《Saints Row: The World Is Yours》Chapter 3 - Blast To The Past

At Port Pryor, the Boss, Angel, and Shaundi seemingly took Matt Miller's trap as he controls their vehicle and uses it against them. He is manipulating the car's movements, threatening to run them over with it until they flinch. And while the car performs a drift towards them, they performed a roll to dodge it. Using the barricades as their cover, they used their guns to tag the vehicle that Matt is handling using the RC Processor.
"The car won't stop, what the fuck are we supposed to do?" Shaundi couldn't get a hold of her temper again.
"Just shoot the damn thing until it blows up!" The Boss couldn't come up with a concrete plan yet.
"Great idea, boss. Johnny didn't die for this." She rolled her eyes before getting out of cover.
"Shaundi, get back here!" Angel grabs Shaundi's arms to not let her go to the vehicle.
Miguel was about to get hit by the pursuing vehicle by hitting the barricade, but it stopped mysteriously. "What the fuck?"
Above a tower, Matt was struggling to get the RC Processor away from Kinzie. They are fighting over the tool, but both couldn't soar in triumph as the RC Processor was broken in half, rendering the vehicle only to drive in a circular motion. At first, the Boss and the others were too hesitant to deal with the unstable car but when they shot its tires, there's where they overcame the uncertainty.
"That's what I'm talking about." Miguel catches his breath after almost being run over by the raging car that is out of control.
"Wait... Have you guys noticed?" Shaundi finally realizes that the whole place is deserted.
"This place is a fucking ghost town." Angel also noticed it.
"Which means?" Miguel looked around Port Pryor.
"They fucking closed Port Pryor, dumbass," Shaundi called for it.
"Hey, guys, I'm here, I-" Kinzie called the gang down below, but Matt interrupted her.
"This isn't over, Kinzie Kensington. You wouldn't succeed in taking the Deckers' last stand down." Matt grunted in disgust after the RC Processor was destroyed.
Kinzie didn't answer Matt's threat, and she was left gasping from the view behind him. A STAG VTOL hovers behind the hacker, and he wasn't aware that the aircraft is about to target him. "Matt Miller, we command you to put your hands in the air."
Matt turned around to see the STAG VTOL's guns pointed at him, causing him to suspend his arms above to indicate his submission. Kinzie gets her mind unclear, confused that they weren't after her somehow, so are the Boss and the others. "Ummm... This is getting weird."
"And who the hell are you supposed to be?" Matt didn't know who the STAG officer is until he opens the VTOL's door, stepping into the tower to reveal himself as a Saint.

"Dustin Walbridge? Holy shit, I thought you wouldn't report for duty until next week." She knew who the new guy was.
"I couldn't wait to lay my hands on this one, Kinzie. So if you'll excuse me, I'll have some ass-kicking to do." Dustin is rocking on his Saints uniform after taking his STAG armor off.
"What is this? STAG joining forces with the Saints? If you can't beat them, join them, as they say." Miller smirked at the STAG enforcer, but Dustin smiled back after landing a punch in his jaw.
The Boss rushed into the top of the tower where Kinzie and Matt are, seeing Dustin wearing Saints apparel. "Whoa, whoa, whoa. What the fuck is going on here?"
"Relax, boss. We're just playing around." Dustin looked at Miguel, keeping his posture.
"Hey, who the fuck is this?" Shaundi asked Kinzie who is the guy who just sucker-punched Matt.
"Dustin Walbridge, a STAG reject. AWOL, rather. Kinda draws the line between both. Don't worry, he won't arrest us." The redheaded hacker introduced the STAG initiative enforcer to them.
"Then why the fuck is he wearing our colors?" The Boss is still left unclarified with the new member.
"That is because he decides to not fuck around with STAG before his induction as Kia's replacement," Kinzie tells them about his position in the STAG initiative.
"So he isn't sucking old Cyrus Temple's dick anymore... Good to hear that." Miguel goes near to Dustin, offering him a handshake.
"Pleasure to finally meet you, Boss." And that, he shook the Boss's hand.
"How are we so sure that you wouldn't sell us out?" Miguel wants to make sure that Dustin is a trustable subordinate.
"Fuck STAG. Who are they fooling? If a delayed salary means not getting paid, no thanks." The former enforcer opens up about the financial dispute between him and the initiative.
"Hey, Senator Hughes isn't funding them shit. What would you expect?" Miguel told him about Monica Hughes not fulfilling their monetary needs.
"Whatever, man. At least I get to have freedom here. Now, where should I sign up?" Dustin would like to become an official member of the Saints already.
"I like this kid already. Alright, Dustin. You wanna become one of us? You have to prove it. By tomorrow, bring us the shit that STAG has before you turn your back on them. Got it?" Miguel orders him to steal weapons from STAG if necessary.
"If you want me to kick Cyrus in the nuts, I would. But okay, you could count on me with that." Dustin took the offer, knowing that it would be an easy job for him.
"Alright, I guess that should make it. And since you're already here, why don't you give us a ride?" The Boss asks him to give them a lift.

