Ruby awoke in being cradled in Alice's arms, with sand still in her eyes and on the ground she yawned.

(Ruby):"good morning everyone, are we at poll ?"

to hearing Ruby's question the princess makes a don't know face while Riley nods using both of its heads.

(Ruby):"OK then, now I will explain the plan, when I was here before the was a group of humans that were at low mana but they challenged poll anyway, so I think if you beat poll a exit opens."

From hearing Ruby's expiation the previous roles reverse with Alice nodding while Riley wears the expression of doubt.

Seeing the pairs opinions ruby looks directly at Alice.

Seeing her sister look at her, Alice guesses that she wants her to explain.

(Alice):"Well what you say is true but it really a exit but two, I was told that once poll died the pillar it's on crumbles opening a pair of holes,

One on the ceiling that goes to a cavern of crystals that people come here for that also has a one way exit that is near the town and the other appears in pillar base that goes towards the ocean."

 From hearing about an exit that she could of assessed earlier makes Ruby want to kick her self but anyway this gives support to Ruby's next course of action.

(Ruby):"This dungeon has become too small for me so we shall defeat poll and leave to the ocean, I command you two to defeat poll."

from hearing the command the two separate and charge poll individually.

It only took 15 seconds for them to come back after entering the boss area.

(Alice & Riley):"Wait, how do we defeat poll?"

(Ruby):"Well when I saw the adventurers they used fire."

From hearing this Alice groans.

(Alice):"But sis you can only use fire underwater unless its the Azure flame torches that were given to us when we entered but I dropped my groups when you encountered us."

(Ruby):"So we can't beat poll then."

As Ruby finishes saying this Alphard sends her a note.

Azure flames is a hybrid magic that can't be opened till all the elemental magic is purchased in the skill shop,

this also unlocks a lot of the other hybrid magics.

With the addition of extra options Ruby becomes a bit giddy at the possibilities but she calms down because all the new choices on the skill list seem a bit fishy like why get summon magic and whats this random text that costs infinity, maybe they came from being one bone add-on to being a litch, who knows.

Regard less she does what she opened the shop for and buys the rest of the basic magics, after this a message appears as she guess would.

In her head Ruby is screaming out loud at the new magics and their prices, -WHAT, WHY DO THEY COST SO MUCH-

(Elise):-Nah I like you, but since your a champion I have to remove any celestial assistance besides the ones my hubby gives-

(Ruby):-but why did Lucia nearly curse me to a baby is she can't do that . . . Wait are you and Alphard married or something?-

(Elise):-She was on her period at the time to the first question and yes were married for the second.-

Ruby stops the conversation there and focuses on the job at hand, she buys the combination for fire and water magic since she guessed that is where Azure flames would be. she was correct by a message that the magic she learned was Azure flames.

(Ruby):"Alice do you have any wood in that bag?"

(Alice):"Yes Ruby, there are a few pieces of left over firewood that we had from the journey." As she says this she pulls a pair of them out of the bag on her waist.

Once there out She casts the newly obtained magic on the sticks causing the blue flames to splutter to life, the duo of onlookers show slight shock but with being near Ruby its has given them a sort of immunity to her surprises but with the length of time Alice has been with her she is more or less shocked more than the Gemini serpent.

(Ruby):" There now go and defeat poll." With all the effort needed to solve the problem ruby can't be bothered anymore so she says it with little enthusiasm.

The 2 go off to attack the 5 pillars of poll.

(3rd pov on the duo)

The 2 of them approach the boss area with Alice holding the torches.

(Alice):"Riley I have a plan, I rush the pillars with you on my shoulders carrying the torches, making it so I can focus on dodging the leaves and you can burn them quickly."

From hearing the humans idea Riley nods before taking the torches in its mouth and coiling around Alice's neck.

Alice advances to the first moss covered pillar with ease since poll's only active part is the bubble ring that goes though the arch's formed from the pillars joining and the leaves that are easily avoidable for now.

When they lighted the pillar it became consumed in the flames and A loud scream permeated the area causing both of them to flinch, as they flinched leafs grew around the whole boss area where poll's algae was present with them flailing to find Alice and Riley.

One of the leafs was lucky with it being under Alice and it caught her ankle.

To Alice she didn't notice it at all and she ran towards another pillar oblivious to the status effect, while Advancing on the pillars she was avoiding the leafs that attempted grab her.

They repeated the process again and again of burning pillars then advancing to the next pillar till they advanced on the 4th where on their charge once Alice stepped on a moss clump a series of purple coloured veins covered leafs sprung from under the most like a Bear trap from all directions.

The Leaf trap for that moment stunned Riley and Alice, but in Alice's response to the trap she did what the trap didn't cover.

She jumped upwards.

Alice in the spur of the moment jumps into the aquatic air and continues to float upwards, after 10 seconds of floating she hits the ceiling with Riley, were she pushes off again to land directly at the 4th pillar's base.

Once the 4th pillar was set ablaze Poll entered what Alice heard adventurers call 'poll club mode' with it uprooting the pillars and swinging them randomly like clubs.

(Alice):"E-erm Riley could you please do this your self now since I'm not confident I could dodge those clubs and the leafs at the same time."

Riley instantly shows a duo faces of annoyance while still holding the torches, it disconnects from Alice's shoulder and floats upwards while Alice herself retreat back to Ruby.

When Riley sees that Alice is gone Riley drops one of the torches its holding and elongates itself to become streamline, once in this shape it slithers towards the final pillar easily dodging the clubs that were anticipating ground assailants.

When Riley reaches the pillar it simply lights it on fire before retreating towards Ruby and Alice with the winning message appearing all 3 of them.

(3rd person pov)

the defeat of 'The infection algae poll' confirmed

the boss will not respawn till all entities are out of the boss room.

With the death of poll confirmed Ruby now advances to polls pillar with Riley and Alice following behind her.

Once at the pillars base the 3 feel an intense sucking sensation coming from the pillar's base.

Guessing that the newly made hole is acting like a vacuum and sucking water into it replacing the air or something.

The Skeel looks back to her companions and simply says with raising one of her bony stubs "To the ocean." Without even another word she swims into the sucking current and is send to the ocean, quickly after her comes Alice then Riley.

Now this is where the story really starts. . .
