Kass has really been super laid back this entire time.. Until now.

Kass bends Sirius’s arm as she leans in to better intimidate him. Maybe if she beats him up bad enough, he’ll give up. This is already beginning to drone on.

Kass moves into a weird position and before Sirius can do anything, she moves around him and slashes his cheek with one of her fins. “Maelstrom-combat-style. That is the name of this style, and it was created to kill.” She says.. Oh boy.

Demi - “Kass, seriously, don’t kill him.”

She just looks at me, then sighs. “Fine.” Sirius on the other hand, is just confused, he steals himself again and tries to kick her. She moves to his left, and nearly slashes at him with her heel fin. He barely dodges it, and Kass slashes him with one of her wrist fins, right down his chest and tearing clean through his shirt, just barely missing his left suspender. “I will end you!” He shouts, as he tries to hit her in the face again. She easily dodges, and tries to slash him again. He grabs her arm, and lifts her above his head to slam her against the ground- She twists and bends herself until she slashes his back with her heel fin. Yeesh that looks bad- He screams in pain and releases her arm. She lands on the ground, and slashes his arm, then his leg, then his torso, thin cuts all across his body.

He finally stops screaming and grabs Kass’s leg, he pulls her in and nearly bites her- She slammed her elbow into her side to barely dodge his jaw. A giant tentacle bursts from the ground, and grabs Kass- Oh no you don’t! I blast it with a metal bolt, and it bursts from the stem. She shuts her eyes and screams in pain as Sirius bites into her Leg. The heel fin on her other leg fully unfolds itself, and she nearly runs him through with it. He barely dodges, but had to let go of her to do so. She opens her eyes once the pain lets down enough, and they’re completely whited out. She looks around for Sirius-

“I’M KILLING YOU FIRST!” He shouts, as massive tentacles burst from the ground. I start blasting them apart with more bearing shots, but one of them manages to slam her into the ground before I could stop it. Sirius tries to take a strike at her, but she evades and gives him another slash right up his torso. He stifled a scream as blood flowed into the water in front of him.

He grabs her once more, right before she can slash him again, and bites right into the side of her torso. “DAMMIT! Why do you bite?!” Kass shouts, just about tearing him off of her. “Because it’s the only thing that fucking works!” He yells back, as he screams in pain again- Wait- “What the- I didn’t even hit you-” She says, trying to figure out why he’s screaming further. “RRRGH- J-Just a moment- I’m stitching the cuts back together- With microscopic tentacles..” She just sits there, and watches as his wound begins to stop bleeding- “Why would I just LET you do that?!” She says, giving him the century of the question. “Ya’ just did idiot.” He stands up once again, and steals himself. “Alright, let’s do this!” He shouts, and slams his fist against his chest. Kass on the other hand, just sighs, and waits for him to approach. He stands there, and insteads waits for her.

They just stand there, waiting for the other to strike. “I’m not coming at you, you come at me.” He says, still waiting. “Fine.” Kass simply says, and swipes her hand in front of him, taking him completely by surprise.

She uses this momentum to nearly slash him with one of her wrist fins. He just about dodges, and grabs that arm with his own left arm. He pulls her in again, and slams his fist into her face- Shit, I might need to step in- He refuses to let go, grabbing her face and sinking her head into the ground. I blast him with a large bearing right to the forehead, as I grab Kass with my threads, reeling her into my abyss.

Demi - “Kass, are you alright?”

She’s really badly damaged, but she seems to have completely calmed down, her eyes aren’t even whited out anymore.

Kass - “Yeah, I’m fine. He bites real hard though, I was worried he might take a piece off of me.”

Demi - “You return home, and tell the others I need backup. You really shouldn’t have come alone like that.”

Kass - “I wasn’t alone though, I knew you wouldn’t let anything happen to me.”

Demi - “Well, I guess you have a point. Anyways, you can still move, right?”

Kass - “Definitely, I could probably keep going for another hour if I wanted to, he’s really tough. I guess I should have switched to another style. See ya’!”

And with that, she teleports away, returning to Neo genesis haven. I guess I’ll have to fight him alone, while I wait for backup. Some part of me is glad she wasn’t strong enough, if she was.. Well she might have killed Sirius. Anyways, Sirius transforms to match me in size, and strikes me with one of his tentacles before I could react-

Siri - “You know I’ll just have healed off all of that damage by the time I transform again, right? That’s the great thing about being’ a Legendary Creature, my two forms can heal independently of the other.”

