《Blue mage》Chapter 38: Momentum

A giddy feeling bubbled up from deep inside me as I saw my copy's face light up with rage. It was hard not to laugh with how much fun this was. I was going into the second hardest fight I had ever had. The first was the first time I fought him.
The general sputtered for a second, and my grin grew even sharper. Making him anger wouldn't help my chances, but he might attack the people around me if I didn't. I crouched down low while mentally getting ready for the fight. Rather than fear, I was feeling an extreme amount of pleasure at the thought of fighting something stronger than me.
It was hard not to succumb to that pleasure, so I gave in. I let the feeling wash over me and soak into my mind. I licked my lips and charged my foe. The feeling of getting closer to my opponent was nearly orgasmic as I tore through the ground separating us. My nerves lit up with pleasure as my fist collided with the general's ribcage. They dampened sharply when his fist cracked into my skull, which usually would have stunned me, but I could barely feel it during the waves of dopamine soaking into my brain from just being in this fight. I immediately snapped my claws around his wrist and activated my roar.
Fear spread for a second on my meal's face before flames crashed over him, and the air vibrated violently from my roar. I let go of his wrist and grabbed his throat as he manically tried to pry my hand off him to escape. A hand shot out and clawed my face leaving springs of blood, but it couldn't break me from my twisted state of mind. I wasn't able to keep him pinned as his knee slammed into my solar plexus, and I reflexively let go of him. The general then jabbed a thumb into my right eye before rolling away. I shut my mouth, canceling my roar, and pounced towards him. His foot shot up and slammed into my chin, but before I could be knocked away, I grabbed his ankle and threw myself onto him, turning this fight into a proper brawl.

Three things happened in the next second. First, his fist collided with my head. Second, my left hand stabbed into his chest, crushing a part of his lung. Third, an earth spike shot out and impaled me in the stomach. The spike couldn't piece deep, but it halted my momentum before I was on top of him, which he took advantage of by conjuring a flame where my right eye had just been. As the flame ignited in my skull, I did not scream no; I smiled in joy. For my meal was fighting back, and what greater pleasure was there than this. Two titans of power struggling for dominance. The fate of the world was in the balance of this fight, and I was riding that wave of emotions all the way to the end.
With a flame in my eye and a spike in my stomach, I tried something new, I grew some new bones. I poured stamina into the bone growth skill, and it gave me what I needed. Dozens of bone spikes grew out of me at a breakneck rate, and they quickly scraped and scratched against evil Jace's scales. They weren't sharp enough to pierce his scales and shattered if I put too much stamina into them, but I knew that this would happen. I also knew what was going to happen next. I was going to get a shit ton of levels in the skill.
[Bone Growth(Rare) levels up to level 54]
I would have grinned even more if it was possible. I quickly made a growth that forced me off the spike, and I fell to the ground, and another bone growth forced me up. One excellent thing about the level-ups was the drastic drop in stamina cost. That first wave had almost drained me.

I cut off my current growths and made some simple ones. Spikes grew from my knuckles and elbows before I charged back towards the general, who had got back to his feet in disbelief that this fight was still happening. A grim determination had settled on to evil Jace's face, and a litany of magical attacks leaped into exitance as I charged. The ground grabbed at my feet, and ice froze in my lungs. The air compressed around me before being ignited by the cone of flames that flew from evil Jace's hand.
I still charged as my health slowly dropped. Breaking countless earthen hands and enduring dozens of explosions, I kept marching on with a wolfish grin on my face. When my lungs stopped working, I just stopped breathing; I would last long enough to finish this fight.
Step by step, I grew closer. Step by step, evil Jace's panic grew, and his attacks grew in tandem with his panic. As I neared, I was covered in burns, and my ankles were raw and bleeding. Through all that, the overwhelming feeling of euphoria surged within me, keeping my sharp grin on my face.
Soon the general couldn't keep up the attacks as I had gotten too close and charged. His fist struck my jaw as mine hit his stomach. Spittle was ripped from my mouth as he sucked in a sharp breath as the bone growths pierced his scales.
My fist was ripped from his stomach as a sizeable earthen pillar impacted my chest, forcing me to step back. I was then struck by the general's foot as it slammed into my knee joint on my right leg, making it buckle. My hand clawed out to grab it, but he was faster this time.
And just like that, the fight has shifted. I had lost the advantage as my momentum slowed to a stop. Before I could think any farther, a sword of glorious light swung towards the back of the general's neck. The general swiftly dodged, revealing a seven-meter tall Luke made of light.
