Run!]