He’s not lying, his Kraken form has made an almost complete recovery. He tries to strike me again, but I grab it this time- He yanks it out, finally learning from his mistakes.

Demi - “I have a few siblings who are legendary creatures. Think you might have seen them?”

He stops for a moment, then starts thinking to himself.

Demi - “Oh right, I don’t mean to be rude.. But is your dad ACTUALLY dead? One of my sister's lives is on the line.”

Siri - “Yes. He’s dead, and no, I’m not really sure if I have. Us Legendary Creatures usually forget what we’ve learned from each other quickly, unless the information is useful of course.”

Demi - “Oh. That makes sense, I guess you couldn’t remember EVERYTHING.”

Siri - “Look, I’m gettin’ tired of all this fightin’. Hows’bout ya’ let my followers go, and I don’t skin ya’ alive. After that, we don’t have ta’ see each other ever again.”

Demi - “Sorry, I wish I could, but you’re all going to jail for what you’ve done. We’ve already found proof of all that stuff you did. Even if I do leave you alone, you’ll be hunted for your crimes. Better I bring you in myself, and get the clout for it, than someone else.”

Siri - “Then I guess I really do have ta’ kill ya’.”

Lightning spreads through the water, as he backs away. I can feel it passing through me, and evaporating my water.. He’s going to evaporate me! He dashes towards me, and grabs me with his entire body again- He starts running electricity through my body, while I charge up a highly explosive bearing shot. I feel bubbles form in my body, and it’s extremely painful.. I finally fire the bearing right into his mouth, and he almost chokes on it for a moment, before backing away.

It explodes inside of him, causing his body to pulse like a balloon for a moment- Shit, was that too powerful?! He transforms back, and starts coughing up shrapnel- “I am never doing that again, holy shit…” He says, still reeling from the pain.. “Why?!” He shouts, looking at me, coughing up blood.

Demi - “What do you mean?!”

“Ya’ blew up a’ fuckin’ bomb in my stomach!” He shouts, rage starting to take over again..

Demi - “You were trying to vaporise me!”

“YOU PUT A BOMB IN MY GUT!!!” He screams at the top of his lungs, very angry about the explosive bearing. His body begins to glow again, and before long, a massive burst of electricity rips through the water, instantly evaporating everything it passes through. He fires metal bolts at me, that guide the lightning towards me and into my body. I crush them, but the electricity won’t stop- “Haha, I bet’cha never thought of this!” I try blasting them out, but it’s not working- I start moving towards him, and he looks confused. He backs away, but I disconnect from my body, and move my essence around him quickly. Once I’ve fully connected, I immediately start crushing him. “No! Not like this!” He shouts, as lightning bursts from his body, it continues to flow outwards, more and more- Wait a minute, this might actually- I disconnect, and watch as almost a fifth of my body floats away. “So this is yer’ true weakness! I bet ya’ never even imagined how bad lightning could be for ya’!” He shouts...

He begins to approach me, as I charge up a bearing shot and fire it at him. He deflects it with multiple giant tentacles, and continues walking forward. “Once I’m done with ya’, I’ll kill all of your family members, then I’ll finally-” Before he can finish, he shakes violently from a bright green lightning- It continues until he’s fully knocked out!

He falls over, and reveals Steriya having shocked him from the back. “Man, you really messed him up Demi.. What did you DO to him?” She says, a little concerned..

Demi - “The bruises are me, but Kass was the one who was cutting him up.”

She simply nods. “That makes sense, Kass was knocked out when the others found her on the teleport pad. They called me on the network, and I decided to go ahead of them, to see if I could find you.” She says, approaching me.

Demi - “I’m just glad it’s over, Sirius just wouldn’t give up.”

She looks back at him, then smiles. “You’ve got that right. I wonder why he wants to take Ryleth anyways.” She continues, keeping an eye on him.

Demi - “I’m not sure, I was talking to the prisoners. They said something about taking it back, that he was the rightful heir.”

“I don’t know about that.” She says, looking at me- A loud crash comes from Sirius’s direction… “That’s.. That’s not even its name!...” Sirius begins to stand up- “What the- You had so much energy blasting through you- You’re lucky you’re not dead!” She says, teleporting over to me.

Demi - “What are you even talking about?”

He finally raises his head to look at us, his eyes have become bloodshot. “Ryleth isn’t even the name of the city you fight for! None of you fools know the true name of that kingdom!” He shouts, as Steriya continues to try and figure out what to do.

Demi - “You can’t seriously still be trying. Listen, my siblings are already on their way here, you’re done for.”

