Trying to hold in the pain from his back he managed to say- "Father, I thought you were trapped in some hole as Finn's bitch."

Mikael twisted the stake causing him more pain- "You should know by now that nothing can keep me down, not all of us are as weak and feeble like you boy, I'm surprised you haven't run away yet with your tail in between your legs after your last trick failed so miserably." he said as he fished out the enchanted dagger from Niklaus.

Niklaus used what strength he could muster to jump forward, peeling himself off the stake that was firmly grasped in Mikael's hand, grunting in pain and relief. Collecting himself he turned to face Mikael who now had the only other weapon that could cause him harm.

Mikael smirked- "What will you do now boy, this was the last trick you had wasn't it, too bad you were to weak to finish the job last time when you had the chance, I bet you regret listening to that stupid human-pet you keep around."

Niklaus had an extremely ugly face as he looked at the dagger that was now in his hands- "I've defeated you before and I can easily do it again." Letting anger guide him as he attacked Mikael.

Mikael scoffed as he placed the dagger in his back pants- "You've only managed to beat me with pathetic tricks, now I'll put you down like the worthless bastard you are."

Mikael easily accepted his charge as he used his momentum against him, throwing him hard into the surrounding trees, breaking a few before coming to a stop.

Mikael followed up behind him as Niklaus was just getting to his feet only to be kicked by Mikael into another set of trees, bouncing on the ground along the way.

Mikael again followed up, but Niklaus was prepared this time and blocked the kick only to receive a punch to the face that knocked him into the ground, cracking it.

Niklaus dodged rolled a stomp that aimed for his head as he jumped back to his feet. Facing Mikael he charged again, but this time slower as he engaged Mikael in combat.

Niklaus was never a good fighter though and while he can manage for a little while, the skill difference became apparent as Mikael started landing more blows on him as time went on.

While pummeling Niklaus he mocked him- "Is that the best you can do boy? All that wasted effort to teach you when you were younger, pathetic."

Niklaus angry eyes glowing yellow as he managed to speed up just enough to dodge under a strike and hit Mikael on the right side making him fall.

Seeing his chance with Mikael finally taking a fall, he spotted the dagger resting in his back pants and lunged at it.

Mikael was well aware of what he wanted already expecting this as he turned quickly with dagger drawn and plunged into an unsuspecting Niklaus. The dagger then dug in and started the process of incapacitating him and delivering immense pain.

Jackson who was still resting and trying to recover was watching all this, amazed at the level they were at, the speed and strength was still something he couldn't hope to match, not to mention Niklaus, but this guy Mikael alone was on another level even above him.

The other alphas finally showed up in beast form as they came to Jackson's side.

"Jackson we saw the bodies on the way, did he do that?" They asked as they spotted Mikael standing over the now daggered Niklaus.

They were too angry to wait for a reply as they headed towards Mikael, looking for revenge.

Mikael while surprised at seeing the wolf-like monsters still smirked as he prepared to end them.

Nevan seeing enough didn't want to see his newly created alphas get killed. He jumped down between Mikael and the alphas, orange eyes glowing he said- "Stand down, the one you want is down at his feet, Niklaus, but it's no longer your concern."

"Not our concern? He killed a great many of us, very few are even left," "He has to pay!" they growled out.

Nevan didn't replay as he sent pressure enough to bring all of them to their knees- "This isn't a debate and if you're that concerned about numbers, go make more, you didn't forget now that your alphas you can do that right?"

"They were our pack members, our friends! How dare you expect us just to forget this." Shirley yelled.

Nevan released more pressure sending them to their bellies this time- "I said this wasn't a debate."

Shirley managed to scream out despite the mounting pressure- "You heartless monster!"

Nevan only grinned as he ignored them and turned to Mikael- "See I told you he would be here, with that dagger, although without the white oak stake you won't be able to finish him off."

Mikael looked down at Niklaus in disgust- "Well at least he's suffering from that dagger...(looking back to Nevan wondering again what he was, but having a good idea now.)...So I see you controlling the wolves, is that what you are?" he asked with a little more disgust in his voice then he intended, it was hard not to after having such bad history with them and Nikalus being born from one.

Nevan- "I was hoping it wouldn't put you off, I know some of the histories you have, especially with this little bastard here, but I'd appreciate it if you didn't hold that view towards me."

Mikael thinking on it, still found it hard to accept, thinking of the only good point- "Well at least your not a hybrid abomination like this thing." he said kicking Niklaus, he didn't see Nevan flinch at the mention of hybrid, while Rebekah wasn't actually a hybrid, it might be a bit harder to convince should Mikael find out.

Nevan sweating a little at another hurdle he'll have to overcome before he could bring Rebekah and Mikael together thought to himself, 'I'll worry about that in the future.'

Mikael was by no means completely fine yet with even Nevan though- "So a wolf is dating my daughter huh, I'll need to think more on this, while I admit you seem like a good man for her, I still don't like the idea of you being a wolf."

Nevan grinned- "Well father would you feel better about it if I turned you into one? Remember when I offered to make you stronger, I can do that for you."

Mikael froze a little when he heard that- "What do you mean you can turn me into one?"

"Just like I said, I can turn you into an alpha wolf, you'll be even stronger than you are now and on the plus side you'll be able to exert pressure towards Niklaus as I did to those wolves over there," Nevan said trying to sell it, he really liked Mikael, not to mention the guy was a fighting prodigy, he also thought this would solve the Rebekah problem, whether he accepts to turn or not, he should realize Nevan probably did the same to Rebekah.

Mikael asked with a face with disdain- "Does that mean I'll become a filthy hybrid? thanks but no thanks."

Nevan quickly answering- "No you won't be a hybrid, you'll still be what you are now, but you'll be able to shift into that." he said pointing towards the wolf monsters. "This transformation will make you far stronger than you are right now, don't forget what I said, a war is coming and we'll need all the strength we can muster to keep our families safe."

Mikael who would never dream of turning into another monster after the mishaps with turning into a vampire stopped to consider when he was reminded again about the war and protecting his family, he wanted to make sure no harm ever again came to Freya.

"I don't know about this war, but for now I'll have to decline," Mikael said as he lifted Niklaus and zoomed away to meet Freya again, which was delayed due to Nevan finding him and telling him about Niklaus.
