Dahlia waved the white oak stake around trying to scare them for a bit of fun, before turning to Freya- "Hello again Freya, if you come with me I'll spare their lives."

Freya flinched when she heard her name come from Dahlia, she looked towards her brother and her father with watery eyes, defeated she nodded her head sadly- "Do you promise to leave them unharmed?"

Dahlia looked at her with disdain- "You should be thankful I even offered to spare them for you as a gesture of goodwill, but if you demand anything more I'll end them now and take you anyways."

Freya shook her head quickly- "No no, I'll come, I'll come." she started to head towards Dahlia who was waiting for her.

With head down, she bumped into someone on her way.

Dahlia- "Well I didn't expect you to show up to the party, things might just get interesting after all."

Freya looked back up to see Nevan in front of her- "Nevan, you can't fight her, don't worry I made a deal, my brother and father for me, so it's fine."

Nevan ignored her as he grinned towards Dahlia- "Shame we didn't meet earlier, I bet you were hot in your younger years."

Dahlia's grin faded at being called old- "Just for that I'll kill one of them, care to choose or should I choose for you?"

Freya screamed- "No, the deal is them for me."

Dahlia sneered- "Deals change, plus I'm not sure I'd like you back, you would just betray me again in the long run, all I need is the new child, this time I'll raise her from a baby and she won't even know whether or not I'm her mother, the mistake was accepting a 5-year-old brat who wanted her daddy."

Nevan just stood there and watched as she took the stake and plunged into Niklaus who had his eyes wide in fright, he honestly never thought he would die in such a pathetic way, without even being able to fight back.

Freya screamed again- "Noooo!"

Mikael took this chance to break out and without wasting time he punched fast and hard at Dahlia's back sending her flying away, crashing through trees.

Mikael then looked upon Niklaus who was in the process of decaying- "Well one bastard down, one to go."

Nevan chuckled at his comment- "Glad you could get out of that, but I think I'll take her on from here, she's at a level of magic that will shape the very landscape when she starts to unleash it."

Mikael frowned- "Don't look down on me boy, with the stake gone up in ash with Niklaus there is nothing that can kill me now and you'll need all the help you can get fighting her, after all, she also can't die."

Nevan eyes glowed- "Don't call me boy, whelp, you should know by now that I'm not ordinary and I assure you I'm far older than you, as for this can't die business, you should be aware she is a powerful magic-user, nothing is impossible for her so guard your life like you can die, as for her."

He frowned "As for her, you MIkaelson's and your immortality spells are becoming a real pain if she also has one, I can maybe kill her if I catch her off guard and wipe her out in one shot, but that shouldn't be counted on, does she have no weakness like your white oak stake?"

Mikael- "Well we created a weapon for that very purpose, but it didn't work when I stuck it in."

Nevan seeing the pillar of darkness heading back over- "She's on her way back, quickly tell me what was wrong with the weapon tell me the ingredients."

Freya starting to come to herself was listening and told what she knew and what she did creating it.

Nevan- "Well the problem is clear isn't it?"

Mikael snapped- "If you know just say it, weren't you telling us to rush earlier."

Nevan rolled his eyes- "Your blood isn't the one that matters, it's your mother's blood that you need, Esther's."

Freya hearing this paled.

Mikael- "That does make sense, she was the first and closest person to betray her, I should have realized what kind of person your mother was sooner."

Freya- "How do we get her blood, she's already dead."

Nevan grinned- "Well you should take your daughter and escape here, this will be a long drawn out fight where anyone can win since she can't die easily she just became my match."

Mikael looked towards his daughter who wasn't ready for this and agreed- "Good luck, it'd be nice if you didn't leave my daughter a widow."

Nevan laughed- "Yeah plus I don't think the kid could handle life with only a grandpa like you as a role model."

Mikael just about tripped as he was on his way out with Freya- "What did you say."

Nevan waved him away- "Get out of here, she's just about here."

Mikael never thought he would be a grandpa, so when he was called that he was truly surprised, and a smile could be seen on his face as he left the vicinity with Freya.

With Niklaus dead, a huge burden was lifted off of him and now he could think about other things for the first time in a very long time, Freya helped with this earlier, but it was so much more now that his goal of killing Niklaus was fulfilled.

Dahlia who took her sweet time coming back finally appeared- "Oh, to be honest, I expected all of you to have run away, I'm surprised to see you still here."

Nevan grinned as he shifted into his Nobless form- "I wouldn't miss this for the world."

Dahlia- "You are an interesting one, I noticed you when I first came here, probably why I didn't notice the change in Mikael, I was too focused on you and figuring out what you are, tell me if I'm right, but you're an Original, a natural Original."

Nevan lost his grin, it seemed she was far more competent than he first thought- "That's right, do you know what that means?"

Dahlia chuckled- "What could it mean? it means your a nice new toy I'll have to examine and pluck apart until I've discovered all your secrets."

Nevan eyes flashed as he grinned again- "We'll see about that."