"Fine, hop in." Dustin agreed by giving them a free ride to the VTOL that has extensions in it, giving seats for each member.
"You actually modified the VTOL and made it your own personal jet? Talk about pimping your ride." Miguel rode the F-69 VTOL with the rest of the crew.
"What can you say? I'd be honored to surpass Cyrus." Dustin drove them to the Headquarters, landing into its Helipad.
"We're here." The Boss went out of the plane next to Angel, Shaundi, and so on.
"Fucking finally, I might use a shower or whatsoever." Shaundi immediately entered the penthouse.
"Good job, Dustin. Now get back there before STAG catches you hanging out with us." Miguel told the enforcer to get back to work before the initiative will eye on him.
"Aye-aye, Boss." Dustin took off, returning to STAG's base of operations with his uniform on.
Miguel and the others went back to work as they go to their respective places, while Shaundi shows how aggravated she is after being held captive by the Luchadores. "Fucking hell! This sucks, Boss."
"I know, Shaundi. I know. So try to calm down while we set up a plan for a total takeover for territories in Steelport." Miguel tells her to calm herself down.
"How would I calm the fuck down?! Tell me." Shaundi couldn't get a hold of herself and her temper.
"Ay yo, what the fuck is happening here? What's with the tense shit?" Pierce comes in, seeing the Boss and Shaundi in an argument.
"Relax, alright? Boss, you used to be cool with Shaundi. Now, what happened to the both of you?" Kinzie asked how it ended up on them heated up as always.
"We don't even wanna talk about." Both Miguel and Shaundi spoke in sync.
"You guys don't want to talk about it? This is getting worse and worse all the goddamn time..." Pierce sighed from what he heard.
"Tell us what happened last night, Boss. Come on, you guys need to open up." Angel encourages them to address it.
The Boss scoffed before taking a seat beside Shaundi, finally telling them what happened after the party. "I bumped my head and boom, Shaundi was being nice and all then we... Kissed."
"Whoa, whoa, whoa. What the fuck?" Pierce snickers after hearing it, followed by Kinzie who finds it way too hilarious.
"Oh boy... The Boss has a thing for Shaundi." Angel kept a smile on his face before Miguel defends himself.
"I was drunk, okay? So is Shaundi." He implied that they were intoxicated.
"If I bumped my head while being drunk as fuck that time, I'll go with the flow. But no! The fuck is wrong with you?" She glared at the Boss sternly.
"Look, Shaundi. Let this serve as counseling or something. You're like my closest friend here next to Johnny, and we used to kick so much ass that it serves as our time bonding together." The Boss kept on explaining what the kiss meant.
"Oh, what is that? A confession or something? Damn, you sound like you're begging." Shaundi still doesn't want to accept his apology.
"No, I'm just saying sorry, that's all." The Boss points it out.
"Come on, Boss. Tell Shaundi that you care for her." Pierce is teasing Miguel, telling him to say such a thing to her.
"Man, this is childish..." Angel walked away from them.
The living room was filled with Kinzie and Pierce's chants to make fun of the Boss and Shaundi. "Boss and Shaundi, sitting on the bed, K.I.S.S.I.N.G."
"Shut. Up." Shaundi tries to stop them, but they did the chanting louder.
The Boss finally had enough of it and pointed a gun at them, threatening to shoot them with it. "If you bastards keep on doing that, you'll be joining Johnny's grave."
"Alright, alright, we'll stop. All of it wasn't necessary." Kinzie and Pierce stopped from being such teases.
Miguel sighed, looking at Shaundi before taking a deep breath. "You have a shit ton of exes, Shaundi. And I'm aware of that, but hey, remember what I said? You are still you, and your past doesn't define you." His tone became serious just to convince Shaundi.
"Now you're being too serious. Stop it, Boss. Just stop and move on, okay?" With anything he does, Shaundi just doesn't buy it.
"Alright, but please, don't let this affect you as a Saint. I'm outta here." Miguel walks away from the lounge, going back to his office.
"How's the counseling going?" Angel was in his office, waiting for him patiently.
"They don't seem to believe me, so fuck it." The Boss sat in his chair, lighting up a cigarette to ease his stress and fatigue.
"Shaundi is too hard to handle, you know that." De LaMuerte took a seat joined the Boss.
"Let's just look forward to my brother and what he is up to. Killbane's gone, and I kinda wish I didn't save her from STAG." Miguel is now getting flustered at choices he did before.
"Hey, you alright? We can set things aside for a while." Angel gets up from his seat, leaving the Boss in his own devices.
"Yeah... Let's just use the remaining time to rest." Miguel slowly fell asleep at his desk, being shot awake after a gunshot was heard around the penthouse.
"Boss! The crib's under siege by the Morningstar."