This doesn’t seem to stop him at all though, he just continues to walk forward. “W-We’ve got Neotopia backing us, I’ve called in Demistar for assistance!” Steriya shouts, as green lightning emits from her fingers. “Don’t make me zap you again, Sirius, just come peacefully.” She continues, trying her best to get him to cooperate.

Demi - “Th-That’s right, so come on. It’s been fun, but you need to give up and serve your time.”

“First you kidnap my people.. Then you think I’m stupid enough to believe that? You’re lower than I thought.” He says, completely undeterred. “You Kidnapped a PRINCESS!” Steriya shouts back, surprisingly causing him to stop. “What? You mean Princess Stallatia? I didn’t kidnap her- Wait, she’s been kidnapped?” He says, completely confused?… “No.. You’ve gotta’ be kidding me- Are you serious?” He just looks around, even more confused. “Yes. My name is Sirius.. You said it multiple times earlier..” Steriya slaps her forehead, and walks over to him. “No, I mean the word- Are you actually saying you DIDN’T kidnap the Princess though?” You have to be kidding..

“No, not at all. I would never resort to kidnapping. Especially a Princess, I’m not evil..” He says, a little accusingly.. “We couldn’t figure out how to get you alone.. Alright? But if you’re not the one who kidnapped Princess Stallatia... Then who is?” Steriya asks, folding her arms. Sirius begins to calm himself, down to a neutral state. “It’s not really my problem, I’m still goin’ ta’ kill ya’.. Although, I am thankful for this small moment of respite, it really let me cool my head…” He says, looking away. Steriya on the other hand, realizes something-

Ster - "Demi, I've got one last resort option-"

Demi - "Well I"M out of options, and I'm almost finished here- So please, by all means."

“H-Hey, you’re a legendary creature, right?” Steriya asks, confusing him. “Yes. What'bout it?” He asks, intrigued. “W-We have multiple siblings that are Legendary Creatures themselves- Have you ever met my sister Celestibelle?” Steriya asks, completely surprising him. “W-Wait, you mean Celestibelle Genesis?” He points at both of us quickly, completely and utterly shocked.

Demi - “Yes! Celestibelle’s my sister! Do you know her?!”

“She’s my best friend! You should’a just told me you guys know her, I would’a stopped a long time ago!” I internally scream for a moment~ While Steriya on the other hand speaks up. “She said your name was super common, so there was no way you would be the same Sirius she’s friends with! I can’t believe Celest!” Steriya says, clearing it up.. “That's not completely her fault.. She doesn't know why I do, I've been hiding it from her...” Steriya and I just look at each other, then back at him. “W-Well, we still have to bring you in though.. Don’t we?” He just shrugs, and the two look at me.

Demi - “That was the deal.. But if you’re willing to cooperate, maybe we can strike up a new deal. Steriya, tell the others what’s happening.”

Sirius laughs to himself for a moment.. “Man.. It wasn’t five minutes ago I was plannin’ on killin’ all’a’you. Me and Celest was even talking about me meeting all of- Oh god I nearly killed her entrire family.” He says, as he begins to realize the depth of his situation... Steriya nods, and well, I try to, but you can imagine why I might have trouble. Steriya calls both of us over, and teleports us where the fight began.. Everyone stares at us, surprised that Sirius is still conscious. The soldiers all swim over and surround us. “What’s going on here?!” One of the soldiers asks, aiming their weapon at Sirius.

Demi - “First, it turns out Sirius didn’t kidnap Princess Stallatia.”

They lower their weapons a little, and look between each other. “What about all of the crimes he committed?” Steriya motions them to relax, and speaks up. “Who are you? And we’ll be keeping him on Neo-Genesis-Haven for the time being. We want to schedule another meeting with the Queen, and alter the deal.” She says, explaining everything. “I’m Lieutenant Tinnielosk of the Ryleth Navy, and I command all of these brave men and women... How can you be so sure he isn't lying?” Tinniel says, raising his weapon again.. “‘Cause I could’a killed’em right then’n’there. Steriya here really knocked the wind outta’ me at the end of it all, though..” He says, crossing his arm.

Demi - “Yeah I was basically at his mercy there, as much as I hate to admit it… Anyways, if he did kidnap the princess, it would have been far more beneficial for him to kill us, then use Stallatia as a hostage.”

