PHASE 53 - MAGICAL IDOL TIARA-CHAN, TRANSFORM!

This is it.

I’m waiting at my dressing room, having my fellow shrine maiden Ayano handle my make up. All the Idol Club members are ready to go with this musical play.

We had chosen the convention center of Dradecim City for our concert to hold more than a thousand people. Since we already have a lot of fans around the country, we are only able to afford this kind of place due to budget constraints.

“Are you guys ready?” Miss Harie asked quietly as she looked upon our faces. She has these headphones with a mic on her head.

I nodded in response.

“Good! Now proceed to the backstage, and we will start the show.”

I made a deep breath. I slapped my cheeks. Relax, Tiara, relax. Think that this is just your ordinary concert… except that I’m going to confess to the man I love. Man, I couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed whenever the final act is about to be delivered!

This is now or never!

“Let us all welcome the Dradecim Idol Club!” The emcee shouted.

For the opening act, we Idols gave an appetizer number for our fans. We danced with smoothness, full of energy, and completely in sync. This club’s synergy is unmatched, making symmetry every time we move. Like a kaleidoscope. I honestly think we can compete against those Kpop groups that can be seen on Youtube.

I saw Rikkun at the very front and very centered seat. We arranged that special seat for him since he will be the main star of this show anyway.

His reaction is like when I first performed on the stage.

His eyes are wide, dazzling bright that are locked unto mine. His irises are telling that I’m an amazing angel. I returned his silent expression with a gaze that’s telling him to keep watching me.

Let’s go to the musical play.

The first scene is where I woke up as an ordinary teenage girl, with no special talents whatsoever. I did my daily girly routine which is checking my Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, and taking a selfie after I woke up, taking a selfie in the bathroom while brushing my teeth, taking a selfie after taking a shower, and taking a selfie during breakfast, and another one before going to school.

(Wait, I know that most girls do this, but I don’t! Who wrote this script anyway!?)

I’m just a normal girl who went to senior high school. Yes. A normal girl who has the right to love.

But for this particular day, the ordinary girl named Tiara found out the grim news. Before she was able to get out of the house, she was warned by her mother.

“Tiara! Oh, my precious Tiara! I have bad news for you.” My mother (Played by Mrs. Martha Fontaine von Noctis, since she’s my mother if we’re talking about my soul) said as she laid down with a headache.

“Oh, what is it, my mother?” I held my chest.

“Your ultimate crush has been kidnapped by a demon!” My mother said. “He… He has been kidnapped by a monster!”

“That can’t be!” I cried.

Days go on without me having able to move on. I could no longer eat, sleep, or study properly. All I can think of is my ultimate crush, where he is, what’s his condition, or is he even eating. The happy days of the simple girl named Tiara came to an end as she is now stuck in this lifeless infinite routine of being an ordinary girl.

(I sang a beautiful ballad that gave the tears of the audience.)

She can no longer take any selfie since her ultimate crush is gone. It would be meaningless if he can’t see her adorable and shameless photoshoot.

But one day, the simple girl was lost in a different place. It’s not the school, the street, or her home. It’s a vast rocky desert, with the red moon and dark skies.

And there, a monster appeared! It was a two-meter tall mechanical giant that has chainsaws on his hands! It has a bucket head that has two holes for sight, and those very holes are glaring red!

“Gyaaaaaaooooooh!!!” The monster roared.

Wait, wait, wait! This is a real Eidolon! I looked at the other side of the curtain and saw Asumi-nee closing a Gate she just projected! Did she just drag an Eidolon to this very dimension? I thought we’re going to use CGI! What’s going on!?

I looked at Rikkun, and he’s holding his watch. Even the golden cross sigils on his eyes glowed, signaling that he’s ready to help me out.

I slightly spread out my hands to him, telling him to stay down.

I got this!

Suddenly, a magical stick with a winged star on its tip went flying towards my face. It first hit my forehead, but I luckily caught the magical stick with my right hand.

“...Auuu…” I cried under my breath. I’m just lucky that the mic didn’t record that, so nobody heard it.

“With the power of love, I can defeat the evil monster!” I pointed the magical stick at the restrained Eidolon.

I spun three times with the grace and charm of a princess and made a double peace sign. My cheeks blushed as I gave out an adorable smile. Then I shouted; “Magical Tiara, Transform!”

Balls of light emerged from the floor and covered my clothes!

In an instant, the light burst out from my body, and it revealed an adorable costume for me! It’s a pink frilly dress with four fairy wings on my back and now my head is equipped with a winged white tiara!

It was the cue for the fairies (Idol Club) to come in. We had a song-and-dance number with me at the center, dancing like a beautiful butterfly and elegant like a white swan.

(I thought it’s too dangerous at the stage for my fellow idols to dance beside an Eidolon, but Asumi-nee is in check. She’s using an invisible thread spell to restrain and control the Eidolon like her own puppet.)

“Magical Idol Tiara-chan!” I shouted as soon as the dance number ended. I made a sweet and adorable pose that made all the boys and girls blush.

(Even Rikkun is fazed by my beauty! Keep it up, me!)

Suddenly, I heard some kind of thread being ripped! It was the invisible shackles that Asumi-nee used! She can’t restrain the Eidolon any longer, and now the monster is free!

“Gyaaaaaoooohhhh!!!” The monster roared.

I looked at the magical stick and sensed a fair amount of prana in it. This thing is a Weapon Gem itself! I can use this to defeat the monster!

“Begone now, evil one! Justice is here!” I shouted. “Pilica pililala popocita pepeto!!!”

I circled my magic stick up in the air as I cast a real spell! “!!!” The golden dragon followed the wave of my stick, and then it surged to the enemy as soon as I pointed towards it.

The golden dragon mercilessly swallowed the Buckethead monster as it rose up to the very center of the stage! As soon as it reached the ceiling, the dragon exploded like golden fireworks!

As the golden specks of dust went down, it changed to different rainbow colors as if they are tiny Christmas lights showering upon the people.

“Wooooow!!!” The audiences are awed with amazement. No special effects up to date can make a 4D experience such as that one.

Back to the stage, something unplanned has appeared to ruin this very event.

Clap! Clap! Clap! A silhouette applauded from the shadows.

“Good work, Magical Idol Tiara-chan!” The chilling feminine voice is quite familiar.

She slowly revealed herself as a half-beauty-half-zombie woman with long black horns and equipped with an angel white wing and a devil black wing on her back! It’s the Goddess Hel herself!

(W-What is Emily doing here!? I thought somebody from the Drama Club will be playing as my arch-nemesis evil magical girl, but we got this real goddess of death instead!)

“My name is Hell, and I’m the evil mastermind who kidnapped your prince charming! His no longer yours! He’s mine! And mine alone! I will never let you have him! You will have to step over my dead body before you can see your love! Hahahahahaha!!!” The Death Goddess have this devilish grin on her face.

Somebody is telling me that her words are serious. We’re going to fight for real again, just like during the Gate Guardians Tournament. But now we’re making the stage our battlefield.