Tinniel puts away his weapon, and crosses his arms. “Dammit all, fine! I’ll be reporting back to command. Everyone, I want squad 4 monitoring them, the rest of you return with me.” He finishes, calling out to everyone under his command. Six of them swim over to me, while the others leave with their commander. “We’ll be keeping an eye on you, as per Tinniel’s orders.” A tall soldier says, staring down at Sirius. “Whatever. I guess we bettah get goin’ then.” Sirius says, not paying the man any mind. I pull everyone into my mass, and teleport us all to Neo-genesis-haven.

“Wow, is this your home?” A young girl says. She’s one of the soldiers. “Yes, welcome to Neo-genesis-haven. Please enjoy your stay.” Steriya says, causing the girl to nod. “Alright, we’ll be taking shifts, Spazor and I will take first watch shift, then Morala and Volna, then Stingsk and Bette, and finally back to Spazor and I.” The five soldiers the tall one was talking to all salute him. Before 4 of them leave, they quickly stop themselves. “Ah- Uh- Demitallis, is it? Is there anywhere we can set ourselves up for the time being?” The young girl asks, a little troubled by the lack of hotels. Before I can say something though, Steriya cuts in. “Oh, you can stay in my place! I have a bit of a larger house, and lots of spare rooms. You can as well Sirius.” She says, with a kind smile. “Nah, I was plannin’ on findin’ Celest, I’m sure she-” Before he can finish, he stops, like somebody had flipped a switch.

“Celest!” He shouts, making her appear out of thin air? “Yeesh, come on man. I was practicing my cloak.” She says, walking over to him. “What are you doing here tho- What happened to you?!” She shouts, finally taking a look at his torn up body. “Oh, yer’ sisters did this ta’ me.” He says, approaching her for a hug. “S-Sirius, you’re covered in blood, come on man-” She says, backing away with a nervous look on her face. He looks at himself, only now realizing how many cuts littered his body. “Oh, huh. Don’t worry, the bleedin’ already stopped. ‘Still burns like hell though.” He says, making a slight shrug at the acknowledgement of pain. Steriya sneaks away with the four soldiers, before Celest hears about what she herself did to Sirius. Celest’s clothings changes appearance, and she hugs him. “Alright, I can get blood out of these ones.” She says, still a little shaky from the sight of blood. “Anyways.. Who did you say did this to you?” She says, finally releasing herself from the bloody-hug. “Oh, I think she was that Shark Demihuman.. Specifically a Megalodon?..” He asks nobody in particular, trying to figure out who he was fighting. “That must be Kass, she practices Martial Arts. I can’t believe she did this to you though.. What happened?...” Celest says, investigating all of his wounds. “Well, she said she was usin’ this weird Magic-maelstrom-style? I thought it was kind’a ironic, since I got Maelstrom in my name. Gave me'a good chuckle. Anyways, she was slashin’ me with her fin blades every chance she got. ‘took me forever to start overpowerin’ her. I also may have bit her a couple times..” He says, admitting to what he’s done. “My brother Glantinazor can wield Life Magic, there’s nothing to worry about. He’s on his way here, by the way.” She says, surprising Sirius.

Demi - “I should admit that I may have broke his arm, of course he healed it back up though.”

Celest just stares at me, disappointedly. “Why are all of you beating up my best friend?” She says, before looking at him again- “Wait- What’s the name of your father?” She asks, quickly looking at him, after something finally clicked in her head. “Oh, ah, P-Pollux Bask. Although he died‘a'while’ago...” Sirius says, as he watches Celest’s eyes widen in surprise more and more. “Why didn’t you ever tell me?! I would have told the others!” She shouts, bopping him on the head. “Celest, please, I'm sorry- I didn't think you'd want to be friends anymore, if you knew-” He says, stopping the bopping. Celest just closes her eyes for a moment-

“Veytatasm’s traveling medical service has arrived!” I hear, causing me to look over and spot Veyta, who has already struck a pose. She switches places with Glant, and he looks over at Sirius, the Kraken looking back at him. “Yeesh.. What happened?” Glant asks, walking over to Sirius. “That Kass Girl.. She’s one’a yer’ sisters?” He says, surprising Glant for a moment- “Oh. Are you not one of my Brothers? Sorry, there’s thousands of us, I’m still learning half of their names.” He says, a soft green glow building in his eye. "Seriously? Celest, ya’ never told me!” Sirius says, looking at her. She snaps out of her Telepathic Conversation, and looks back at him. “Well you never told me YOU are a crime lord!” She says, very accusingly. Glant on the other hand, begins healing Sirius. “Sucks ya’ can’t fix up my shirt, or my suspenders. She really tore into’em. ‘Least I came up with this kickass forcefield, I never really thought’a using my vast supply’a mana as’a shield until now.” He says, surprising Glant and I. “Yeah, actually, I should have come up with that a long time ago… Now I feel dumb..” Yeah, me too man. Glant finally finishes healing him, and Sirius takes off his shirt to take a look at any lingering wounds or scars. Turns out he’s surprisingly toned, you can even see his abs. “Man, life magic ain’t noone's fool. I’m feelin’ like'a million smackos!” He says, pretty satisfied with Glant’s services. “Yeah, it’s really useful. The new wounds won’t become scars, but the scars you already have WILL however stay, sadly..” He simply nods, noticing a few scars. “Damn, if I knew about this, I might’a not have transformed so much..” He says, trying to stand up-

Celest helps him up, and he steadies himself. “Thanks.” He says, looking back at her. “Of course, let’s go get you a new shirt, and suspenders before your pants fall off.” She says, looking at him, as he holds his pants up.

“Got’em right here, actually. Celest told me to come here, so she could tell me off. I was hoping that I might be forgiven if I replaced the clothing I tore apart.” Kass says, only now arriving with Sirius’s new clothes.. “I asked my sister Sari to make them. I tried to get them as close as possible to the original designs, but I was mostly going off of memory..” She said, handing them to him. He simply looks at it, then starts unfolding the shirt. “It’s fine.. Ya’ cut me up pretty bad though.” She just folds her arms, and leans on her right foot. “Well, you DID bite me a few times.” She shows off her calf, revealing the residual bite-mark. “Yeah, it’s healing really quickly thanks to Glant. I had to get Sari to fix my swimsuit too, so thanks for that.” She says, grasping the part of her torso that was bitten. “You really did bite me though, I almost felt like you were gonna’ take a part of me with you. At least I wasn’t able to feel it until my blood high was over.” She continues, really bringing up what he did to her. “Well, I’m sorry for beatin’ ya’ up. But it didn’t feel like you were holdin’ back much either.” He says, surprising her. “I was. I was told not to kill you, so I had to hold back. To be honest if you didn’t have your Kraken form, I could probably beat you.” She says, earning a rude look from him and Celest.

“Come on Sirius, we have some stuff to talk about.” Celest says, yanking on his arm, unable to make him budge due to the difference in sheer power. “Yeah, I guess this is the least I owe you.” He says, walking away with Celest. The last two soldiers of course follow after them, to keep an eye on Sirius. “Bye.” Kass says, simply waving him off.

Demi - “You get it out of your system?”

Kass looks over at me, surprised, only now realizing I was here. “Oh, hey Demi. Yeah, it really started hurting when I got home.” She says, walking over to me. “Hey, Glant, heal up Demi too, she also got hit pretty hard.” She says, calling him over. He simply nods, and runs over, charging even more Life magic. “Alright, tell me when to stop.” He says, as Essence flows into my body… “Thanks again Glant, I don’t know what we would do without this ability of yours.” Kass says, watching for any signs my body would make, to portray healing. “Eh. You’d heal up the normal way if I didn’t have this. Life Magic is amazing at healing, but your body will naturally recover on its own either way, and replace the essence as you consume food, and refuel yourself. I guess not having residual scars is pretty useful though, no weak spots. So yeah.” He leisurely says, correcting us on our misconceptions.

Demi - “Well, I’m sure it has other uses, it IS a Primal Element after all.”

“Of course it does, it can restore all life in an area.. It can endlessly enhance you, and your potential. Life Magic isn’t just essence though, it’s so much more. It can even bring back the dead… But it won’t bring back their soul. No matter how much I wish for it, this power won’t bring Mother back to us…” He says, still missing her. “We just have to move forward Glant, Mother would have wanted to see us thrive, so let’s make sure to do it.” She says, reassuring him. “Right. Thanks Kass....” He says, as he just about finishes.

Demi - “Alright, you can stop now.”

He stops, and I shrink myself down to a smaller form, compacting my essence. It’s amazing that it can all fit within such a small area. Kass simply pats him on the back, and hugs him. “No problem Glant!” She says, letting go. “I should go find Veyta now, we’ve got plans- She’s writing something- She says you’re invited- Here wait.” he says, looking away. He looks at Kass, and her eyes light up in recognition of something- Oh it’s telepathy. She simply nods, and they begin walking away.

Demi - “Bye guys.”

They turn around in surprise, then waves me off as they continue walking over to where I assume Veyta is. Well, Alone again~...

I teleport to my room.
